  Try to start Firefox in safe mode. This mode disables all extensions, customizations, hardware acceleration, etc., temporarily for the diagnosis and troubleshooting. If Firefox works fine in Safe Mode, then it is probably a problem with the add-on. Restart Firefox in normal mode, and then type "subject: addons" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Disable your extensions, restart Firefox between each one, until you find the troublemaker.

  I couldn't find any other posts about this, but I've always wondered to this topic.  Of course if you have the debug window open and print much info, it certainly slows down due to the scrolling in the IDE.  However, it affects the application once it is on the device and is not being debugged via USB?

  The guys take off your println when you compress your code for immediate release?

  From my experience, this output does not slow down the program significantly when running on the device. I think the BONE to eat out if there is no connection of USB debugging.

  That said, we take 'more' these lines for a production version.

• Experiences with RED R3D: CS5 and in general?

  I'll post my first spot with images of a RED One next week. I've only played with a few clips and not tried anything 'real' with her yet.

  I looking for general advice dealing with this material in general at the OS level, just in case where there are best practices and pitfalls to the extent of the CS5 is concerned. I am trying to determine what would be the best configuration of the sequence to be used; I want to use a preset matching RED, or by mail to my destination size/frame rate? My usual approach with my own 1080 p material (DVCPRO HD, primarily) is to change in a sequence of 1080 p full raster and then export them directly to 720 p to deliver. I think I'll take the same approach here, working at 4K and export to the final, but I'm open to suggestions. Work at a lower frame size would obviously give me sliding options.

  I can do a little light AE work on this; nothing too things I flip that quite quickly. I hope to make it a shine - the producer is terrified of RED (of course, he's the one who usually shoots 35mm and there telecine to miniDV), and if all goes well I'll have much more regular tasks to do like this... and I'll get to raise rates!

  I have worked extensively with R3D in PPSC5 and REDCINE-X.

  First note - don't bother with Cine-X... Now that CS5 (starting from 5.0.3) supports the new science of the color in the build 30, there is no need to use movie-X as an intermediary. According to my experience it is both very slow and also VERY unstable. If you start to do too much, it crashes. And this isn't just my system, word on the street, it's that Cine-X is unstable both on the PC and the Mac, period.

  Then, use PPro CS5 for everything you do with R3D.

  If you go to crop, then Yes, go ahead and edit in 720. There are RED presets for down in the lower ranges, too, so I would use a RED 720p30 preset in order to paste in the RED presets for editing. It may not make a difference, but I just watch is as best practices... Either paste elsewhere, in a "Preset" RED.

  Œuvres RED beautifully in PProCS5... I have a 920 with three disk RAID-0 and the GTX285 and I put it on the ground 1/4 and full of break and it works beautifully up to four layers. I haven't worked beyond four layers, but it was still good when I hit four.

  Note for you with the clip for the RED settings dialog box... You can save preset settings, then go in your first shot of a specific configuration, it get the way you like it and then create a preset for that. Then choose the rest of the clips in the tray under the angle of the shot and apply this preset. Repeat for different configurations of shooting required.

  Adobe has done a great job, building of support really fluid and flawless for RED and with the 5.0.3 release, they got support for the science of colours 30 build as well.

  R3D Edition has been a great experience for me...

  The kind of details that really your search does not exist. Once I looked for something similar and some of these topics, I'm still trying to learn more.

  But I can offer some advice.

  IMAP. Words like Subscribe riffle and quota, inherent to the IMAP protocol and are not terms that you will find are defined in Thunderbird, or he has documentation. They are defined terms in the IMAP protocol, see RFC 3501

  Their isn't a such thing as a remote folder, but IMAP is synchronized. essentially local copies of the mail are a cache to speed up performance, although there are options for do not keep local copies.   Size limits on technical terms are difficult. Historically, Thunderbird has a limit of 4 GB per file. This has been deleted way back to IMAP. local POP e-mail accounts and local folder still have the limit, or at least bug if you exceed the limit. Whenever the developers think they killed the bugs, another arises.

