Experiencing the Bluescreens DPC_Watchdog_Violation

This morning I had a wicked series of Bluescreens on my computer desk-DPC_Watchdog_Violation and Bad_Pool_Caller errors.

Have not recently installed new drivers or major new programs.

Any advice on how to fix?

BG

First, you need to update to win 8.1 in itself, it may solve the problem and Microsoft requires users to upgrade anyway.

This accident was connected to your SPFDRV. SYS (The NDIS packet redirector driver). Driver update Site: http://www.softperfect.com/support/.

I remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

It's true - you will not engage in any mode with this error and you must type in the EXACT error you see carefully (there are more than that, right?).

You need to return to the answer that you have marked as 'response' and stand OUT the response of engaged Microsoft Support Engineer 'expert' as the 'response' since it is essentially just another wild goose chase.  A response is not the same as a response.

Doing so others will allow this look only for unanswered questions to help you.

  • My computer has been doing the BlueScreen thing where it stops every 5 minutes when I go to normal mode

Original title: Windows Update does not work on security with networking mode

Hi, if my computer has been doing the BlueScreen thing where it stops every 5 minutes when I go to normal mode. So I go on security with networking mode and I went to problem and solutions and all this stuff, and the Web site that came to help me solve the blue screen was told to go to "All programs" and then go into "Windows Update". but the problem with that is does not work! My cursor will give me the circle of loading bit for a few seconds and that's it! And don't tell me to go to because every time startup repair I have try that he asks me "User" and I tried everything and nothing will work! :/ And apparently, it's a driver problem, not a hardware problem, because I already removed and put in the back of my equipment. Then Yes.

    Thanks for your help! :)

Yes, that's correct. You can not run manually check updates in Mode safe mode with networking since the necessary Services are not running.

  • Vista - Shutdown - problem event name: the BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 locale ID: 1033

I almost didn't post this because there are so many entries with this error. But after about 20 minutes of research, I couldn't find one that was exactly what happened to my computer.

I use a laptop Dell Inspiron 1501 with Vista Home Premium. The computer is a few years old. I've never had a blue screen before. I always run the MS. updates I run a scan for viruses from McAfee weekly. I try my best to clean up my computer and stay away from suspicious websites.

Last night, I was using WiFi cafes of a grocery store. I closed my computer and I got a blue screen with lines vertical white sparkles. Instead of the end of the shutdown sequence, the computer restarted. I could stop from the log in window successfully.

When I started the computer later in the evening, I received a message window:

"Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. Windows can seek a solution the next time you're online. »

The rest of the message is at the bottom of this post.

I was able to open the file of text below. That is what it says:
    -------------------------------------------
    Windows NT Version 6.0 Build: 6002 SP2
Product (0x3): Vista (TM) Home Premium Windows
    Edition: HomePremium
    BuildString: 6002.18267.x86fre.vistasp2_gdr.100608 - 0458
    Flavor: Multiprocessor Free
    Architecture: X 86
    LCID: 1033
    -------------------------------------------

I worked on my computer for awhile. I don't have Internet access at home.
An hour later, I got the same blue screen when I stopped my laptop.
The same sequence of events took place: instead of the end of the shutdown sequence, the computer is restarted. I could stop from the log in window successfully.

I immediately started the computer again. I received the same message window.
I made a few changes in a Word file just to keep the computer running some time before stopping again. I don't have the blue screen this time. I repeated start-up and shut down the computer several times after that and didn't get the blue screen or message.

I don't have the message when I started my computer this morning. I use WiFi to a library this morning.

I should also add that last night when I booted my computer and connected to the WiFi at the coffee shop, I received a message that FireFox has an update. I installed this update successfully. I thought I read somewhere online that the most recent version was giving problems to Windows users. I can't find this article. But I just thought I would add to this detail. I uninstalled FireFox just to be safe.

I would also add that the strange behavior, only that I noticed when I used the WiFi is that I could not access the MSN.com or HotMail/Live Mail log in pages. The pages would simply not load. All other website worked/load very well.

