Error in mail and acl apex
We receive the ORA-24247: network access denied by the ACL access (ACL) error, and after following the instructions in the APEX Administrator's Guide, we are still unable to send e-mails. The above message continues to display.In our environment, we have our application on the 1 server and our database on another server. Is there a configuration of email different to when the application and the database are on different servers?

Sorry for apparently asking obvious questions, but I can not assume anything.
(1) is your SMTP Server / SMTP relay really on your database server where the APEX is installed?
(2) it listens on port 25?
(3) you seem to have APEX 4.1 installed previously. Have you had this same problem with APEX 4.1?
(4) your e-mail settings for instance in APEX Instance Administration level also specify localhost on port 25?

I'm using Outlook 2002 on the XP Pro operating system.It lasts for almost a year, but I managed to work around the issue since it was started using a different outgoing SMTP user name and the password. (More settings, outgoing server tab, log in using...) Now it has stopped working.
There are four machines at this place and all suffer from the same problem. I use a LinkSys RVS4000 router. The previous Linksys router has also had the same problem so I replaced, thinking he can correct the problem, he didn't.

Click on the Menu button. Options | E-mail accounts | Properties | Advanced. Uncheck: Leave a copy of messages on the server.
Close and open WLMail. If the problem persists, log on to the Road Runner Webmail site and remove messages from the Inbox it.

Windows mail - error and the same letter over and over again.
When I open Windows mail, I start to get the mail and I get it about 474 243. And then an error saying Windows mail will be closed because of an error. And I start it again and I get the SAME email AGAIN, and again, it stops somewhere and closes.
Anyone know what could be the problem?You can try to set up a new e-mail account and use the exact settings of the account that you have now. This way, you will have a copy of the same account. Then see if it has the same problem. If it works and is not old, and then see if the old man works after this and remove one of them, if you do not receive the messages in doubles.
If the new copy of account has the same problem, then it's a stuck message and your courier company should fix this.
