    Hi, Claudio Nahmad,.

This error can occur if the data in the registry for the device and its driver has been corrupted.

Since you have already done a factory restore, leave, try to uninstall and reinstall the driver CD\DVD and check if it helps.
Code 19: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged

We can also refer to article and check if it helps.

Your CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

Important: The above links contains steps to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

  • Windows 7 does not start normally.

Windows 7 does not start normally.  The Startup Repair tool will not fix the problem and restore the system to the restore point further did not help either.  I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic, and he says that he has no problem.  I started the system in Mode safe, everything seems to work fine, but I can't seem to find something that will solve the problem and allow Windows 7 start in Normal Mode.

In Safe Mode, try setting up Windows for "clean boot".

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Follow step 1 to clean boot, and then see if you can start the computer in Normal Mode.

  • CD/DVGW SN - S082D question - Windows cannot start this hardware device Code 19

I've had my laptop for a little over a year now and it's had its fair share of problems, which most is repairable or there is a solution.
Earlier today, I inserted a disc in the drive and tried it opens, went into "My Computer" and find the disk was not displayed.

It's happened a couple times and a simple reboot fixes the problem.
I rebooted twice and this time, that the problem was not fixed, after going in 'Device Manager', I found there was a problem with the device and he gave me the following error message

"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

    Hello

I oddly found the solution to my problem while browsing through the suggestions of SpritX at the following link: http://forums.techarena.in/vista-help/771598.htm

Here is the solution I implemented and now my drive works perfectly:

    RESOLUTION
Warning serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using the registry editor or by using another method. These problems may require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.

To resolve this problem, remove the affected filter drivers. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, type regedit in the search box, and then click regedit in the list programs.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.
    2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Be careful it can be many instances of the registry subkey that is mentioned in step 2. You must ensure that you are in the appropriate registry subkey before modifying the UpperFilters and LowerFilters values. To verify that you are in the appropriate registry subkey, make sure that the default data value is the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM and the class data value is CDROM.
    3. in the right pane, click UpperFilters, and then click on remove.
    4. click on Yes to confirm the deletion of the UpperFilters registry entry.
    5. in the right pane, click LowerFilters, and then click on remove.
    6. click on Yes to confirm the deletion of the LowerFilters registry entry.
    7. exit the registry editor and then restart the computer.
Note When you delete the UpperFilters registry entry and the LowerFilters registry entry, you may lose functionality in certain programs such as CD recording programs. In this scenario, you must reinstall all of the programs involved. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor to determine if an update is available for the program.

  • Get several errors on my Windows 95 computer

Original title: how to fix the conflicts of resources?

Hello. I pulled up an old W95 machine (which was working fine when I finally stopped him a year or two ago). When he crossed the diagnoses, after listing the bios, processor, ram, mouse, keyboard and record information, it is said:

"Event log messages, go to the configuration to view.

    Error

Conflict situations resource - controller network PCI in slot 03

    Bus: 00, device: 0F, function: 00

    Press to resume, installation

    Press to enter SETUP ".

When I press to resume, it processes for starting Windows 95 screen and hangs there. When I press on the installation, need me through configuration options, but I don't see anything that helps me to understand or to correct situations of resource conflict. The thing that is amazing is that he was works well when I finally stopped him.

Can someone help me understand how to solve this problem? Sure would appreciate it. Thank you.

I found the 'response' suggested to be useless, but I solved the problem and write the solution in case it can help someone else in the future. I replaced the battery on the motherboard and that solved the problem, that is, it removes the resource conflict error message during boot and allows Windows to start normally. I was a bit surprised that it was the battery, I had no other symptoms of a defective battery. The clock kept perfect time, and a voltage check showed he was strong. But the info I had put research on google, I decided to replace the battery (although I don't think that was the problem) and voila! Problem solved.

  • OEM of Windows 7 Starter Pack LEGAL buy & sell in India?

