LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw has error 79 on the unit and turn off and unplug for 45 seconds and reconnected directly in the wall are not solving the problem / delete the error message.

SERVICE 79 [XXXX] the printer has detected an error.
1. press on CANCEL the WORK to erase the memory of the printer printing.
2. turn off the printer and turn on the printer.
3. try printing a job from a different software application. If the job prints, go back to the first application and try printing a different file. (If the message appears only with software or print job, contact the provider of software for assistance.)
4. If the message persists with different software and print jobs, disconnect all cables from the printer that connect to a network or a printer.
5 turn the printer off.
6. remove all memory DIMMS or third-party DIMMs from the printer. (Do not remove the firmware DIMM in DIMM location below).
7. remove all EIO printer devices.
8. turn on the printer.
9. If the error no longer exists, install each DIMM and EIO, one device at a time, making sure to turn off the printer and turn it back on when you install each device.
10. replace a DIMM or EIO device if you determine that it causes the error.
11. do not forget to reconnect all cables that connect the printer to the network or the computer.
12. If the error persists, replace the firmware DIMM. 13 replace the formatter.

I use Windows 8 Pro, 64-bit on a printer of a6700y Pavilion with a printer PhotoSmart 310. When I print, I get an error message saying that there is an error, and the document will not print. The document prints correctly, but will not remove the file in the print queue... I have to manually delete the file in the queue. Of course, it's a software problem. How can I solve this problem?

Photosmart Premium C309: Faulty Error Message prevents printing.
4-5 years used as stand-alone Copier only - NOT connected to a computer. Was working fine, but 2 months ago got the error message "load paper into the main tray ' although the right type paper and the amount is loaded correctly. Message and flashing lights must be cancelled manually. Monitoring troubleshooting instructions re: loading, jams etc exactly as HP comes with paper unit. Best Buy, a retailer, n 't printer repairs. I followed the instructions on the page re HP online support: cleaning of the rollers - power of EXACTLY, but still does not print because the paper tray think is empty. HP says they can't stand any more of this product. I know that these printers are cheap these days, but it seems a waste just throw something out when the solution is perhaps a minor (but unknown!) fix. Any ideas anyone?

Error message = close print cartridge access door
I've set up my new 4500 series printer and I can't get rid of this error message. I tried all the steps listed on the HP support site, but no help. I can't print at all.
There is a document with the steps to solve a door open error. This document can be found here. You say that you did all the steps on the HP support site, but make sure that no steps have been omitted in the document.
If the error persists, then try to perform a hard reset.
Hard Reset:
Unplug the unit when turned on
Disconnect the other end of the power cord from the wall jack directly
* Wait 30 seconds
* Connect the device upwards.If the error persists, then try a partial reset. This reset path can be found in the document located here. The 4500 is not listed, but the reset is the same as the Group of the top in the document (method 3 and #).
If this error continues to display after all these steps, then I recommend to contact HP Technical Support on this printer. If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.

A series of 3611 using HP Deskjet 3050 has (last new material before problem) on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows Internet Explorer 9.1.10 - when I try to print I get no numbered error reading message "an error has occurred in the script on this page" it goes then with some details that vary with the material, I am trying to print, and then I can't print - I did some Internet research and could not get (or understand) suggested methods of repair other than comments - which suggest that HP is a source of this type of problem - or the last loaded device - I rebooted HP a couple of times with no benefit - the HP print well from a source other than the Windows Explorer or G-mail - I use a workaround to copy my wording of the text and print it easily - suggestions?

OfficeJet Pro 6230: Error Message: incompatible print heads
The printer is not even a month and has worked perfectly, until last week when he simply stopped Mid-print page. There are no jams, no flashing lights, it just stopped printing. I turned it and turn it back on and that's when the ink lights began flashing. First there was black ink, which I changed with a new cartridge (even though I know that the configuration it was not empty). Then each colored ink lights began flashing. I replaced all four cartridges with the new HP ink and the Scan doctor says that the print heads are alternately missing, damaged or incompatible. The message passes whenever I check. I am at a loss and impossible even to contact someone to get this repaired thing (because it is still under warranty).
None of the troubleshooting techniques worked. I had all the tried before they have been suggested, so I ended up contact HP and receiving a replacement printer. We'll see how it goes.
