Have Photosmart Premium C310a. Ongoing problem to the loss of communication with the printer

I have a HP Photosmart Premium 310 Ca and am running Windows XP.  About every month my computer loses contact with the printer.  The network works fine as is my email.  I tried restarting the computer, reset my router and the Setup error following to get instructions from XP. I tried to reinstall, and I can't seem to install.  I'm tired of this!

I'm sorry that you are having this problem. There are several steps you can take to help your connection problem. First of all, when the printer is connected to your network, print a Network Setup page. On this page, use the ip address of the printer and that type in the address bar of your internet browser on your computer. Will take you to the server of the web integrated printer (EWS). Look for the Networking tab change the automatic ip addressing to public static ip (manual). You will then enter the ip address of the printer, followed by the subnet mask, and finally the default gateway, the info that will be on the Network Setup page you printed. Below, you'll assign 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the primary and secondary DNS. Who should manage the intermittent connection loss problems. With automatic addressing, the printer can request a new address whenever there is a network problem, which confuses the printer. Static IP or manual addressing, is tackling this problem.   • Windows 7 32 bit can not find the driver for printer Photosmart Premium C310a

    I recently had an update to the product directly on my printer Photosmart Premium C310a on Internet.  However, this then to Windows 7 (32 bit) to search for a driver for the printer but it could not find a.  If I click on devices and printers, it shows my device from the computer as requiring troubleshooting.  When I click on troubleshooting it signals that "Driver for Photosmart Prem 310 is not installed.  Install the latest version of the driver.  When I applied the fix, it indicates that the driver is not found.

    I tried to download the latest driver on the website of HP in various ways, finally to uninstall all HP software displayed in the Panel and then removing all the HP files remaining on my laptop.  I then ran PC Tools Registry Mechanic, disabled my anti-virus, restarted the computer software and reinstalled the complete C310a software on the HP site.  It ended without any problem, and after adding the printer to my list of printer, it is printed on a perfect test page.  However, Device Manager always reports the C310a driver is missing, but it cannot find a copy when it finds one.

    How can I convince the device manager that everything is going well (apparently)?

    apeace, I recommend you do as you did, uninstall the printer under programs and features but also by ensuring that this printer he is removed from the Manager of peripherals and devices and printers.   • Scanner Photosmart Premium C310a for error on Windows 7 64 bit

    Hi all

    I bought a HP Photosmart Premium C310a this weekend. Everything works fine except the scan. This is what the problem is:

    When I try to scan (through the centre of solutions) I get an error message as soon as scanning starts software (hpiscnapp.exe) that says: (translation of the Dutch for some of them may not be accurate) the scan cannot be made because the HP imagingdevice has a network and is used by another program or computer. Try again later.

    Description of the error extended; 4, [(0,400,80004005), (2,33,80040013), (3,33,0)]

    Nothing (no other program or computer) is using the scanner at the moment. The strange thing is I have Windows 7 64-bit systems and on the system, 32-bit and Windows 7 32-bit system works very well.  [EDIT: just encountered the same error on the PORTABLE 32-bit too :-(]

    Scanning from the façade C310a and selecting the computer also translate this error.

    Wireless connection to the C310a directly via an "ad hoc" connection does not either.

    I deleted all HP components (including using the abduction utillity L4) and them reinstalled several times. Through the page Web of the C310a scanning is possible, but with resolutions lower (max 600 dpi). I ran the diagnostic HP, no result (HPPS.exe) program.

    Context: C310a is wireless in the same network as the three laptop computers box.

    Laptops: 2 x Windows 7 64-bit, 1 x Windows 7 32 bit

    No problem: 1 x Windows 7 32 bit [EDIT: just encountered the same error on the PORTABLE 32-bit too :-(]

    Problem: 2 x Windows 7 64 bit.

    Been strugling with this problem for a few days. Would be very happy if someone knows how to solve this problem.

    Hi Travis (and maybe somebody else who will have the same problem in the future).

