Export of the loss of quality JPEG print module?

Dear Sirs,

I'm waiting for some time now to be able to use the print module in Lightroom as a tool for exporting jpeg implemented too (just like Facebook or covers of layouts blog etc.), just like I can do it by using third-party applications, such as Blogstomp.

Unfortunately, every time I check and try to do the steps to LR 'trick' to do this (piracy of sizes, dimensions and dpi to match my necessary final size in pixels), I find that if I exported the same image through the normal export Panel and the print module, the file has a much lower quality. It seems almost more compressed, with a worse aspect of sharpening.

I want to bring this matter to the attention of the developers because it would be great to do not to leave LR even to create simple presentations to use on the web with the same visual quality of the other exporting options.

We are next to a great potential of the print module, imho.

Thank you

Best,

Sandra

  • Export to the same registered quality

    Hello

IM recording in XAVCs (which is displayed as when downloaded MP4) with Slog2. What I hope to do is cut this sequence in clips can be used in a project in FCPX and then export and give it to someone who is hoping to use images from a video. What setting should I use when exporting to keep the quality high enough so they can use it and it rank as if it was raw footage - im just trying to save the hassle of having to go through all of the original sequences themselves?

    Thanks in advance,

    Chris.

If you export the default ProRes 422 should not be a visible loss of quality.

However the file size will be much larger.

Also, this is assuming that the intended editor can use Pro Res, that depends on what software will be used. This is not a problem if it also uses FCP X (or 7, by the way).

  • How to export in the same exact quality file when bleow for youtube?

    Hello

IM writing here because im really tired of export of dozens of files with bad quality even if im using the parameters of the best exporters.

I tried to watch tutorial clips where people show how to make the best quality but still I can't understand... I don't really understand where im hurt!

I would be grateful if we some1 out there that could help me to export in correct settings... I know that its not easy to help some1 with parameters by writing here you need to know what settings I have shot with what settings I'm using in my calendar and what im using to export... and so on.

but I give it a try...

So it's like this ive got a named unit

    Sony HDR CX730E

and I did my job with setting (pic1)

    pic 1.jpg

    his writings in Swedish anyway its avchd 1920 x 1080 50 p

So I created a project as (photo 2) parameter

    pic 3.jpg

    and sequence settings (pic3)

    pic 2.jpg

and when I export I tried to export in dozens of files to see which seems to be the best as H.264, HD 1080 p 29.97 or youtube HD 1080 p 29.97 and even I tried Mxf op1a avc intra class100 1080p25 p, which gives superb quality HD, when I play on computer but the files is almost 3, large 5 GB but I think that the greatest and the file is the best quality that I get!

In any case when I upload the mxf file or any other file I exported to youtube, it gives a very bad quality once u put Full HD 1080 full screen... it's almost as if u play without HD...

I want to achieve something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avCWzkNiXok

and my video like youtube video quality I just showed but unfortunately only in my computer not on youtube...

So, if there is some1 out there who cud help me ill be so grateful to you!

    Thank you

(im using adobe first pro cc)

    Ok.

First of all, I would not try to export 50 fps to 29.97 FPS.  I would use 25 fps if I used something other than 50 frames per second.

Secondly, there is no need to change your settings at all. YouTube said to download at the same rate as you shot.

    https://support.Google.com/YouTube/answer/1722171?hl=en&ref_topic=2888648

You will also notice that 8 Mbps is the 'standard' quality and you can go up to 50 MB/s for 1080 p. Then try to export through the same flow rate than your original recording. If it was 25 Mb/s then try it. So 50 MB/s go ahead and try this case you are still not satisfied at 25 Mb/s.

Although, generally, I find that I'm happy at 15 Mb/s for video without much action, 25 MB/s for most of the video and for the sport, I use the 50 MB/s max.

That said, I don't worry about the file size more. I have the disk space and a fast Internet connection. If either of those who are a problem for you, then you may need to adjust your expectations.

  • Loss of quality when scaling down

I have a Camtaisa screen capture video which is 1738 x 1188 (Fig 1). I wanted to reduce the video in AE CS6 to fit a little better in a 720 p timeline so that I can make a few simple dishes throughout the image. However, when I've scaled down (75%) the image loses a ton of details and gets pretty sweet (photo 2). I think it would get more net - this seems completely contrary to intuition for me and I tried several options, including continuous rasterization and make 3d layer and scaling but no joy on either. Any ideas on how to put the image down so that it fills several of the model 720 without losing sharpness of details? I'm not zoom, I repeat... I'm not zoom - so this isn't the issue.

    original AE pic.png<-sharpResized AE pic.png<-soft

Come to know that he was actually replacing the PP timeline with a model of EI that results in the loss of quality. CNTRL-I put in the PP chronology in AE kept them more clear.

  • Loss of quality of the fonts - export in PDF format

Sorry for duplication but I searched for a high and low for a solution but have come up empty-handed...

My problem is I'm losing POLICE QUALITY when you export a document in InDesign to PDF. For a quick understanding I am first inserting a screenshot of a piece of my User.ID before export file, then a culture of the same strand of PDF after export. What is the problem with the loss of sharpness of fonts? Help, please? I was pulling out my wallet. Time is of the essence, and a designer may not have exactly improper blurry fonts. ; P

(Btw, based on suggestions from other users to the problem apparently, I confirmed 100% built-in fonts, high resolution/print quality and even tried to switch off the option character "Ligatures".) Any other ideas? I appreciate really him)

    Hi Manny,

in principle there is no real problem with your design.

But to avoid the effect you see in the PDF document, follow these steps:

Use no color for the lines:

    Before:

    After:

    How would you do it?
Select the text block, select the small "T" in the swatches Panel for the formatting of the text, switch to strokes if necessary by typing x and choose the outline color "[None]".

