  The description of the problem seems a little unclear and I wish I had a better understanding before you start working on it. I would be grateful if you could help me with more information.

  • Is the printer connected directly to the PC or it is on a network?
  • What is a printer wired or wireless?
  • What is the brand and model of the printer?

  Try the following and see if it helps.

  Method 1: Disable Antivirus

  If you have installed any third party such as antivirus or firewall security software, I would say you temporarily disable and check if it works.

  c. right-click the print spooler service and then click Properties.

  If nothing works, then manually add the printer to the local port and check.

  What do you say "he's not leaving"? He kept playing with his only non-stop?
  If it is 'yes' or 'no', you can always he kill 'soft' media player.

  Take a look at your video accessory. What are the last 3 numbers, such as avi, mpeg, mov etc. ?
  It is possible that your video accessory is in a format unsupported by Windows Media Player.
  Save it in a folder of your choice.
  Googe for a FREE video converter (if you do not have one) and convert the video file toWMV.
  Now you should be able to read in the drive media with images and sounds.

  You will need to go back and try and delete the task in the queue again.

I checked the specs for the Envy 100 and as you can see below, the printer should take in if you use a format supported below. Maybe you can try the steps from the link I posted for you. I think the cleaning rollers should help. You can also try to select different types of paper to see if one works better than the other.

  SHUTDOWN PROBLEM, here is what happens:

  1. I use start menu & off the pc.
  2. PC seems to turn off (but a few small red lights twinkling near the power button / at the front of the Tower & the rest of button IT turned on.)
  3. After about 10 minutes, the PC then restarts by itself
  4. He can complain about "an unscheduled stop.
  5. Then
  6. I stopped again, and finally, it shuts

  Sometimes to get it off, I have to make a hold in the power button.  I know that regularly isn't good for the computer.

  At some point after the pc auto-entrée back, he sent this taskeng error, so maybe this is a hint on the cause of the problem.

  • I tried to do a restore from the registry to May 7 (a date the pc was ok), tried ending taskeng before stopping, and I let a Windows system/repair/recovery Volume and still have the problem.
  • Thinking maybe the computer was in the middle of the installation of Windows updates when I turn me off my PC at night, I have reviewed the updates of Windows 'Important' that were pending / CCEd would be / available, and they are useless for me (Office 2007 and IE) and should not have been install.
  • I tried a few other things, and the problem happens even about half time or more when I turned off the PC for the night.
  • I spoke to Microsoft; they don't help me without paying because my license code Vista is OEM, meaning that Dell is responsible for helping me.  Dell will not help me without paying because they say that it is a software problem and those who are not included in no charge technical support and was told to talk to Microsoft.

  Any advice to get my computer to close normally again?  It is very annoying because it takes TWO stops in about 10 min. OR a hold-in button stop making my PC actually turn off.  The text of the error below.  Thank you.

  Consider the following general guidelines for dealing with bluescreens.

  Consider running chkdsk on all partitions.  Leave complete chkdsk on each partition and see if that helps.

  Also consider running SFC/scannow.

  If you start in safe mode, do you still feel bugs? What if you do a clean boot, or boot device?

  Consider the memory with memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic test. Note that memory that pass the tests isn't necessarily good memory - he not only failed a review.  Examine systematically to eliminate the system RAM - run with a few modules for awhile and see how things are going.   Finally, for some reason any after the transfer, eventually after Internet Explorer automatically updated it will completely freeze when I open it. This is for me the prompt to open the session previously was crushed, and if I try that or close the dialog to open just the home page, it will freeze completely, even the blue circle next to the name of the tab to load.
  Fortunately, I have Firefox and Google Chrome installed, both work very well.

  Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm not entirely fretting on IE8 and WMP 11 but I feel really that less stressed if I know that I have a System Restore Point in case my previous numbers start to happen again.

  Other things you can try after trying the suggestions "Sreenkanth T" is to run the ChkDsk program.

  Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors.   Hello.    Since my last post, I was able to fix my problem.   Before when I tried to print landscape I just went into my layout, orientation and clicked on the landscape.   But with this new printer, I also change the margins so and it seems to work.   I don't know why this happens with a spreadsheet, as I've not had to do with a word document.

We returned home in July 2016 of holiday and the 63 HP black cartridge would not work and a new one has been purchased and installed. We have used the printer in just 2 weeks and not very well. Now in October 2016, we go home and again once the printer will not print black cartridge HP 63 is shown as almost empty of ink, which, after only 2 weeks of light, use in July.
