Event ID 41 Windows kernal error, please help.

So I'm relatively new to PC debugging. Just built a new machine fight 2 weeks there has been mounted by a specialised unit, but did not disturb him having installed the operating system, I myself thought well informed enough to implement. So I have since installed the operating system, have had no problem, except, for some reason when I leave my pc top overnight each time that I come back the next morning, he sits on the login screen, which indicates a reset of the overnight.
At first I thought it was that windows updates of dam, triggering so I disabled them as I tend to run my software of conversion video from one day to the next, but even after turning off the windows updates, return to the pc the next morning and restarted the unit to be once more before the login screen. So after googling a bit I found info telling me to use the event viewer to determine the error. When searching in which is where I found the event ID 41 error. Error checking is 0.
The machine is decently spec'ed and I'm under the assumption that my diet is able to handle everything in the machine (relevant due to the error as it seems power related?) I have no idea.
System specifications:
Intel i7 3770 k (not overclocked)
Gigabyte G1Sniper mainboard m3
Revenge of G.Skill 16 GB RAM.
OCZ 60 GB SSD (running as the main system partition)
Seagate 500 GB HDD (primary download player)
Seagate 2 TB HDD (storage / backup of readers)
Map the Asus Xonar Essence STX
H80 serving on the CPU water cooler.
Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 670 (not overclocked)
Pioneer DVD SUPER MULTI SATA burner
Antec Truepower 750W PSU
The drivers are up to date for all the equipment and I have flashed the bios of the motherboard of F4, that he was out of the box to F7 the other week, using the @BIOS software, although since then, I have been told not to use this software, as it resulted in bricking mothers, but mine works fine. Tho after own format and no third-party software had landed the aircraft hang 15 minutes after all using it. Then after reboot the following error seemed to have occurred about 2.5 hours later, while I was sleeping.
I see none yet treat errors in case the journal, the only event of error I see is the event I want to 41. I also checked times of devices e using third party (before reformat) software and all seemed well, that CPU with an average of 27 to 30 degrees, even with the HARD drive units, tho I had not had the opportunity to check the GPU temperature.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated that it frustrates me no end.

    My 30 days are up, and I constantly get the non-genuine message. Disk hadn't come in December (be they sent to my old address even if I confirm my new address 3 times). Finally, have them yesterday but not lucky me they sent me a disc to install windows 8. I don't want windows 8, I want to stay under windows 7. It is now October and I'm really tired now. Is can someone please tell me how to find the original key for my laptop so I can reactivate windows.

    You're out of luck, because the media keys and recovery of COSTS directly from Dell would have been your best two options, the only other thing you can do if you really need Windows 7 is to buy a full version license:

    Returning can be done only if you have installed in the past 30 days (if you created a new user, you should remove it before come back you)

    Back on the settings > update & security > Recovery > roll back to a previous operating system

    This will only work if the windows.old and 2 hidden folders ($Windows. ~ WS & Windows $. ~ BT) are still present.  If you do that you will need to re - install.

    In my experience of software migration from one machine to another rarely works.

    Use the tools CS cleaner to wipe all trace of DW in your system before reinstalling.

    Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

    Disabling an old product is necessary if you previously had it installed on 2 machines.  If you did, you need to contact Adobe customer service to disable your old facilities so you can activate the last being.
