  On the upgrade of the system page, you have the ability to sort by types of specific endpoint or versions of software among various other filters, which are expected to update the specific end points you want easily.

• Using TMS to manage several microcontrollers

  You can use TMS to manage several microcontrollers, say some microcontrollers for ad hoc conferences and other microcontrollers for planned?

  There might be better ways to achieve this goal, but off the top of my head:

  1.   Short answer: Yes.

  Longer answer: Yes you can. Operating system has no influence on that. All you need is the ability to connect to LDAP, and it's pure networking.

• Question from TMS Export Directory

  Hi all

  I'm working on version 14.5 MSDS and I would like to export my file system directory, so I followed the section 'Contacts to export to a file' described in Cisco TMS Admin Guide 14.5:

  1 create a phone book.

  2. click on connect to this directory.
  3. Select the sources you want to export the contacts since then.
  4. for the Type of update for these sources, select Import to Cisco TMS or import to Cisco TMS and the source directory export.
  5. now select the base directory file source that you want to export.
  6. to update for this source Type, select Import to Cisco TMS and export toward the Source of the telephone directories.

  The problem is when the option choffeur to step 6, I found that I could not find 'Import to Cisco TMS and ExportSource telephone directories', only 'Import of TMS' or 'search only '? I don't know if it is to export the file and where can I find?

  I must say that it is more idiosyncratic and intuitive things I've met in a long time, although once you get your head around it, you can see the logic of programmers (although they could have made it real simple).

  You must have a SOURCE directory, which is a 'phonebook database file', then you must select that as the source within you, phone book and the value 'import and export '. All other sources of the telephone directory are defined to import into this directory...

  The exported CSV file will then appear on the MSDS Server (somewhere like "C:\Program Files (x 86) \TANDBERG\TMS\wwwTMS\data\ExternalSourceFiles") and is not the same has the file you may have used to configure the directory file-based in the first place.

  When you use href="file://f://myfile.ext' it will open fine in Firefox 3.6.8. However, I wish NOT hard code hard drive and use the location of the same player if my html file that calls this href link.
  I tried to use href="file:///myfile.ext" and it does not work. I get an error message saying file not found.
  For ie browser I can just specify href = "" / myfile.ext "and it works very well."
  This is a simple html file that refers to several local files and I have everything on a usb key (IE my F drive). The memory stick will be sent to several people and their USB can be another letter.

  I found a solution to my problem. Found I could just specify
  href = "MyFile.ext" and he will see when he's in the same directory as the html code containing the reference. " No need for extra slashes!

• Firepower does not work when using the Active Directory group as a rule filter access control

  -Can I use the AD account "user" as a filter in access control rule and it work very well.

  However, if I create the rule of access control with AD Group', the rule never get match. I'm sure that the user that I test is a member of the group. Connection event show the system to ignore this rule and the traffic is blocked by the default action below. It doesn't look like the firepower doesn't know that the user belongs to the group.

  I use

  -User agent firepower for Active Directory v2.3 build 10.

  -ASA 5515 software Version 9.5 (2)

  -Fire version 6.0.0 - 1005 power module

  -Firepower for VMWare Management Center

  Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  You should check the download user under domain option. Download the users once belonging to a group is specified on the ad and then test the connection.

  Yes just create the new directory in the database and place it in the DIRECTORY parameter with the binary file.

  Hi very new at the Apex and try to get the authenticaqtion work against our active directory. I installed an authentication scheme for my application chossing the schema type in the LDAP directory... my settings are the following:

  Port: 389
  Use SSL: No SSL
  Distinguished Name (DN) string: domain\%LDAP_USER%
  Just use the distinguished name (DN): Yes
  
  This works perfect, and authenticates the user in active directory. The problem is when I try to do the following in the database that I really want to implement a custom authentication scheme, it just doesn't work.

  Hey Ash,

  you could use the built-in LDAP authentication scheme and use authentication according to load the group information in some parts of the application. A scheme of application-level authorization can permit or deny access to the app, based on these values. In the post-auth feature, you should even have access to the elements of connection (P101_USERNAME, P101_PASSWORD) If you need.

  You can also base your authentication scheme directly custom DBMS_LDAP, if you want to avoid our API not supported.

  Installed 9.0 in CS4 Design Suite and updated in 9.1. Works OK for the user on the local computer, but hangs when it is used by a user of portable directory on the same machine, access to the user on OSX Server on local network. Safari crashes when accessing pdf document. Can anyone help please?

• I use the right directory OraInventory?

  We have a gr 10, 2 and a database 11g running on the same computer. We had to move OraInventory directory to a new location on the disk. It's what makes us to move OraInventory directory

  Now when I launch runInstaller it shows the two ORACLE_HOMEs. I have not removed the old oraInventory. How can I make sure that runInstaller is get this info from the new location of oraInventory and not the old one? I have other words, how can I make sure that the directory oraInventory in the new location came into force?

  When you run the runinstaller which will show you the path of the inventory.

  in the second place. try to rename the former orainventory and execute runinstaller.

• live photo app tile use a single directory - why mine not use photos of all records in images m

  I have Windows 8.  The Live App Photo tile will focus on a single folder in my library of photos, so I see even a few pix over and over.  I tried to move all my files off C, uninstall and then reinstall the photo app.  If I move a few files photo back to my pictures, live tiles don't show me pix of the first record that I move.  I have hundreds of files - how can I get the app to watch each of them, as it should?

• Directory CUCM EX60/EX90

  I'm trying to get the CUCM directory to work on my endpoints EX60/EX90.  I am running TC5.0 on my end points and they are registered in a VCS.  I tried to change the directory on the endpoints to use CUCM and I put the URL to the standard repertoire

  When I check the application connects to the EX60/EX90 I see the following error message

  Phone book! ER CUCMHttp failed: ''(No error)

  Yes it's true I know too.

  If on the RESUME, you will have to use TMS directories, if on CUCM, you will get the CUCM directories.

  This was brought to the management of the products as a condition before so I hope that we will see in the future some development on this, but I have no additional information at this time.

  If you CUCM 8.6.1 b.11.11 it could save endpoints EX to it directly and you will get the phone book.

• EX90 directory provisioning model

  I just check the possibilities to provide endpoint as EX90.

  We have the VCS Control and - Expressway and a TMS (via TMSPE). VCS-Highway I'm proxy SIP registrations. H.323 registrations are on VCS Expressway. I created two models, one with an internal configuration and the other with an external configuration and different users.

  The only thing I changed on the external model is the address of the server SIP and H.323 Gatekeeper.

  When the Government of EX90 internal LAN, the directory is now available.

  But when I register of HomeOffice thanks to the internet, no directory is available. Registration with SIP and H.323 is ok, but no directory is displayed.

  On MSDS, I already checked if the directory is available for both models. Because with Jabber/Movi, the directory is available in recordings transmitted by proxy, I had hope, it is also possible with endpoints. Am I wrong?

  The reason is that it does not get synced with before TMS. Forcing full synchronization may also have then solved the problem.
