Error DF024 when you try to install from the manager on Windows 10.

Hello

I hope that someone on the forum can help me that I find all adobe links VERY useless. I recently updated my version of Windows 10 and erased all my programs and my C: drive to allow a good computer. Since then, Adobe Application Manager is not a CC 2015 applications install to my computer without this error:

"-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

-0 fatal Error (s), 1 Error (s)

-Payload: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 9.0.0.0 {38C72D42-0672-43B1-9E05-E7631684F9A1}.

ERROR: DF024: cannot move the file in "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common {38C72D42-0672-43B1-9E05-E7631684F9A1} \_77_6da23380d7fce ae57da591c4af577f49 ' to 'C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe first Pro CC 2015\AXE8SharedExpat.dll' error 32 the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process... Try setting the correct permissions for the specified file/folder or parent, so that the admin has the right to modify. (171 Seq)

This happens on all apps via the Manager. To work around this ive tried to install directly on the site, only to be converted in the handler for that he fails again. I ran all cleaners known to man only for her to not make any difference whatsoever, and ive even tried the solution that was supposed to have been a 'determination' to someone elses similar problem (this link https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1858062?q=Error+DF024) even when the lance in the account admin high on all machines W10 again does nothing and is defective. I tried to remove the Adobe folders manually in all possible positions, but again, this has no effect.

I'm really at a loss as to what I can try but PLEEEASE HEELLPP!

Thanks in advance!

Disable anti-virus and firewall, if its on in selective startup mode and try to install.

Beyond that, we will have to check with the Setup logs to find out what past exactly.
