  The callbackinfo parameter can be set in each individual query API code or we can define a default callback for your full account url.

• We get the following 'error' in eSign: you are not authorized to view the content of this agreement

  We have an end user with a valid account that receives a request to approve the document, but when he opens the eSign link, it says it is not "authorized to view the content of this document of.  This could be the cause of this problem?

  The answer is:

  Go to 'visibility limited document' account-> Account settings-> global settings and uncheck the option 'Signatories will see only files containing input fields, acronyms or signed data that a. summer', save changes and send a new transaction, the problem will disappear.

  If you are documents is used over and over again, then you can create a library template, and this is the same documentation:

• Questionable safety on return esign documents

  I would like some comments on what I assume is a case of bad admin.

  I received an email from eSign for a document of my trainer. Click on the link, he filled out and sent. He went then to my wife and that's when I noticed something wrong. Any WHO could click on the link and see the half-full doc (ss # and a lot of personal information.) I got it to finish, and once it was complete the link was dead. My thought was "great at info less flee is dead, but I should probably say something to our specialist in.»

  Two minutes later, we both received a confirmation email that the doc was ""signed and filed!". In that e-mail was a link to the full document and a PDF attached, BOTH without any kind of password (which means that the link and the pdf file can be opened anywhere).

  MY QUESTION: Am I missing something in what the security, or is it a mistake on their part? Is it possible to send the eSign docs who do not have any kind of conditions of security clearance? I consider myself moderately well informed on the front of the tech and the feeling I would have heard something that does not require the receipt to a kind of info of the entry permit.

  Thanks for sharing your experience. According to the default workflow, the document is sent to the address of e-mail involved in the transaction. Now, if there are requiring form of sensitive information fields, then the sender can hide fields, and when the signer to fill in these fields, they would be replaced by ' *' characters. The sender can recover hidden information by accessing their account E-Sign.

  Now about the e-mail signed and filed in having copy of the signed document, the sender can even more protection by applying password to open it. Only the person involved in the transaction receives e-mail for access.

  Acrobat Pro DC subscription includes e-Sign. However, with the license perpetual Acrobat Pro DC, you will not get services e-Sign & you'll need to subscribe separately.

  If you talk about form fields in the Widget, then Yes, you can change them by going to the tab manage and click Edit opposite the name of the Widget under the Widgets section.

  Hello Daniel,.

  If you are talking about the library of templates to share with other users (in this case, your boss), then it is necessary of adding it to your account first and provided if you have business plan level. If you have an individual account, you can not share it with other users.

  The business plan level, you can go to the tab manage and scroll patterns library and click on modify. Then, in the preview page, click view properties and choose the option to share with the group or full account.

  I am not prepared to pay an extra month of $30per Esign Business on top of the $ 15 per month for AdobeDC Pro.

  For small business users, you should consider allowing a handful of features to add in a subscription AdobeDC. $2 per month with the material included below shippers brand message and sign offmarketing, or $5 per month to exclude all the material marketing adobe.