    1)

There are a few shops online in India who sell OEM of Windows 7 Starter edition. Of what I could do from the Microsoft Web site, Starter is found only pe installed on netbooks.

Are these stores doing something illegal? Or did Microsoft allows Windows 7 Starter OEM sales in emerging markets?

You can find that it sold here
    http://www.buyatbrands.com/operating-systems/2330-Microsoft-Windows-7-starter.html

Direction of the Amazon India it also lists them here

See a video of the unboxing here OEM pack Youtube
    http://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=zRNG2IBQLlE

If it is only for the manufacturers, why Microsoft allows its sale to consumers? And I can buy it to use on my PC?

I know that Starter is quite a Lite edition, but all I'm worried about is Internet Explorer and a Windows operating system for compatibility.

    (2) some malls and shops in India (which are on the list of Microsoft resellers) sell original Windows 7 Home Basic & Premium boxes at discounted rates (e.g. 20% cheaper). But the Microsoft India Store Web site (now closed because it has been hacked... He will return with Windows 8) used to sell to the close rates MRP. Dealers are allowed to sell it at a low price? There's nothing fishy about this good topic?

    Thanks for your time...

The only thing I can add is that I know that there is a license windows 7 starter OEM system builders limited markets. I think the India is one of these markets. (if I remember correctly diagnosis MGA reports)

Interestingly, Microsoft Fix it, says it cannot start the Cryptographic Services. Are God, while the _____ you supposed to difficulty? It made Internet Explorer icon on my desktop and other places.

  • Windows XP starts, an error message appears. 'RUNDLL error loading C:\Windows\ihukuqej.dll'. The module specific cound not be found.

Original title: Windows Rundll error on startup

My laptop, Windows XP startup, an error message appears. RUNDLL error loading C:\Windows\ihukuqej.dll.  The module specific cound not be found.  I downloaded ParetoLogic PC Health, did a full scan on the registry and fixed all of them, rebooted and its still there.

    What is a rundll error?

File rundll.exe are processes systems directly connected to your computer Windows registry. All of the Dll files are a part of the vast library that contains code and data that are shared by many programs. This allows to obtain the effectiveness of speed and memory of your operating system by reusing the same code or file to run many functions of various programs. An error occurs when the program are not allowed to access this code.

    Why do you Rundll errors?

Windows uses rundll files to load programs, files, and applications. If the dll file is missing or damaged, any application using this file cannot be loaded. This will produce a rundll error. The reason why the file has disappeared is often related to a virus or spyware. This type of malware often tries to divert the files shared by the rundll file. Other sharing programs file then do not work effectively or to load any.

    STEP 1: IDENTIFY

The first thing you need to do is to identify the process specific rundll. This isn't a difficult task; There is a library online extensive process in which you can assess the validity of the process that is running. When the error dialog box opens, it displays the name of the process. For example, if the dialog box appears and tells you the dll error:

    STEP 2: STOP THE PROCESS

Often, you can locate the Dll of enforcement in the services of the exe. You can open your services configuration by following the instructions below:
    1. open your Start menu.
    2. click on run
    3. in the command screen type:services.msc
    4. This will bring to the top of the window Management of the Services . If you drag the mouse to one of the services. It will give you a detailed explanation of the service in question. By right-clicking the individual service.
    5.stop the "dll" service immediately.

NOTE: sometimes the dll process can not be stopped by this method.

STEP 3: CHECK FOR AND REMOVE

You need to open your Windows registry file system. It is an extremely delicate process. The registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > RUN

This action will help you speed up the considerable load time of your applications. Here's how:

    1. click on Start
    2. click on run
    3. type regedit
    4. find this registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > RUN

    5. in the right section click on: "rusvdgpo" = "%System%undll32.exe % System%usvdgpo.dll, [RANDOM LETTERS].
    6. delete the value and reboot.

    SPECIAL REMARKS

Rundll.exe is a critical system process. However, there a great vulnerability is back, which makes it more prone to malicious purposes by an attacker allowing access to your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, personal data and Internet banking.

The Trojans are usually use this attack method to share a process that invites the other malware be more Trojan horses or other forms of spyware. The best defense is to keep your security up-to-date software and explain the process of rundll on your computer.

    ======================

More information is a lot to explain and resolve the problem.

Since it is a painful process for beginners, it is best to create a new user account and remove the error causing the user account.

Because not only it solves problems, there will be new user settings and the program files needed for the user account.

Once you are in the new user account, you can scan by using a program that synchronize with the server and check for virus/malware/spyware.

    Hello

    1. what application or antivirus security suite is installed and your current subscription?

2 Norton (another) or a McAfee application ever installed on this machine?

    3. What are the fix applications that you used so far to try to fix this problem?

Try the next method and check if that helps you with the question of the 127 error you receive.

Method 1: Rdding the DLL file by doing the following:

    1. Click Start and click Run, in the search box type CMD and press to enter.
    2. right click on CMD in the list and click "Run as Administrator".
    3. type the following command and press ENTER. Regsvr32 msvcp71.dll
    4. close the command prompt window.

Method 2: run the file system (CFS) Checker:

(Note: you need an XP installation disk to start the System File Checker search.)

The SFC command is used to detect and resolve problems with the files on Windows XP and Windows Vista computers. This command allows you to launch the Windows File Protection Service and allows you to analyze all integrity-protected Windows files and replace all problematic files identified.

    1. click on start, and in the box to start, search type CMD
    2. right click on CMD in the list and click "Run as Administrator"
    3. type the following command and press ENTER. Sfc/scannow
    4. close the command prompt window.

For more information on scan SFC (System File Checker), please look in the link mentioned below.

    I hope this helps.

  • Error - NTLDR missing Windows XP Home computer does not start.

Original title: XP-based computer does not start.

XP Home does not start after I uninstalled a large file of Samsung mobile phone. I get a missing NTLDR error message and have had a System32 error as well, but there is no DOS prompt that would allow me to access anything whatsoever. Another problem is that I lost my installation CD. I initially bought this Dell PC nine over 6 years ago, so can provide identification details, if necessary program. Could someone tell me how I can make a recovery CD please? (No floppy drive not installed in the PC). To further complicate things (Yes, I know - I created many more problems that we all need), I have to keep my files on the hard disk, so cannot do a complete reformat, unless someone can tell how to save them somehow. My BACK skills could be summed up as "plodder inexperienced but determined!

The file might be missing or it could just be that XP can't find it if your file system has somehow got corrupted.

As the forums MS Answers does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.

Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

Provide information on your system, the better you can:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Your system have IDE or SATA disks?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

System32 error, you see, is what exactly?

Depends on a few factors, there could be another copy of the file NTLDR in other places on your system, but you have to start on something to find out whether there is or not.

After answering the above questions, I begin to make a CD from Recovery Console bootable XP by running a chkdsk/r, first on your HARD drive and then see what is left to do.

    Here's how:

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and don't forget (no support for XP not necessary).

This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD (do not install UniBlue or the Ask Toolbar - never!):

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:
    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

    Hello

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

According to the description of the problem you are facing problems with your Windows 7 computer. The question might be if there is a file system corruption. Then I suggest you to perform auto repair. For the execution of the task, I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps.

    Method 1:

When you use the recovery environment (Windows RE) to troubleshoot startup issues, first try the Startup Repair option in the System Recovery Options dialog box. If this does not resolve the problem, or if you have additional problems manually, use the Bootrec.exe tool.

Because you cannot start the computer, you may need to create a bootable Windows installation media, and then do an auto repair.

If you are using Windows 7 then the link provided below might help you to download and create installation media.

Download Windows 7 Disk Images (ISO files)

    Method 2

Try to rebuild the BCD by using the Bootrec.exe tool.

To run the Bootrec.exe tool, you must start Windows RE. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Place the Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.

    2. Press a key when you are prompted. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.

    3. Click repair your computer.

    4. Click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

    5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click command prompt.

    6. Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER.
