  Yes.  I think your problem is perhaps due to the publication of a SWF output with HTML5.  The file imsmanifest.xml maybe not at the root of SCORM where LMS is expected to find.  Try my suggestion to publish only one exit at once.

  I would recommend that you try first update of the Adobe Application Manager (AAM), which is the underlying software used to download/install creative cloud apps.

  I think I can solved the problem by renaming a file (which may have had has been corrupted?).

  Here's what I did:
