  I have Adobe remote assistance and the problem is solved.

  These are the steps we took:

  1. Uninstall the desktop app creative cloud with the uninstaller of creative cloud
  2. Download Adobe Application Manager 9 on adobe.com
  3. Auto app updated to the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop.

I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program."   I recently bought the student £15 / month creative cloud deal so I can especially filming to editing and creative cloud Setup will not work.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Close all applications CC
  • Complete the process monitor activity/task manager (CCLibrary).
  • Restart any application and check.