  What files are compacted. Why all of them! Compaction has a dual purpose. In IMAP account it purge deleted mail from the server (a permanent deletion) locally the large amounts of wasted space are compacted to recover used space again by mail folders as being deleted. The physical elimination of the deleted mail only occurs during compact.

  Remove folder is as simple as right clicking them and selecting Remove. Some special folders and the local folders account space simply cannot be deleted.

  You only really need 64-bit if you have more than 4 GB of RAM.  There are a few titles that work better in 64-bit, but more are running in 32-bit under 64-bit compatibility mode, if you don't win really any increase in performance.

  Service Pack 2 is just a combination of all of the fixes that have taken place between the launch of Vista and SP2.  This includes everything in SP1.

  You can have something else is slowing down your computer.  You are running antivirus software?  Try to uninstall it, see how your performance is and then reinstall it.  In my experience many antiviral software can slow down machines significantly.  It depends on which you use and what are the parameters.  Generally, you should not experience these problems you encounter with a new copy of Vista on your computer and the SP2.  Another thing is causing your problem.

  I am currently changing my 4th long form in the first film.

  Unfortunately, because the first project files are always a single XML - the most active files, you have a project, the first more slow is to manage things.

  Our latest project was a 6 × 15 min TV series. We started everything in a single project, which worked well, until we started the Cup and had several sequences within the project. We have quickly broken things in six individual projects. However, more work that we've done on each project, the slower things got, so we were basically just having a stand-alone project for each revision of the edition (i.e. each project file did not contain a single sequence).

  This was happening on a top-of-the-line Mac and PC on hardware of Adobe approved with very fast storage - the two CC 2014 running.

  My only suggestion - the only way to speed things up is to simplify projects. It's a pain - but maybe something you can try is:

  -Duplicate your current project in two new projects (let's call them "A project" and "Project B")

  -Project A will be your project 'takes '. In this remove all sequences and all the media that you don't need.

  -Project B will be your current edition project. Remove all old sequences, so that you have only the single sequence of your last edition. Now use the ' Edit > remove unused media "feature. This will remove any media that is not currently in your project.

  -You can now continue cutting in project B. Whenever you do a new review major edit, just "save under" project, which, instead of having multiple sequences for each revision in a single project, you now have several projects. If you need to go back to the old takes / selects, etc. you can open A project in the media browser.

  I admit that's not ideal - but if you work on a project of big news in the first, and is simply not follow - it might help.

  There seems to be a LOT of users around the world that make the massive projects to the breast of the first without any problems. However, in my personal experience, the project is, the slower and more boring first receives.

  OK so here's my advice:

  • Using a MP4 instead of an image PNG is a bad idea.  You will lose a lot of bandwidth and probably compromised the user experience with download times and slow playback.  An image will always be easier to work than a video.
  • If there are only so many components of these avatars and you assemble each avatar using a small subset of images (body, face, hair, etc.), then you can place all the on a slide at the beginning all to be programmed for the rest of the project and then control their visibility for the duration of the project through the sharing of conditional Actions triggered on slide enter for each slide.  In this way, you can use the same path for all users.
  • If possible I suggest you that you simplify the number of combinations of avatar to a handful.  If you do then you could get away with just having each avatar image fully assembled and then shown or hidden by the actions.  This should have very little overall impact on your published project size.

  Hello-

  I've rolled up a little POC for VDI and is about to invade the deployment on a larger scale.  In the POC performance was not a problem because our material has been overspecked for the amount of users, that we eventually put on it.  My concern is that I will experience random 'my pc is slow' complaints as I start to increase my numbers.  I was watching Xangati as a tool I can use monitor proactively and difficulty my VDI together environment and I was wondering if people were using it.  If so, do they like it and if there is no other tool out there that you would recommend that I consider.

