  In fact there is no difference in the operation or use of the products. The products are the same but with advanced features. The only thing that has changed is the model. You will always be able to use your CS6 products and can buy the same both on adobe.com. Add to that, you can now get the updated versions of CC as well as sharing and storage features.

  If you already have a license, you need not to buy another. You can reinstall Windows as often as you want.

  However, reformatting and reinstalling Windows because you have a problem are almost always a very bad answer to the problem and almost bever should be done. It is usually very difficult and often causes its own problems.

  With a minimum of care, should never be to reinstall Windows (XP or any other version). I ran Windows 3.0, 3.1, WFWG 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 now, each for the period of time before the next release is out and everyone on two or more machines here. I never reinstalled none of them (with one exception--a problem that I worked on for weeks without success), and I've never had anything more than an occasional minor problem.

  It is my belief that this erroneous notion comes from the technical support people in most of the major OEMs. Their solution to almost any problem, for they know not quickly answer is "reformat and reinstall. Sometimes there are problems that are so difficult to resolve that Windows has to be reinstalled properly.