So, can someone give me details on what happened to my computer? It's going to be OK? Do I need to run a virus scan? From what I've read in other posts "blue screen", it might be a hardware problem. But, I don't really have a good answer that satisfies me. My computer seems to be OK for now.

Please let me know if you need more information.

    Sincerely,

    Marz

I put it to "Small Memory Dump" as the blog said.

My computer works normally since these two incidents. But it would be good to know what happened.

I don't know if I'll be coffee anytime soon. I don't know if it was something with the WiFi or Web sites. I thought it was strange that wouldn t Microsoft sites. I ran McAfee scan later and he did not find a virus.

Now, I'm using Google Chrome. I like it a lot. It seems a little faster than IE or FF.

  • DisplayPort not answer & causing the BlueScreens

    Dear HP team

I bought two ProBook 6570 b as well as HP and four HP EliteDisplay E231 screens Docking Stations. My configuration is:

The ProBooks are connected via Dockingstation and DisplayPort with two screens of each. I use a hub of MST of the Club for the DisplayPort connection. An installer works perfectly, the other problems.

AMD Catalyst Control Center shows both screens, and even the Option of desktop resolution shows that the two E231 are identified and I can arrange them. Well, even the mouse disappears on the screen to the right (expand the office, left of the screen is main screen). But the right screen keep black, received no signal and goes into standby mode.

The 2nd caused 'challenge' is: after a few minutes, sometimes seconds, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit blocks with a blue screen. As soon as I unplug the right Club STD Hub, laptop/windows computer screen/run s fine.

I can also run very well if I only work with the right screen connected directly to the port of the docking station and do not use the MST Club DP Hub

If I connect through the Hub of STD of Club, there's no signal.

As soon as the two are connected via the Hub of Club of MST, problems/accidents happening again.

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Christian

I found a solution and - why not I it earlier... However, it's sort of a simple fix.

A HP Elite231 screen is now connected via DisplayPort adapter to the HP Docking Station.

A HP Elite231 screen is now linked through DisplayPort on the DP-Slot of the notebook: Fortunately, the DP-slot on the HP EliteBook is on the left edge of the back, so the cable can be easily connected.

Contra: whenever the laptops must be removed from the docking station to visit customers, the cable is unplugged and replugged once back at the table manually.

  • After downloading the last update for my iphone 6, it caused a problem with Siri... everyone has experienced the same thing?

I downloaded the latest update for my iphone 6.  Siri now does not work.  Is there a link?

Yes, lately, siri is useless for me.  Every time I try to create a reminder (of dozens of times a day) it says "a s...". "followed by"I'm sorry, I couldn't create a reminder. »

Turn off the phone and then back on (full stop) restores this feature for about 30 minutes, then it stops working again.

Also, when I say "Open recalls" Siri she responds with "I'm sorry, but I can't find an application named"reminders"on your phone.

This is despite the fact that the reminders app is RIGHT THERE and there and APPLE APP.

    Ridiculous.

    Hi JackLewington,

This problem can be caused if:

    1. the file system is damaged and cannot be mounted.
    2. you use a standard 40-wire connector cable to connect the UDMA drive to the controller instead of the 80 cable son and 40 pins required.
    3. the basic input/output system (BIOS) settings are configured to force the acceleration of UDMA modes.

  • What is the bluescreen bccode e3 means on windows vista?

    How can it be solved?

In mode "without fail" can you configure the computer to "clean boot" and then see if you can start in 'Normal' Mode - follow step 1 to clean boot:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

In addition, in Mode safe mode or Normal Mode if you can get there, can you zip the minidump in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder files and (provide link) available via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information about the use of Windows Live SkyDrive:

    http://social.technet.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02dB-4665-993a-08d865088d65

If you have problems to compress the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the desktop

In addition, you do not necessarily have compress the minidump files, you can download one at a time.

By looking at the files minidump with a debugger can give an idea of the rub.

    Hello

I did a little research and found a few possible causes.

    (1) Filespy.sys - part of BitDefender
    (2) bad device driver - check your device drivers to see if there are updates available.
    (3) Symantec Backup software - there are known problems similar to yours. Updates are available.

    I hope this helps
