  Simple question: is it possible to change the message that appears when a business rule is executed successfully?  For example, to transfer an employee.  The rule company runs for 20 seconds and I get TransferEmployee was successful message.  What should I do to display something like "Good job  Now add an employee hired to be "?

• Error during migration of business rules

  While trying to use the import/export option in environmental assessments to migrate business rules, we encountered an error.
  The export went very well. When you try to import, it says this: (even if it allows me to select the xml file suitable for import)
  Error during migration of business rules.
  Detail: The import file specified is not a valid trade rules xml file. Import ends.
  Details: Exception occurred. Please check your log file for more details.
  
  I'm sure I used the inherent format to export business rules.
  The old and new systems are version 11.1.2.
  
  The LCM method has failed also to the migration of business rules.
  Any suggetions?

  When you export make them sure you don't have "For Calc Mgr" checked, if you then import with failure.

  I'm a Faulted while invoking the operation 'callFunctionStateless' the provider 'OracleRules1.OracleRules1_OracleRules1_DecisionService_1' on a business call inside my rule on my ApprovalProcess.bpel.  This approval policy is related to activity of the user to be created.  I am using Enterprise Manager 11.1.1.7.0  It's the first rule of business, I have worked on.  The payload for the invoke is:

  Yes, you must create an xml based on the RequestCatalogDetailsDataType to complete. Then you should be able to send to business rules like this: but in your case you have to send it to the variable of the dsIn.

  I'm unable to open console ASA business associated with one of the planning rules / Essbase application. This particular planning application is also not appear when I try to "select Preview ' for the business rule.   I tried to restart the Regional but that does not solve the issue. Furthermore, I believe that this problem came after I manually deployed 64 bit weblogic for EAS. On other environments where tomcat is used there is no problem at all.

  Start planning of RMI, EAS,
  Connect to the planning through the web application.
  Connect to EAS, open your rule.

  I've been able to use EXCLUDE successfully in calc scripts, but not in business rules. When I copy the Calc Script code containing an EXCLUSION (see below) to a business rule, I get the following error:

  When I remove EXCLUDE it, it works. I hate having to chop my Calc in order to bring them into the rules of the company, but this seems the only alternative. We use Essbase version 9.3.1.   @LIST is just a way to create a game of a series of individually selected members who do not have a hierarchical relationship of members. You can use it in a large number of functions.

  The game to the right of the decimal point in the @REMOVE must be a member - member set can be a function, say @CHILDREN or so cherry picked, @LIST.

  I still consider @REMOVE as a superset and together, including the value of superset.

  So for your code, I think it would be something like:
  Fix (@Remove (@LIST, @descendants (MemberName) (mn1, mn2, mn3, mn4, etc..)))

  I think that the combination of @DESCENDANTS and @REMOVE behave as EXCLUDE.

  By the way, I try to make these corrections on the members of level 0 and then roll as it affects fewer blocks of data and then roll up the numbers. It is almost always more rapid, but may not work for you.

  I've migrated a 11.1.1.3 business rule and both macros (models) in the calculation Manager 11.1.2.2. When I validate the script I get the following error. Everyone has seen this before or have any advice? Script syntax checks ok.

  I just re thinking about your message. My comments above is not correct for your situation. The syntax above is correct if you are talking about the code 'in' the model itself (so if you open the template and look at the code). But if the code you have posted in your messages made from the window of script of the rule (in script view) then your problem is something different potentially.

  So the first thing is to make sure that in the model itself (open model), the PDT is defined in the global range or range of Member as [Parm1], [Parm2] etc. (or difficulty, depends on the way the model is shown) as I said in my first reply above, the model only defines the DTP, not members and must be placed between square brackets , as [Parm1}. Who will make that the DTP as defined in your model correctly. Then we need to look at how you define these PDT in the rule itself. Normally, it is much easier if your rule is in the chart view, as you just click on the model and you can enter the values. As you have your rule in Script mode, you must be very careful about how you set the values of the PAO. Every DTP 'type' has a different syntax in script mode.

