• Parser error message: required "cols" attribute was not provided.

  I can't with a ditamap in FM 12 because two files refuse to register. They send the error message parser 'required attribute "collar" has not provided.

  They both contain tables imported by conref. The error appears on the tgroup element. Yet the attributes of table for tgroup does not seem to contain a cols attribute and I do not see where to set it or what.

  In another DITA Editor, XMLMind Personal Edition, I have no problem to open and save the destination and source conref files imported. They seem to have the cols attribute properly set.

  What does not go on the FM band and how do I solve this problem? It's annoying that a big expensive tool should be much harder to use than a free!

  I found a solution, even if it is rather heavy:

  1. in the conref target file, go in mode code and find the item of after the conref.

  2 type a space after tgroup. A list of attributes is displayed.

  3. Select columns in this list. Now, the tgroup element reads .

  4. Enter the number of columns in the table between the "", for example .

  5. save the file. It now generates the parser error-free.

  You would think that for all this Automation, you wouldn't do it manually for each file that includes a table with conref. But you would be wrong.

  This error occurs generally when the print job goes into a State on hold; the printer is to work offline or pause printing mode.

  Follow the steps mentioned below:

  Method 1: Restart the print job

  a. Click Start, click Control Panel and then double-click Printers.

  c. If all documents to be printed are waiting, click on cancel or Purge print jobs/documents.

  Loading site Amazon UK, error message received this additional plugins required to display all the media on the page. Java and Flash have been updated and all the other plugins updated but the problem is not resolved. When I click on install plugins, that a message is returned that no appropriate plugins found. • Since I updated to Firefox 8 on Mac OS x 10.4.11, Firefox does not open more (not same previous versions downloaded via Safari). I get the error message "You cannot use Firefox with this version of Mac OS x" (translated from Dutch).

  I tried to create a new profile, the problem remains the same.

  None of the 3 accounts on this desktop computer can use Firefox. This has never been a problem. Today (14.11.11) I've updated Firefox to 8 and nothing more. Via Safari, I downloaded Firefox 7 to reinstall, same error message.

  From Firefox 4, Mac must have an Intel x 86 processor (which you do not have) and OSX 10.5 or higher (version OSX 10.4).

  The good news is that Firefox 3.6.24 still support OSX 10.4 and Mac with the PPC Mac architecture. The bad news is that the support for Firefox 3.6.x series is likely to end in the first quarter of 2012.

  As I never had problems with Microsoft Updates in the 3 years that I've owned this computer, I am confused now what has happenned.

  My laptop has a valid copy of Windows XP Professional and has always already been updated successfully, both manually by using the web page for the custom updates and so automatically.

  Can someone please shed some light on the question and how to fix it?  I obviously don't want to need to format this computer.

  I still regularly ran my anti-virus (N360 which is always updated) software and windows defender.  I have also always used Spybot S & D.  None of the mentioned software found no major problems, as I expect, because they are supposed to prevent intrusions. I also run the current Microsoft malicious software removal tool as an extra precaution.

  My problem is:

  After you perform a system restore to an earlier date on my laptop, I wanted to check windows update to make sure that all my security updates are in and up to date.  I opened the page to update as normal, then I accept the license agreement and I continued to the next screen.  Normally, I don't have to do this, he usually directly goes to the page.

  I saw a suggestion in another forum that said to remove drivers Virgin Mobile via Add/Remove programs.
  Then, remove the Novatel directory in Program Files. They claimed that remove the directory was the key.

  Then add the drivers of Windows XP to return to the large map Strip MC760.

• Paper stopped, pulled the half rest disappeared. Now the error message

  When printing I wanted to print on the back of the paper and jammed paper.  I managed to get half outside, but I think the machine ate the otherhalf and now I get the error message.

  Someone has put a policy on your machine to enforce some rules for passwords. Best is to ask that person to change these rules for you. Alternatively, you can run gpedit.msc, then follow this path to edit yourself: Local computer policy / Computer Configuration / Windows settings / security settings / account policy / password policy.

  Note also that:
  -You cannot delete the built-in Administrator account.
  -Administrator with a blank password accounts is a big security risk.
