  changeLogID can be multiple where as Max (changeLogID), which is CID is one. That's why you get en error.

  Here are the services that the user Admin Applet uses and whether or not a cache refresh occurs:
  ADD_ALIAS - Service that creates a new alias. refreshCache is called at the end of the performance of services.
  EDIT_ALIAS - Service that modifies an existing alias. refreshCache is called at the end of the performance of services.
  DELETE_ALIAS - A Service that removes an existing alias. refreshCache is called at the end of the performance of services.
  GET_ALIASES - A Service that returns a list of all the aliases. No refresh here such that it is simply a 'select '.

• strange alias name change in hierarchical planning after loaded ODI

  I have this name strange alias change in the scheme of planning.
  We did a load of member using ODI and it worked very well. A few days later, it seems one of alias names have disappeared, and I don't know how it happened.
  All users who have access say they has not changed anything in the outline.
  the only process I can think is the load of oDI. But according to our ODI, implemented may not remove all Member/alias names existing (at least I think he can't remove)
  We now have this alias among more than one name and we ran the same ODI work successfully many times previously.
  In the ODI source file, there is no alias name, but in the web of planning, we alias name manually updated a long time back.
  So if run us task ODI, we used to have the alias name, as ODI will remove all existing names (don't replace if there is a change)...
  users thought that there might be a space or something for the existing name may have been replaced by space...
  So I took the same copied file on test and ODI work ran and it has not changed the existing alias name. So now I'm really confused about the change of the alias name.
  Is there a way to track changes in the structure of planning, as in DRM where we can see the transaction history?

  ODI will be just able to show the SQL and the number of records that have been loaded, if you use a transit area and do not delete the table from the staging area might there could be information loaded in it.

  After you perform a restore of a database to another server using rman, I issue Alter Database Open Resetlogs not creating the online newspaper.

  I tried with 2 different backups of the source database.  between the attempts to restore, I deleted from the database, to remove all the files that don't get deleted and re-created the database asmcmd.

  Go to + DATA/CARS/fichier_parametres/and run ls - al

  Please copy - paste the result of the above commands. He complains about file already exists.

• Error creating new app

  Attempted to create a new application this morning and I get the following error:
  ORA-20001: unable to create modules. ORA-20001: unable to create the application. ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_040000.WWV_FLOWS_ALIAS_IDX) violated.
  
  We are on version 4.0 of the apex
  I take the default value for the number of app
  2 level tabs, theme 20, 1 blank page.
  
  Any suggestions on why this error pops up.
  
  Additional information [edit]. When I enter a number of different app I had no problem to create the app. I make an assumption, but it seems that the number generated app using both and was eliminated. Something somewhere still has the number of removed app stored and that's why I get the error.

  I had the same problem, but in version 3.2 of the Apex.

  It seems that an application alias must be unique inside a workspace Apex.
  The alias of the application is automatically created by the application wizard, but there is no verification whatsoever if this alias already exists or not.

  When the newly created application alias clashes with an existing alias, you will get the dreaded * "ORA-20001: unable to create modules." ORA-20001: unable to create the application. ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_040000.WWV_FLOWS_ALIAS_IDX) violated. "* error, it is not very useful.
  I think that might be described as a bug of Apex that has existed for some versions.

  To solve the problem, I use the following query to track the applications have an alias that does not match their application_id.

  select *
    from apex_applications a
   where a.alias like 'F___'
     and substr(a.alias, 2) != to_char(a.application_id)
   order by 2 desc;
  

  You will see that your new alias application is already used by an existing application, then you can fix it manually if you want in the screen of application definition.

  I hope that is useful for the next person who will run into the same problem.

  Is there a way to create the VISA alias for device TCP/IP (scope) without using Max?

  The VISA is used to refer to the scope of TCP/IP.

  I need to distribute the executable vi to the other PC and I would like to avoid the installation of MAX just for the pleasure of creating the alias VISA.
