  What laptop you have exactly?
  Where did you downloaded package of added value?
  The operating system that is pre-installed in Toshiba or your own installation of Windows that you are using?
  Try you added value package update or new installation?

  In my opinion, you should check your antivirus or firewall. I think that something is blocking the installation.

  I have a new 1650 precision and I tried to install the KB971033 from Microsoft updates as well as IE 10 update and they constantly risk to fail.  When I manually installed KB971033 my PC blue screened and then restarted and uninstalled the update.  How can I get these updates to install, or are they still necessary?  I run CheckSUR and the log shows the output below.  How can I solve these corruption issues and it is for this reason that I can not install updates?  Even run the tool MIcrosoft FixIT will attempt to fix the problem, but when the PC restarts and the installation process begins it says it fails and returns to before the repair.  This whole issue is trying to install iTunes 11 on this new PC and get the error:

  the system image recovery puts your computer at the factory, all files and folders will be lost. Back up files and folders before using this option.

  System Restore, use a system restore point, usually created by starting the computer in Windows 7 or a Windows Update. I would go back before Tuedays updated.

  I installed Windows 7 on the new Machine and want to use the utility function key.

  I downloaded the compatible vap on the driver download site. In the next step, I tried to install the PPV on the Archive of Toshiba Extractor. If I let install it automatically, I m only get the ODBC Driver-Installation Windows. So I canceled the Installation of the ODBC driver - and start the program installation of archive extracted.

  After the complete Installation, the function keys and the utility of the Flash card can be used. But the Flash card utility displays badly on the assigned keys functions. for example, on the keyboard the F11 key shows the power of the speaker function.

  The Flash Card utility indicates the Escape key for the same function switch (speaker). After the Installation of the vap, none called buttons work.

  I ve tested the function Key Utility for Windows 8.1. But this test was unnecessary.

  Now then reformatting disk Toshiba said just put the disk in the drive and turn off. I did very well. The said toshiba drive press F12 on startup and then click on run the CD. The CD starts and gets half way thro reformatting.

  It s very strange because the installation since the Toshiba Recovery CD should work properly and without any blue screen message.
  Usually, if the BSOD appears if there is a serious software problem or something wrong with the hardware.
  I don t think that the software on the CD of restoration could be corrupted.

  Have you tried to install the OS from the original CD of Microsoft Windows? It would be very interesting to know if the blue screen also.

  However, I think that your laptop is new and the warranty is valid. In my opinion, you should ask the after-sales Service of Toshiba partner to help him because guys could start the diagnostic test and can find the fault.

  Well after trying for days, adobe had not once activated the online chat so the search continues.

  I corrected the problem in the long run by doing this.

  I ran the Launcher cc and once he had errored out, I left it to the error screen and copied here c:\users\accountname\appdata\local\CreateCloudPackager\ installation files when you close the application cclauncher, it deletes this file.

  Then, I ran just the installer from the copied folder and it worked perfectly

  The only thing to do would be to format and reinstall the OS.  It's a little extreme, but it should work.  I'm sorry, but that's the last thing I know to try.  If you try this, make sure that you back up all your data.  Good luck.

  I try to include icons in my Air application. Unfortunately, during the phase of the package, I get the following errors:

  Yes, it's very good information.  Thank you to be thorough to me.  I actually had this happen to me personally on my Windows XP and printer Photosmart older (different error message but even constant pop up).  I could easily (but a lot of time, I might add) fix my problem of:

  1. uninstall the printer from Add/Remove programs.

  2. run cleaning disc of all programs > Accessories > system tools > disk cleanup.

  3 restart the PC.

  4 selection of a backup in CCleaner system option and then cleaning the registry using this tool. Click here and carefully read the reviews in CNET and opt to download the tool to see what I mean.

  5. restart the PC again.

  6. can download and install my printer on the site, but in your case, here are the drivers and the software feature full Officejet 6500 Wireless (the link is for the version of Windows 7 32-bit PC U.S.).

  This can become very difficult at times, so I want to provide this very comprehensive document from HP which covers your exact error message and their favorite not to try.  Mine are a little easier but a 'tad - little' more risky because I provided a link to a specific 3rd registry part cleaner that you use at your discretion (there are others out there).  I like it because I can back up my system first in the case where that something else has been removed should not have been.  I don't have that happen, fortunately.  Please read this document as well just to be on the safe side.  I'm here to help (do not do worse) so let me know if I need to explain something better, but I think that you have everything you need here to start.