  Looking at your script again I see another problem potentially. When you set the values in the DTP, the value must locking with double brackets, so [['three year Budget"]]. In your script, you must also in brackets. That is not always correct. There are moments between brackets and double square brackets is correct, but it is only when your DTP is of type 'Members', and by default, according to me, old macros of business rule translates into templates with the "Script" DTP types

  So, if you also change your business section where the models are defined as below; (as you can see, without parentheses around the DTP values).

  Where can I change the user Essbase calc planning HBRs in 9.3.1?
  
  When users run HBRs in planning, the same user Essbase is always used. I thought that planning used the user specified in the data source configuration, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

  Hi Seb,

  When a user runs a business rule in planning this specific user will contact HBR and the user essbase defined in the application data source will communicate with essbase.
  It should also propose that in hbrlaunch.log the user HBR and essbase user.

  Just to be sure I did a quick test and changed the essbase user in the data source, restarted the planning. logged on as a user and ran a business rule, the newspaper showed the essbase user, that I've changed in the data source.

• an error occurred when executing log checking script specified calc for dtls

  I get an error message occurred while execution log checking script specified calc for dtls. This occurs when users save data in the online form (there are 2 rules attached and we chose run on customer service option in the properties of the business rule) and it took 10 to 15 minutes, then a meesage gets displayed error has occurred during execution of the specified calc script.
  
  I ran the same Regional service console management rules, they work very well. Can someone help me with this.

  For a long term business rule I would not recommend their execution save, they are probably timing out in planning, long runnning rules are generally best left regular, eas, launcher web or possibly from the menu of business rule in planning.

• Error-63101 when executing the FPGA Interface C API Generator in LabVIEW 2012

  I'm using LabWindows CVI 2012 and 2012 LabVIEW FPGA module.  I try to use the FPGA Interface C API generator and I get the following error from a freshly generated .lvbitx bitfile.  I use the local server compiles on my PC.

  NOR-RIO: A valid .lvbitx bitfile is required. If you are using a valid .lvbitx bitfile, the bitfile maybe isn't compatible with the software you use. Determine which version of LabVIEW was used to make the bitfile, upgrade your software to this version or later, and then try again.

  The problem occurs when executing CVI or LabVIEW.  I was able to do this earlier when I was compiling the FPGA in LabVIEW with the API generator 2011 downloaded from the Web site.

  A bit of weirdness in my setup, it's that I charged it off downloads from the website (latest files after 2012 NIWeek) rather than the normal distribution DVD.  I installed LabVIEW, so NI RIO, then the Xilinx tools compatible with 2012.  It works very well when you talk to the FPGA to a LabVIEW vi running on my Windows PC to the host.

  Any suggestions?

  Problem solved.  I had to download FPGA Interface C API generator 12.0.  It works now.

  I would have thought that if a product was called on the menu in LabVIEW 2012, it would be prompted to upgrade to a compatible version, when I installed LabVIEW.  The old version is not compatible with version 3.0 bitfiles, as identified on the following lines at the top of the .lvbitx file:

  I have the calculation script that works as part maxl and worked great for the last month. I ran this maxl today and it comes up with the following error message:

  want my guess. I bet that a block for one of the other intersections has been created. It is possible that the data has been deleted (an empty block), but because the block exists, it will trigger the calculation. Also, it would not be a completely empty block. Remember that any value in a dense dimension will create the block. the block will be get accessible even if the dense member you are using is absent.

• XPath error occurred when executing unit Composite SOA testing

  I get the following error message when you run a Composite Test through the Oracle Enterprise Manager console.

• UIR-file not found (error 94) when executing dll CVI in TestStand

  I am trying to execute a dll that I created in CVI in TestStand.  I did have problems so far running all features except for the function that calls my user interface.  Whenever I run it, I get an "error 94, file '... 'not found' IUR.»»  This particular IUR is usually called in the main() function when I create an exe file in CVI, but I'm the appellant for another function to perform in TestStand.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  To do this:
