    I have a HP Photosmart eStation c510a aio with the removable "ZINEB" tablet. The Zeen has not lived up to its hype and seems to have been abandonded by HP. The Zeen is rooted in my aio printer to load and is customizable to show news/weather/emails, etc. Last night, I heard a shot, came into my office and concluded that the Zeen tablet had cracked open around it is sewing and fell from the printer on the ground. I don't know if the sound was the open pop Zeen or hit the carpet. Physically, other than to be partially open, the Zeen is fine. However the Zeen is the control panel of the printer, and now I can't use most of the features of this printer. What should I do? I took the printer off my credenza and plan throw away, give up the HP and get a Xerox WorkCentre 6027NI. I was loyal to HP for decades, but think that maybe it's time to change.

  • Apps print does not print with eStation C510a. Draws thin line at the top of the page.

    My C510a eStation printer does not print using printing applications.  Only, it prints a thin line at the top of page.  Everything works fine until I feel.

    All other functions seem to work.  It prints computer via WiFi.  It prints when I send an email to it.  It copies via the Zeen.  It does not print using printing applications.

    Does anyone else have this problem?  What is the solution?

    2010-12-23 15:00.  I just got got off the phone with a HP engineer.  She said that the station is still in TESTING phase and to call to report problems, allowing them to improve the product.  (I thought that the product would have been fully tested before being released to the public!)

    She had me reset the zineb display by pressing the volume keys during power on.  This erases everything that had been done on the Zeen by me and gave rise to no HOME screens, which will need to be implemented by me.  The only application at the bottom of the blank home page was Yahoo!.  The app of the printer was still missing.  I had to move the tray app home page.  Now, I have to spend hours, once again, setting up the Zeen.

    After the reset, the printer apps seem to work now.  The Zeen will copy by using the application of the printer.  My computer seems to still be able to print and scan to/from the station.

    The printer station eStation C510a and zineb display are very exciting.  However, they are not for someone do not want to spend the time necessary so that it can work properly.  If you have a cell phone, be prepared to use a lot of minutes while on the support.

    The HP engineer said that soon will be a new version of Android on the Zeen enabling it to be faster.

  • My zineb does not start

    I have reset my zineb (Photosmart C510) and now it does not start. I get the "HP Photosmart eStation" Welcome screen but it does not extend beyond this point. What can I do?

    If you have followed the steps, found here, to reset the factory default Rhodia and the Zeen still does power not on, so I advise to contact HP Support on this printer.

    If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.

    For example, I discovered an apartment ad that has various attached photos. It said click on the images to see an enlarged version. FF opens the page however the majority of the page is white and the image seems to be pushed on the right side of the page and watch as if it were bundled up against the right side shows is not the whole picture.
    What can I do to fix this?

    Just set the police minimum votes to zero, did the trick. However, I also appreciate other suggestions that I'm following now. Non-strabisme already installed. A little more difficult to find this file user.js. It any suggestions?

  • eStation C510a Zeen problems-broken Scan & Apps does not print

    I have 2 new problems with my zineb:

    1. we will not analyze on an SD card.  It will preview the analysis but the locks upwards when you press the scan button.

    2. Printing apps won't work.  They eject a blank sheet of paper.

    3. still no sign up with eFax.

    Anyone else having these problems?

    HP Support AGAIN to me to do a hard reset on the Zeen by power off and then turn on the power while holding down the two volume buttons.  This allowed again my zineb lose all settings, including the home screens.

    After the reset of long-term, zineb on SD card scan works now and print now print correctly on paper.

    eFax still does not work.

  • Estation c510 printer stopped working

    My HP Photosmart eStation c510 stopped working 2 days ago.  I have Windows 7 ultimate 64 - bit operating sys.  I did everything I could to isolate the problem, but no solution has fixed the problem.  My computer sends the print job to the printer, but I get the error message: printer has failed and alignment failed.  I rebooted the printer set to nothing or bells, I tried to copy null, scan-nothing and all the software is up-to-date.  I printed a few color photos and black and white, the other day with all the problems.  I hope a solution, it's out there, I like the printer and features, but...

    Sorry you had a problem with the printer does not print.

    If you encounter a failure "alignment", then it is a hardware problem with the printer itself.

    Try out the printhead and manually clean the bottom water and lint. Lift the latch to the right of the cartridges in and out of the area of the basket. This is the print head.

    You can also clean the cartridges or replace. It is a problem of ink system. Try the link below and see if that will help.

  • Estation c510a: replaced C510 printhead to no black printing, now it does not print anything!

    A few weeks ago, my printer started printing black as a very light gray. I replaced all cartridges, removed the print head and tried to clean the contacts on the back. From advice on the HP website here, I bought a new print head. Just installed and reinstalled the fundamentally new cartridges. He gave me that a message about old print cartridges may not have enough to complete the new initialization of the print head. I just rejected because the cartridges are fundamentally new (XL version, no less).

    Now, the printer does not print anything. He's not even trying. Zineb screen shows he gets something to print, but it is just there to always say "now printing...". "without actually doing anything. There is an occasional (perhaps every 10 seconds) inside the printer, the noise that resembles something moves back, but it never attracts any document.

    As far as I know, HP has decided that without cartridges NEW NEVER OPEN, my printer is now a brick with a shiny new print head $85.

    Yes, I tried to copy with the same results.

    Help, please. I really want to spend a different $70 on new cartridges and lose the new game that is already there!

  • Photosmart eStation C510 does not print

    Hi my (?) Photosmart eStation C510 printer does not print! I checked all settings changed ink cartridges, it will print a color image, but it will not print black and text is missing from the photo - I cleaned the printheads three times. I found the 'helpline' inaccessible HP and am pretty much scream of rage and frustration. I don't understand why it will not be printed. Printing ink level indicator is not telling the truth because I replacead all the cartridges this morning and he said one of them is half empty! If I see another white page out of this printer I'll cry! I guess it's maybe that black ink nozzle is completely blocked - it's the only thing I can think.     You both seem to have some problems with printing caused by your print quality.

    Suzyd (and I would like you to try this too, CPilenza), I recommend do you a similar process that is Cipelenza. I would like to open your machine and remove the cartridges and print heads. Then unplug your machine while it is still open. Then use a fluffy cloth (like a coffee filter) and little water to clean the contacts on the back of the printhead (the bumps in copper). Then clean the contacts inside the machine. So shut up and plug it / turn it on. Replace the printhead and cartridges in order ask the machine.

    Sometimes, if the print head is damaged, the part will be replaced.

    I received a three-year-old C510a all-in-one with a "Zineb" connected tablets. The zitoun battery recharge, and online help for the printer says that I have to get a new Zeen. This looks like a costly proposal. Is there a way of removing and replacing battery of zineb present instead? Or should I just ignore the Zeen and pretend that there is not?

    I understand that you are having problems with the battery in your zeen. Unfortunately there is no option to remove and replace the battery in the zeen. The best option for your situation could be replacing the zeen.

  • Unable to get the Yahoo Weather app on my zineb

    I have an eSTation, HP Photosmart All in One Printer C510a and I try to get the weather from Yahoo on the Zeen, as seen in one of the images that comes with the packaging of the printer.  I contacted HP Support last night and there the service was terrible.  ATER being on the phone with them for about an hour they finally told me to contact Yahoo.  Where ther Yahoo weather is supposed to be it just says: 'Loading... '. "and I'm frustrated with HP support, but I know it's your product but I would like an answer soon so that I can do with it.  I've had the printer for about 2 weeks and then the word "Loading"... "is still there and has not disappeared.  Help, please

    If the application Yahoo! Daily Digest, including weather conditions does not load the content, the content is outdated, or content supported slowly.     Save the attachment to the office and see if you can open it by clicking on it.  If not, then right-click on it and see what is the file extension and that help you find which program you may need to open it with.  If it is a pdf file, then you must have Acrobat Reader on www.adobe.com.  If not, ask your real estate agent what format the pictures are in?  If you can't see all the images in emails, then see www.oehelp.com/noimg.aspx

    When I try to record with eFax on my eStation C510a printer, I get the message "unable to get a fax number.  HP support has not been able to find a solution to this problem.

    Does anyone else have this problem?  What is the solution?

    I just tried to sign up with eFax again and it worked!  He gave me a FAX number and my email address has sent a confirmation e-mail.

    I had thought that it me limited to 20 entrants and 20 outgoing faxes each month.  It turns out that these are 20 PAGES incoming AND outgoing of 20 PAGES each month.