  • Graphical display of Facebook and the loss of compression quality-FB!

What program Adobe is the best for graphical display of Facebook without loss of quality due to compression of FB? I tried to Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, png-24 format opportunity save for web, etc. However, nothing I do not work! However, I see a lot of photos and graphics (with text) published in FB and they look great! What I am doing wrong? Is there a certain program I should use? I'm stuck!

I figured out, and it works perfectly! In Illustrator, the highest RGB file size (I mean, make the huge file), once your design work > flatten transparency to the max quality > save for web > export as JPEG maximum quality. After JPEG just create an album FB (select quality box when downloading), and voila! Seems better than before the compression with FB interface changes! Good luck and hope it works for you guys too! Thanks for all your comments and help.

  • How to maintain the quality of the photos, exporting in the Module book?

I worry about the export of my book pages as jpg or pdf due to the compression that each format applies. Any experience here? Thank you Sandy

You should just try it with a few different settings jpeg quality and open the JPEG or PDF files to see if they are of acceptable quality. If the problem appears on your screen, they are not there. Both formats use jpeg compression, but the parameter of quality should be good enough to not give visible problems. At least that's my experience. You should have your quality setting for jpeg above 75 or more, but above are usually not necessary. 300PPI is usually sufficient for printing the files. sRGB is usually the color space suitable for use except when you know that your printer knows what he is doing is about color management.

It is still available in LR 6.  Exactly what did you do that you don't?  You may be using the wrong wording.  This is not a function of export; It's a "print to: JPEG File" in the print Module

What is the brand/model/parameters of the camera that records video? What is the file extension that is associated with the file? What is the bit rate of the file that is imported?

  • When I export a PDF document, half of my text is blurred in the Viewer. However, it prints very well. No idea how to fix?

I have created a PDF file and for some reason when I discovered in Acrobat Pro or Adobe Reader half of my text is blurry. I tried to export a handful of different ways the two spectators. The text is blurred, but it prints fine both players. What is the reader, the user with the pixelation, CMYK, RGB error? I have really no idea. Is attached a screenshot of what it looks like. I export from Indesign features of illustrator files are linked and printing very well. I'm working on a MacBookPro and my printer is an Officejet 6700.

    Screen Shot 2014-12-23 at 7.56.47 PM.png

I have fixed the problem. It was something with the color of the text and the values of k. I pointed out all of the text in the text box, including the text that is not blurred and made sure to transform any return to the true black with no line. From there on, I changed my text in blue to the color I got it. Exported without maximum loss at 300ppi. everything seems to work properly and now the PDF is superb in the Viewer.

  • the modification of pdf in illustrator - check-in pdf without loss of quality

    Hello

I have several pdf files containing photographs unmodifiable and modifiable lay-out items. Now, what I want to do is import the files in illustrator, edit the layout and save under / re-export (?) in pdf format.

What has happened so far is photos after re-record it in pdf format became more pixelated than they were before. How can I avoid photographs deteriorate when re-record in pdf format?

When you save as PDF, choose a preset as "High quality print" that will keep the maximum Image quality. See if this helps you overcome the pixelation of the image.

  • How to record what is happening by the sound card without using the microphone to avoid loss of quality.

I tried, but there is no "Stereo mix" available options. There is only the (Conexant High Definition Audio) Microphone. It did not work. What I'll do is to buy a DVD for TV (tv Record program) burner and plug the hdmi cable from my computer to the DVD recorder and record what I want. After that, I just rip the audio from the file. I see no other option to do. I use windows vista Home premium.

I would like to know how I can record the sound that is played by the soundcard using Vista without using the microphone as a source. Let's say the audio is played (audio stream) and I want to record this stream. There are many software that we can download that record what is happening in the microphone. The sound bounces off the speakers to the microphone. But when this happens, you lose a lot of the quality of the audio. So my question is if it is possible to record what is happening to the right of the sound card, before being sent to the sound card in order to avoid the loss of audio quality.

    ==============================
Movie Maker has an option to record Narration...
(Tools / tell the chronology). If you select stereo mix
as the "Audio Input Source", you can save the
Audio online. Your speakers and microphone are
    not required.

  • Have Photosmart Premium C310a. Ongoing problem to the loss of communication with the printer

I have a HP Photosmart Premium 310 Ca and am running Windows XP.  About every month my computer loses contact with the printer.  The network works fine as is my email.  I tried restarting the computer, reset my router and the Setup error following to get instructions from XP. I tried to reinstall, and I can't seem to install.  I'm tired of this!

I'm sorry that you are having this problem. There are several steps you can take to help your connection problem. First of all, when the printer is connected to your network, print a Network Setup page. On this page, use the ip address of the printer and that type in the address bar of your internet browser on your computer. Will take you to the server of the web integrated printer (EWS). Look for the Networking tab change the automatic ip addressing to public static ip (manual). You will then enter the ip address of the printer, followed by the subnet mask, and finally the default gateway, the info that will be on the Network Setup page you printed. Below, you'll assign 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the primary and secondary DNS. Who should manage the intermittent connection loss problems. With automatic addressing, the printer can request a new address whenever there is a network problem, which confuses the printer. Static IP or manual addressing, is tackling this problem. Let me know if it helps.

  • Why is Adobe Premiere Pro not exporting at the same quality as the video source?

I just created a video for my brother swim team. I'm looking for two the same scenes: the first exported, of the original source video. The quality of the exported video is not as good as the original video. IM wondering why this is happening and what I can do to solve this problem.

    It seems that you export to 4 k. Try a H.264 1080 p or 720 p preset instead.