  Never heard of them but that doesn't mean anything.  If I were you I just would make sure anyone go you can monitor WMI PCoIP statistics that are in View 5.  Not a lot of monitoring solutions don't and these statistics are exteremly useful for someone like me to determine what is a problem.

  I have a page with the two regions. The first region is a region of HTML with a single field: P331_SELECT_TITLE. The second area contains a report of books.
  
  Currently, the P331_SELECT_TITLE field is a Select list. This field has an LOV which covers the page field the field in the table:

  It works very well on a technical level, but the user experience is a problem for slow typers who are bind to type the first words of a book title. If they slowly type the word "Real", they'll get books starting with R, then books beginning with E, etc. I read on the AutoComplete and wanted to use this feature. It seems to work well to set the P331_SELECT_LIST field, but it seems I can't bet seized semiautomatic and the updating of the report working together.
  
  What I would like to ask you is: Using Autocomplete and the removal of the "return value" on the LOV, have the user type in a part of the title of the book and have this little pop-up window will appear to the user. When the user selects their choice with a click of the mouse, I would like to have the report in the second region update to account for all of the selected book. I tried dynamic actions, but I can't get AutoComplete, a mouse and a refreshment to work together.

• Very slow Preview app experience

  I find the experience very slow preview online, right now. It is an application, not DPS Preflight

  Without tapping the Preview button, the project that I'm getting is constantly "Preview" and taking more than an hour to fill the bar blue much like on the picture below.

  Pending the results of all of the changes take an age - and is not practical at all. You press 'Preview' and we hope that at some point, within 30 minutes, your changes to the maps, collections, layouts, etc. will appear on the device as a "update", but it is simply not the case. I'm on a high-speed network to a major publisher, so this isn't the issue.

• Everyone experience slow mozilla in 32-bit desktop? However, stepping back to 16-bit works perfectly. drivers, directx updates, Flash, windows... everything checked and done.

  Windows xp sp3, ati radeon hd 3850 256 m, 6850 dual core, 2 GB of ram. In 16 bit desktop mozilla works perfectly. 32-bit looks loke is missing directx... this kind of stuttering. Switch back to 16 bits give perfect navigation. Reinstalled... updated... etc... same thing.

• Monthly updates of Windows 7 turned into a nightmare experience (very slow)

  Over the last four months, try to download/install important updates for Windows 7 has become an absolute nightmare, and it seems to be getting worse.

  Previously, if I ran one of the MS Fix - It tools, the problem resolves itself, but not this month.

  When new updates are available, there is no notification, but the processor starts working at 20% capacity even if no application running.  This will go on for days.  If I choose to download Windows updates, the progress indicator shows 0 Kb Total, 0% complete for an indefinite period.

  This time, I ran "WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab" several times with reboots and it has given the following results each time:

  First of all, a separate dialog box would jump to the top with the following error message: "X error of compressed (zipped) Folders - file not found or no read permission.  OK' I don't know what it is referring to.  If I click OK, it disappears.

  After a most important treatment, the following information is displayed:

  Registration for the service is missing or corrupt (fixed)

  Windows update error 0 x 80070057 (2016-07-14-T-05_54_37P) (fixed)

  Recent updates (fixed) installation problems.

  The only thing that me mystified the Fix - It app above has also stated "Architecture: amd64", while my PC is running on a processor Intel Core i7 2600 K CPU (not overclocked).  (?)

  I ran Malwarebytes to check for bugs and have a current version of Norton Internet Security runs continuously in the background.

  Nothing you can do about it.  You must be very techie trying to change a processor, it is still possible.

  It is possible that some driver or setting is in Windows that causes this problem, but I don't know of one.

  During the examination of a computer, always look for the first processor.  Benchmark CPU Google then just the designation of the cpu.

  Your is T7400 and has a score of 1260 reference.   It is indeed very low.  Pentium 4 has about 800.  Most of the score today 7500 at least 2500 and many CPUS.
