Software Magentic

I have a screensaver.desktop program called Magentic.  When I run it on my laptop with XP, it is very effective and without problems.  When I run it on my desktop with Vista, I continually get a white screen that hides the office.  Is there a solution to this problem?

This program is free with Incredimail and I was informed that Microsoft has deliberately created this problem in order to discourage the use of a competitor to Outlook - I hope that's not the case.

Hello

Cannot talk about the rumor, that is probably all it is. More likely, the software was not updated to be compatible with changes in Vista (each OS has requirements of implementation of different software that require software companies to modify their code to be compatible), until the seller makes the effort, there is little you can do.

  • DeskJet F2180: Deskjet F2180 only magenta work.

The printer worked very well for many years. I upgraded to WIN 10 and he stiil worked. It works well in black but has a problem in color mode. I thought it was a problem of low ink as only magenta worked. I tried another cartridge that had the same problem, but it was an old cartridge and thought it might have dried. Then I bought a new cartridge (HP22) real and the problem resolved. The print cartridge allignment sheet and complete alignment. After a few weeks, one of the colors is impossible to print. I cleaned the contacts, but it made no difference. I then printed a self-test as described in the manual and all three colors print correctly. I checked that win 10 is up-to-date and I reinstalled the latest HP driver. Is there a diagnostic software that will help you.

Glad to hear that you guessed it sorted. There is no such reclassification policy non HP cartridges. Perhaps you are referring to this: inquiries regarding third party ink and supplies (recharge and revised).

In any case, this does not apply to your printer, and I think the question was probably related to the software or driver, and I am pleased that you guessed it work.

My CP1525nw color printer leaves the magenta veins on the left side of each page to print.  I tried to clean the printer using the clean function built into many times I removed and cleaned the amgenta cartridge, and I also deleted every piece of software my machine HP and reinstalled the drivers for this printer.  Magenta strekas are still there. They are always on the left side of the page.

someone had this problem a few years ago and an answering machine seems to have responded with a link to a wrong page

Is there a solution or a work link pleaase?

Well, it's obvious that you're upset.  I'd be for.  To make this real simple.  You have a bad magenta toner cartridge. Cleaning will not work because the wiper inside the toner cartridge blade went probably bad toner causing the flight of this side and causing the problem.  Replace the magenta toner with a new toner hp original and all should be good.

I have an old Lexmark printer. I just installed new toner and it won't print magenta. I downloaded a new driver from the Lexmark Web site supposedly and yet, it will not be printed. I can't find the old driver anywhere, through each directory on the computer. Windows Help doesn't help. Told you to follow the instructions of the manufacturer. Manufacturer tells you first uninstall the old driver. Windows Help doesn't tell you how to uninstall the drivers.

I am running Windows Vista on a Dell Studio nine
I've got everything I can think of including related: put in startup, uninstall/reinstall, which makes my choice by default, even turning off security on downloads & installs.  But Vista refuses to launch... (And I do not understand it is maybe not the best choice, but it makes me happy... & I need that now..) Please any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

    Hello MakMeHappy,

Thank you for using the Microsoft answers Forum

We want to assure you that Magentic is compatible with Windows Vista. I downloaded this background screen program on my laptop but got errors repeated that he could not install. You are using a version of this software which is known to be compatible with Windows Vista? Is there an another Vista machine that you tried this software and it worked? Are there errors that either Vista or the Magentic software gives which would give us more information as to why it does not work. Have you contacted Magentic support to ask if the software is compatible or if they have a version that will work correctly on Windows Vista?

Additional information you can provide on this problem would be useful.

  • Magenta misaligned on CP1515n printer

The magenta color on my CP1515n printer is out of alignment of about 1.5 mm on the right-hand side of the page, but OK on the left.

    I tried the following:

-Updated to the latest firmware (20130923)

    -Calibration of color (several times)

-Permanent storage (NVRAM) reset (several times)

    -Mode of cleaning (many times)

    -Restore default values

I do not have available ToolboxFX because I have a Mac (OS X 10.9.5).) I do not think that the problem is related to the software or driver because it happens when you print the page of diagnosis in the printer menu, which does not imply the computer.

The printer is out of warranty, but only has 2700 pages printed since new. Levels of toner magenta, cyan and yellow are 42%, 45% and 44%, respectively. I hesitate to try to buy a new toner cartridge, since I can end up having to replace the printer if this does not correct it.

The user's Guide describes a "Mode of Calibration" option for a full extended calibration. This option does not exist on my Control Panel printer, even if I have the latest firmware, so I couldn't do a normal calibration.

The problem started suddenly rather than gradually gets worse.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi OWL,

The printer is perhaps longer under warranty but toners would guarantee.

When you call in, let them know that you call on an accessory guarantee and question relates to a replacement toner/s. Let them know the toner brands are the battery, they may also have a number of pages, you can print.

    Thank you.

