Error System Service Exception blue screen BCCode: 3B

For about 3 weeks, my Vista 64-bit machine has started meeting with a BSOD. I met four accidents in 3 weeks. However, this does not happen very often as a point, I went a week and a half without crashing. I ran MemTest86 + for 12 hours, with 10 passes completed without error reported.

The accident occurs generally when I have several programs open, which includes a game like DOTA 2, Spotify, Skype and Google Chrome.
I've updated my network driver and I just updated my video card driver, but it remains to be seen if this will help. Looking for a simple list of things that I can start going through, starting with the most common causes of this type of system Service Exception BSOD. You will find additional information below:

I also have a dump file mini that I could provide if necessary.

Associated with the Solo - 1 Sunbelt Personal Firewall SbFw.sys driver.  I would remove at least to test.

Please remove the viewing programs of CD such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, are in your dmp, called c:\windows\system32\drivers\sptd.sys, which is known to cause a BSOD.

Use this program to uninstall SPTD DuplexSecure

    I need your help!
    Thanks in advance!

Most recent minidump files showed similar mistakes as before and more indicate a hardware problem.

Past errors, such as BAD_POOL_HEADER (19) and (4th) PFN_LIST_CORRUPT tend to point to the RAM.

What I would say is to delete everything except a 1 GB RAM module and see if improves stability.

Later, you could reinstall the RAM, a module in time, see if stability is maintained after each module.

  • After the release of windows vista service Pack 2 and flash 10 my system continues to blue screen

After the last update of windows vista service Pack 2 and flash 10 that my system continues to blue screen, the solution has advised windows that will fix it is to uninstall flash and reinstal, it dosent solution work any ideas? I tried to roll back to Flash 9 and it's less, but happens again... someone has any ideas?

First, uninstall Flash to make sure that's not the problem.  If the problem persists and if the problem is related to the installation of Vista SP2 (as seems to be the case), then Support Microsoft offers free technical support for installation of Vista SP2 issues at: https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?prid=13014&gprid=582034&st=1&wfxredirect=1&sd=gn.  They are experts on these issues and you should take advantage of the offer, although it is still free.  I'm sure they will be able to help you.  Minimize (but do not deny) the update of Flash and to focus on the installation of SP2 when you explain the problem.

I hope this helps.  If this isn't the case, after return and we'll see what we can do.

    Good luck!

I did some research on this subject, it is always useful to learn more. It seems to be a decent antivirus, so if it works for you, you can use it if you wish. If this is not the case, as I mentioned above, Microsoft Security Essentials is a great alternative.

Make sure you also as I mentioned the Service Pack 1 update if you have not already.

  • Windows BSOD 8: System Service Exception - tcpip.sys

    Hello

I got a new laptop for Christmas and updated to Windows 8. There has already been some hissing adjustments with me. A few days ago I tried to update the OS (continued to come with the update failed) unsuccessfully until today where I got it working after leaving it while I was at school. This has been the most recent installation, I know, and it has been fine for the last time to date. He can't go 3 minutes without a BSOD.
The error message I get is: System Service Exception - tcpip.sys.
Any contributions to this issue would be appreciated
    Thank you

This single DMP has been altered, so I can't give you definitive information yet.  Often when crashing in tcpip.sys, it's due to malware, or real malware application installed.  I would like to delete bitdefender and replace it with MSE (at least for testing).  It's a PNP (plug and Play) device just not sure what atm.

You have also some old drivers that need updating.  If you continue to plant please download each of them.
    Update of these (if available)

    Hi Manju,

Remember to make changes before this problem?

If the computer works fine only in Safe Mode, then some present third party software on the computer may cause this problem.

    Method 1:
activate the boot and then check if the problem persists

Follow step 1 in the link below,

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Important: n ' forget not to put the computer to a normal startup follow step 7 in the link.

    Method 2:
you can follow the steps described in the article below, which addresses the problem of blue screen

How to fix BlueScreen (STOP) errors that cause Windows Vista to shut down or restart unexpectedly

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/958233

The link you provided gave access to the files.

The minidump file showed a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe) referencing the usbhub.sys.

Although no third driver turned cause the crash could still leave a third-party driver.

What I would say is to uninstall the Logitech Setpoint software.

Then install the next update, which will update the USB stack including the usbhub.sys:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2547549

Then see if the blue screen problem resolves.

Subsequently, you can reinstall the Logitech Setpoint software using the latest version of Logitech.

    Help, please!

    Thank you!

The attached file of the DMP is the MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH1 (deaddead) bug check.

This indicates that the user has deliberately launched a crash dump from the keyboard or the kernel debugger.

It's very interesting to see, because it is as I said a bug MANUALLY initiated only control. Have you implemented the registry key-crash keys and perform the crash yourself?

    1. With PS/2 keyboards, you must activate the crash initiated by keyboard in the registry. In the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\i8042prt\Parametersregistry key, create a value called CrashOnCtrlScrolland equal to a REG_DWORD value 0x01.

    2. With USB keyboards, you must activate the crash initiated by keyboard in the registry. In the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\kbdhid\Parameters, registry key create a value called CrashOnCtrlScrolland equal to a REG_DWORD value 0x01.

We can see where you (I hope you...) initiated the crash manual, followed by a call to NETwNs64.sys (Intel (r) Wireless WiFi Link 5000 Series adapter driver for Windows 7) and then the bug check itself.

  • System service exception and kernel data inpage error BSOD in Windows 8

    Hi all

I'm excperiencing the Bsod every three minutes, or, on Windows 8, 64-bit.  I read the forum and saw that many people become similar problem, but I'm not sure that this is exactly the same as mine (I apologize in advance if this is, but to my inexperienced eyes, a little different aspect errors), so I thought I would like to ask for suggestions on how to solve this problem. My laptop is Acer, a little over a year and I mainly use it to go to the internet documents and write (I'm not games). The Bsod occurred in the past (but maybe once a month or more), but just for the last 4 days, it has been constant and I can't use my laptop at all (atm I use another computer).

Regarding the error: the only thing that appears on the blue screen is kernel_data_inpage_error and other times, the error is system_service_exception.

The problem is that I tried to view the event logs to see what the exact error, but I can't keep the laptop works long enough for me to write down (or screenshot) the details of the error. I managed to see a message that says something bad article on a drive, but I couldn't get more details.

I would greatly appreciate all advice on this subject,

With thanks in advance I can't wait to hear your thoughts,

    Pina

Please run the Driver Verifier to find the underlying issue

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

Since then, it is more likely to be a pilot run everything first.
1-Driver Verifier (for full instructions, see our wiki here)

If the auditor does not have the issue we move to it.

2-Memtest. (You can learn more about running memtest here)
