  Others have reported this problem, but I'm not aware of a solution.  There was a long thread on this a little backwards.  Suggestions included

  removal of the preferences of iMovie (iMovie opened while pressing the command and option keys) and relocation of iMovie.  Delete preferably is simple, so you might try that first.

  Here's another idea: create a new backup library and to set up the project and see if you can remove it from there.   You can even delete the whole

  new library containing the project if you want.  See use of several libraries in the Help menu for instructions.  If it works, it can't cure the underlying problem, but at least it will get rid of the project.

  I checked my system and performed the following tasks to try to resolve the problem:
  My version of Windows is up-to-date. I have no problem hardware or exceptional driver. I tried to temporarily disable my antivirus to complete the installation, this does not solve the problem. I tried to install it as a system administrator. I searched the site of Valve/steam software for a solution, none were found (http://store.steampowered.com/). I searched the database of Microsoft for a solution, none were found. I'm having no problem with other games or applications that were loaded on that computer. The problem is only with the application steam.exe and any game that requires the application of steam to the function.
  I came across the following link which has promised to solve the problem;

  I followed the instructions at three times, all with the same error message.

I checked all the steam program elements to ensure that they have been set to run as a program director executed.   This error is primarily caused by a lack of permissions for the user, having the Steam.exe file attributes set to 'Read only', or by another program interferes with the installation of Steam process (if the steam client application has been updated to a version that was not included in your package of Steam, Steam will download a new copy of itself and then delete the old file Steam.exe except when another program interferes).
   
  1. check your Windows user permissions.
  Please ensure that you are logged on as administrator on the computer that you use to install Steam.
  2. check the file attributes
  3. right click on the file Steam.exe, which was created after running the Steam Installer, and then select Properties
  4 uncheck the read-only box if it is checked and hit apply before closing the window
  5. try running the Steam.exe file once more
  6. check the settings of your security software
   
  If you are running an antivirus, firewall or any product safety program that may interfere with the removal and replacement of the file Steam.exe (some security software will check information of a file whenever it is changed and block the automatic replacement of files) Please check your settings for the program and ensure that you are prompted to authorize activities that may trigger the security software.
   
  Remove spyware, Adware and virus software and try to run the installation again.
   
  In addition to the steps above, follow these steps:
  1. go in C:/Program Files/Steam /.
  2. right click on Steam.exe and go to properties.
  3. click on the Compatibility tab.
  4. check run as administrator and click OK.
  5. then I deleted StemeTemp (or something like that. the steam icon).
  6. then run Steme.exe again.

  OT: I can not install my wireless adapter TP-Link on PC under Windows XP Pro. I continue to receive messages from "insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" after each reinstallation

I bought a TP-Link Wireless N USB Adapter (model TL-WN727N) and I can not installed.  First, I installed the software using the CD-ROM of resources which is come with the product then connected the adapter wireless on my usb port at the back of the pc. It detects the device very well, but when he wants to install the driver of this message displays "an error occurred during the installation of the device. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". When I opened my device manager, a yellow exclamation mark under Network - 802.11 n WLAN cards there. In this window, I tried:!. the driver update (latest driver same downloaded of the site Web of TP-Link) 2. Disable the device (nothing happens) and 3. Uninstall (which I just can't because another message "failed to uninstall the device. The device may be required to start the computer"is displayed). All three failed to install my wireless card. I am out of resources here, so any help is greatly appreciated.

  I get this error message when you try to install the driver 'Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device' Microsoft allowing me to attach my cell phone.  This driver installs normally automatically whenever I attach my phone to a computer windows 7 via USB and enable tethering.  I did several times with success on other systems, as well as one currently give this error.  I tried the registry setting:

I manually deleted business groups, which has left the vRA resource items personalized vRA GUI, but removed the actual vRA of business groups. How can I remove the orphaned custom resource element?

  Simplest is to create Action resource for the resource group of business and direct him to a workflow that takes as input and as output-cost market.  (it may just have a script task in making out = in syslogs, or something else)  When you create the action of the resource, select the Type of "Disposal" in the details of Action Resource.  Title of the Action yourself, and then perform the action on the resource.

  I tried to clean up our lab a bit, so I don't have the live example for groups of companies as indicated on the tab elements... but that's essentially what the action should look like...

  Now for the super weird part, when I downloaded the file, he DELETED the existing file. So instead of the old site, I got a 404 error. I tried this with another file with the same results.
