  Hello, I am working in a design where the company legally buy Adobe CS6 Master Collection package recently and agency is migrating its Windows 7 PRO Windows 8.1 new operating systems in its final version.
  
  Yesterday, we realized that the entire suite Adobe Master Collection CS6 works perfectly with the new Windows 8.1 PRO, but programs Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects shows error incompatibildad language, specifically says:

Then, in the Advanced (under Vista, the Administration tab) tab, change the "Language for non-Unicode programs" setting to match the language of the application.