  • Levels of HP C7280 ink & put cartridge software/driver?

Since the day one on my renovated with printer all-in-One extended warranty C7280 cartridge estimated ink level have indicated/felt empty.  At the time and after replacing the printer once again I finally learned by a supervisor of the support phone HP that the factory provided ink cartridges were special and because they were not full, first, estimated ink levels would be would not read.  so... I waited and waited and finally black ink ran out and I replaced it with a new cartridge in date, which worked well but unfortunately its estimate of read ink level empty too.  so... I continued to wait and finally Magenta and Light Magenta down dry and I replaced with cartridges date and still none of the ink level estimates register.

Although I suspect something wrong with the printer along the cause is it possible I neglected/was unaware of a simple fix to get these read levels now?

I read the levels of ink directly from the screen on the printer.  No need to use the software Connectivity PC side.  Besides, because of other unresolved problems I uninstalled software applications and uses only the drivers.  This leads to the second question/problem...

After the support of futile attempts to fix wireless phone another supervisor told me that HP has been in the weeks, releasing an update of the v12 for my printer software.  He had lied because this v12 software released on other printers, but not the C7280 and its nearest summer for one year.  I would like to know if anyone knows what are the intentions of HP?  V12 will be always available for the C7280?

Unfortunately, with HP I found it much easier to ignore the problems I had and work around them then spend time futile with offshore technical support.  What a WASTE of the industry does discover offshore support at low cost.  They got what they paid for and we had trouble.

Progress...  There is a simple solution for ink cartridge levels is displayed not correctly - only vacuum for the last 10 months.  However, there was no reason given as to why HP does.  A few days ago, a phone tech took me by making a hard printer factory reset where you unplugged the uinit, then all by pressing the "6" and keys ' # ' plug the power back in.  For the first time that the ink levels read their correct estimates and the self-assessment report showed these values too.

Unfortunately with the fluid level reading this thread to find out that 3 of the 6 spare ink cartridges I bought 10 months ago and had to start using some 2 months ago where not full.  In fact the yellow cartridge I replaced two days ago to read only 53% full immediately.

I tried to get HP to compensate me for these three cartridges partially filled and finally spoke to a support engineer in the United States without result.  However she told me that these renovated C7280 printers have been sent with the function of liquid ink level disabled on purpose but did not say why.  She said that the early support should have reset the printer 10 months ago, I agree.

In the end, Office Max, where I bought the original printer, exchanged the three ink and cartridges for the first time the icons on the screen of the printer ink cartridge all disappeared.  In fact, I thought it was now a new problem, but apparently that's normal when all cartridges are more than 50% or so full - at least that's what said this same technical support engineer.  And for the first time, the self-assessment report has listed all levels of ink to 100%.  Is everything working now?  Time will tell.

(So restore the printer to Ethernet and using only the printer drivers base v 10 [no printer installed software apps] I don't have to reset the router periodically during print jobs wouldn't last and I feel a printer real reliability back finally.)  It's also I think as my first post here in the forum HPs I checked "resolved."  Also...  I do not work for HP... "and do not like their offshore phone support).

  • My C8180 does not print the magenta if shades I print directly from my computer

My C8180 does not print the magenta if shades I print directly from my computer.

I did a test once my pictures came out with greenish and bluish colors. I saved an image I created and that was a lot of red, pink, purple and magenta on a flash drive. Then I inserted the drive flash directly in the front of the printer and the image printed with all the vibrant colors that it should print.

I took the same exact image and saved on the hard drive of my computer. Printing through the computer, the colors are muted, streaked and red, pink, magenta sine.

The problem is not with the printer heads or connectors... it must somehow be attached to the HP program or drivers. Now the question is, how can it be fixed? If I uninstall the HP printing software, if I install it again, won't the same problems with the colors appear again?

Well, I'll point you to a video on deleting locked files that may be easier to understand than my trying to explain.

Even if its 2010, the rules still apply.

    http://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=kiwbvwXx-ja

Brian of Britec explains the process to remove the stubborn locked files with these two programs listed below. It doesn't matter if the locked files were a virus or not. You can stop and replay the video as much as you want, easy peasy.

Download and install Process Explorer from Microsoft Sysinternals.

    Download and install Malwarebytes Fileassassin

    That should do well.

Let me know how it turns out.

  • Magenta in my Yellow - OfficeJet Pro K8600

Why are there of Magenta in my yellow and Cyan in my Magenta?

I turned off all photo "patches" in preferences, set the printer to manage manually in the driver and removed color profiles of colors so that the Adobe software could manage the color.

It's a strange combination of colors that are intertwined. This occurs when you print outside Adobe? If it prints correctly outside Adobe, then this is a problem with Adobe. If it does not correctly print outside Adobe, then there is a problem with the printer. In this case, the problem should appear on a page of print diagnostics:

Use the following steps to print a print quality diagnostics page.
