  Recently, I met a problem with my PC and was forced to use the system recovery. Now I'm back to factory settings and try to install Windows XP Service Pack 3 on my computer.   If the cause of your problem is to have a HP PC with an AMD processor and an original image on your hard drive (and of course it sounds like this is the case), the solution should be to rename the file intelppm.sys and launch the sp37394.exe patch.   I'm puzzled why there is no intelppm.sys file in your directory C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers.

  This is usually due to a mismatch between what is in the message store and what is in the database and is usually caused by invading antivirus software (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Try to compact and repair the database and see if that fixes the problem (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).

  0x8007045A error Codes are caused by files system badly configured in your windows operating system. It is format of common error code used by windows and other software compatible windows and driver vendors.

  There may be a lot of events which may have led to file system errors. An incomplete installation, an incomplete uninstallation, incorrect removal applications or equipment. It can also be caused if your computer is retrieved from an attack of the adware/spyware or virus or by an abnormal shutdown of the computer. All assets that the above may result in the deletion or corruption of entries in the windows system files. • In Windows 7 LPD printing service is off and when I turn on the feature, get an error has occurred, and LPD print Service remains.

  Had the Toshiba laptop for 6 months and the printer works fine.

  Then the printers not available error.  Go to control panel, programs and features, select nfeature.  LPD printing service and were all two Port LPR OFF monitor.  Able to turn ONE monitor Port LPR, but when turn characteristic on printing to LPD, a message service, an error has occurred.

  Fixit printer running tool does not help.
