  Please note I have contacted panasonic who can't stand the printer-I called epson that does not support the old drivers and lenovo that says it's a software problem talk to microsoft.

  I suggest you to uninstall the printer drivers and then use the driver file that you want to install by using the procedure - below

  a. click Start, click Control Panel , and search for printers , and then double-click Printers.
  b. now, click Add Printer.
  c. Select Add a local printer and click create a new port.
  d. Select Local Port and click Next.
  e. type in "[\\computer name\printer name]"(sans les guillemets) for the Port name and click OK. ""
  f. follow the instructions to complete the installation. During the installation, when you are prompted to choose a good driver; Click the "disk".
  g. navigate to the driver file that you have on the computer, and then click OK. Now, check if the printer is correctly installed.

  Single cartridge need replace however, after replacing the cartridge, it displays an error saying to turn the printer off and then back on.  When the printer returns to the top it either comes up with the same error or you request to replace a different cartridge and then ends with the original error start the cycle again.

  All four cartridges have been replaced and all are 127 cartridges.

  Problem with connections to database... you can fix them... perhaps, the segmentation fault would leave with it.

  I don't know why I had received this error because I have not defined a long variable and I don't mean to insert a value in a column, so any help would be greatly appreciated.  This query also works very well in SQL Developer, so only when you try to use it in a classic report do I see the error.

  Perhaps due to the LENGTH of your query itself?  You can try this: do a VIEW of your query and try to run your standard report against this point of view?

  We now move to Oracle 11 g 2, and I encounter an error during precompilation of our code for ProC.  The error is S-PLS-00201, identifier "XXXXXX" must be declared.

  Let me explain what I'm doing.

  The identifier in question is a package.  The owner of this package is a schema user1 user.  In the same instance of the database, I have another user of schema, user 2.

  Granted User1 RUN to USER2.  And a SYNONYM was created for User2.  So now connect with USER2 with SqlDeveloper, I see the synonym of the given package.

  When precompiling with ProC, I use the SQLCHECK = SEMANTICS USERID=USER2/PWD@INSTANCE.

  Other indicators are: DBMS = V8 CHAR_MAP = VARCHAR2 ireclen = 80 oreclen analysis 80 = NONE select_error = no = NO maxliteral = 1024 maxopencursors = 10 TLigne = NONE release_cursor = YES

  That's when I get the error.  I need to connect with User2, because it is the main schema, and only a package is in another schema.  But if I change the username for ProC User1 and precompile only the part of the code that need USER1, it works (same package here, but in the scheme of the owner).  It seems that there is a problem with the GRANT.

  Does anyone have an idea?

  You must go to the "172.18.86.10" computer and see what records there. If necessary create a folder "\test_co" somewhere in this remote computer. Then your code wil lstart of work afterwards and folder is created on the remote computer, not on your local computer.

  I am trying to set up my local computer to run: Oracle XE, Oracle APEX v.3.1, with OC4J to allow printing via Apache FOP. So far, I've got XE and APEX 3.1 works well, OC4J looks OK, and I sent the FOP with APEX .war file. But I don't know where to configure APEX to use service of FOP. The instructions to http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/html/configure_printing.html say:

  To be honest, maybe I'm missing something, but this approach seems a little weird to me. The main advantage of the APEX (which doesn't seem to be all that common here in the United Kingdom), is that you can build web applications based on the database quickly and easily without having to run a big fat J2EE server. If I have to run a J2EE server for my impression, I lose this advantage. Still, it would at least make it work on my local machine, so tips are welcome.

  For the last days I'm not able to print anything from my Photosmart 5510, because I get the error message "" Black - cartridge incompatible generation more "or 'cartridge for printers of older generation'."   I've been ordering cartridges on eBay and Amazon for a few years now. They were not HP and printer always said to me that it is not genuine HP cartridge. I have no problem with notifications, as it prints well. I printed several pages of document .pdf only 4-5 days.  No problem at all. My ink level is very good, especially black, because I was always ordering the largest capacity I print a lot.

  This problem started today (or I had knowledge about this today) and there is no doubt that something has changed between the time where I printed the last time and now. But it's pretty clear that HP wants me to buy original cartridges. Is it not enough that my laptop is HP, my printer is HP... I should have freedom to choose what ink to buy and where to buy it. It worked a few days ago and I checked the black cartridge, that I get the error message, has at least 50% of ink left in it. Because HP wants me to throw it away, because it's not authentic?

  I'm really upset, because it is not a software, where we have to use the original permits. It's MY printer and I get to choose what cartridges I put in it, and where I buy my cartridges. If there answer like "it is not comapitble, etc.", well, it worked for a long time and printer tell me that there is problem with it. The problem with the cartridge just 'old generation '.

  If HP conitinues to press like that, I'll never buy anything HP again.
