Error message: internal data error

Dreamweaver CS5 has worked perfectly until this morning, when I get the error message: error FTP year, cannot bind to the host. Has encountered an internal data error. What is going on?

One who suggested I have Symantec's Norton to uninstall and reinstall worked like a charm. Thank you!

I haven't seen this error before and have used Dreamweaver for many years. But, I am getting very regularly (it's more than intermittent) since the last update of Dreameaver. I'm just checking if it's a bug in Dreamweaver, or a bug of Yahoo Web Hosting.
What happens is that I log on my SFTP site (sometimes I can not yet connect), then try to download a file and get the message "an FTP error occurred - cannot establish a connection to the host." Internal data error. Unable to connect to the server. ».
However, and this is the really, really bad bits, the file that WAS on the server (i.e. who was to be replaced) seems to be DELETED, i.e. * before * the update is applied (which is not because of the error). I don't know if Dreamweaver somehow did this or not, but this means that if you were, say, download a revision to top-level index.html file in your site, this file is no longer there, and visitors to your site then sees the * entire * structure of the files in your site - potentially catastrophic.
I tried to empty the cache to Dreamweaver (http://www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/), but that makes no difference.
Did someone else presents itself has found a solution for it (or identified the problem)?

Have you tried downloading using another FTP, Filezilla client program, yet?

If the problem that is happening, it may just be a problem with Yahoo. If it isn't, at least your site will be updated while troubleshooting continues with DW.

Recently, I started out of the blue to get this message when I try to connect to an FTP of Dreamweaver. I have CC was last updated. I have like 50 sites, more on different servers and none of them will connect. So I don't know, it can't be a server problem. Yesterday, everything was fine. I made no change what so ever. I uninstalled Dreamweaver and reinstalled him and I get the same thing. It is not the site for 30 seconds and then exhale. As soon as I hit the button to connect as 1 second later, I get this error. I have reset all modems and routers, etc. I can't find anything online about this specific problem. I'm at my wits end. I have projects due, but cannot connect. It's Thanksgiving and trying to solve this problem instead of spending time with the family. Any help would be much appreciated.

Nope, that is not the case, I have disabled this service and now it works fine!
He was not the firewall, but the update 25-nov2014 of Norton Protection against vulnerabilities. ! Norton is the note and fix it for the next update in the coming days...

Since last week, I can't connect to all my sites using Dreamweaver. When I click on connect or switch to the server view, I instantly get the message error "dreamweaver has encountered an internal data error.
Web sites are on different servers, and I can connect them using other software like SmartFTP FTP.
I've used google and found "solutions" as control time "FTP". But even a 60 second delay instantly brings the error message.
Also, I tried a new install of Dreamweaver yesterday but it does not help.
Operating system is Windows 8 Pro x 64
Any advice would be great because I can't work without Dreamweaver.

I tried all the things on the forums as clear your cache, if it does not delete the whole folder cs6, I reinstalled and still its happens.
Very frustrating, need to update clients websites and I can't connect.

DW is installed on your hard drive?

When DW starts acting weird, the first thing to try is delete the Cache of corrupt in DW

No, I added a calculation to the page to see what is the sql code that is returned by the function... Now, I could add in another column and see what happens...

That's why I suggested moving it to a function outside the page... You can test this in the sql command window and the prefect what you are after... Have done reports a little like this... Or even more fun, with a function in the pipeline...

How to display the message no data found

macOS installation of Sierra (from El Capitan) fails with the message "internal error."

Tried the update to Mac OS Sierra and it seemed that everything was fine, but at the very end of the process, it would not be completed installation. Sierra downloaded OK and when I click on install it went through a process of 15 to 30 minutes, rebooted and then watched as he was finishing the installation for a few minutes. But then I got similar error message (a gray window clear on a gray screen dark, with a round Sierra icon upwards):

I have a Macbook Pro retina mid 2012 with a processor clocked at 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650 M 1024 MB graphics, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM and a SM768E of APPLE SSD flash hard drive. I ran disk utility, and it says everything is fine. I tried different approaches, several times, but no matter what I try, I can't seem to install the new macOS Sierra. I even wiped my entire computer and started from scratch, by installing a clean OS X 11 (El Capitan) and then try to install the Sierra, but still it does not work. This makes me think that maybe that's a problem with my App Store account? But given that I was connected, I'm not sure that it could be. Or maybe it's hardware related? I do not know. Even the SR Advisor. Apple I was talking with the phone was perplexed.

Update of CRMI against COE Oracle 10 G server fails with the error message Invalid Date of creation

I have an application that performs an update of a piece of content via CRMI. The element is specified viaA content ID. Since UPDATE_DOCINFO is the service DOC_INFO needs service is executed first to get it.
DOC_INFO returns information very well. However, when UPDATE_DOCINFO is executed, it always seems to return an error message stating that creation Date is not valid. The element content updates without this error via the Native Web INTERFACE. My code works when pointed at an Oracle 11 G Server COE.
I tried:
1. Adding did so to a new DataBinder, without dCreateDate
2. Adding did so to a new DataBinder, with dCreateDate
  - Add dCreateDate as a date object (from DOC_INFO response I've tried)
    - through thegetDate()
    - manual conversion with DataObjectEncodingUtils.decodeDate() (w / get() )
  - Add a string
    - convert with SimpleDateFormatter similar to how RIDC encodes (w / getDate() )
    - manual conversion with DataObjectEncodingUtils.encodeDate() (w / getDate() )
    - as «»
    - as null
    - get()Instead ofgetDate()
3. Directly using DOC_INFOresponse Binder
4. With the help of the library of CRMI 11 G (3 above) 5 using the RIDC 10 G (1-3 above) library
All listed approaches have returned the same error message.
Here's the method I use for the update. The commented code is the thing I've tried that does not resolve the issue.

I could solve the problem.

The answer is proven be setting the parameter UserDateFormat on the RIDC Binder that I used to make the update request.

Then I got just to make sure that all of my dates been serialized using this same format.