    So I finally got to do the work. Here's what I did. I backed up my data, wiped my laptop completely and reinstalled all software, including 64-bit Windows. Now everything works flawelessly. Don't ask me why, or what caused the problem because I know and still can not understand.

    At least everythings works as it should and I hope it will stay like that.

  • Photosmart Premium C310a printing blank Pages

    I have a printer Photosmart Premium C310a that I already returned a printer to the store for this same problem. After that initial set-up of the printer was working fine (not to mention that the white lines printed in the photos, but I could deal with it). As I said, I returned the first because I couldn't get the printer to print anything. Would make sounds as it was printing, but then spit on a blank page, no matter how, I have printed or copied. I changed the ink in new ink and still no luck. When I tried to align the cartridges he caught around for a while and then he said "alignment failed". So I took the product back and it replaced. Got a new and same exact situation happened. Installed and worked great... Using the same ink that wasn't on the previous printer... Now, two days later only puts on white paper... Help, please.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C310A...

    HP Photosmart Premium C310A... Error message indicates that the smaller black cartridge is missing.

    I bought a black XL and put it in the slot of the largest. I threw the small cartridge and now the printer does nothing with an enpty slot.  I went to the store and bought a new rear cartridge that said XL on the box.  When I got home it IS a XL and custom insert into the smaller slot. Stores here carry not more the smaller cartridge for blacks.  It's so frustrating.  This printer has been a huge disappointment. Even when I have all new cartridges I don't get over 10 pages until the ink is gone. It is $ 3.00 per page to print in black only or in color. (BS.)

    How can I get this printer to bypass the smaller cartridge slot and read more?

    The smaller "black" cartridge is a photo cartridge.  You need to replace the photo cartrdige, the printer cannot print without all cartridges installed.  (Further - withdrawal from a tape for a long time will allow the print head to dry out, which can cause damage permamant...)

    I bought a HP Photosmart Premium C310a and now I am trying install the drivers for it on my new computer with Windows 7 x 64. I tried only the driver (PS_AIO_07_C310_FSW_Basic_Win_rus_140_246.exe), and the full package (PS_AIO_07_C310_FSW_Full_Win_rus_140_246.exe) official website - both of them give me the same error: when I agree with the license terms, the installation checks the update and then disappears without notice or cause.

    Please help me as soon as POSSIBLE.

    PS: I can't find the original CD.

  • Premium Photosmart CN503AA: Photosmart Premium C310a is no longer prints black

    My Photosmart Premium C310a printer print is darker.  The following information may be useful:

    • Product number: CN503A, model number C310a
    • Two PC printer: we're a Windows 8.1 operating system (64-bit) and the other is a Windows 7

    So far, I conducted the following remediation efforts:

    • Replace the ink cartridge
    • Used HP support assistance to try to clean the printer and align the printer.  Alignment failed.
    • Replace the print head with a refurbished HP printhead.  (This also includes cleaning the area specified in the replacement instructions).
    • The printer still does not print in black.
    • Tried to align the print head.  He failed.

    Any suggestions?  The printer is no longer guaranteed.

    I read on how your Photosmart C310a is no longer printing black, and you've tried several unsuccessful troubleshooting steps.

  • Photosmart HP 7520; How to start the print spooler inorder to connect the printer to the PC?

    Tried to update and received the error 1722: Windows Print Spooler Service has not started.  Checked the spooler that is set as automatic.  Cannot find drivers that update the WIFi connection so that I can print from Windows 7.  Am not able to print from the PC that is connected via WIFi.  Checked and the printer is connected via WiFi.  There are several automatic updates on my machine _ y at - it a mismatch to the printer, a HP Photosmart 7520 recently bought.  When the printer was originally installed, the print command worked until recently!  When I reinstall the printer software, I can't connect it to the Pc via a router.  I unplugged and rstarted the router and I tried to install a new printer.  This has not solved the problem that the 1722 error message reappears.

    I am trying to connect via the GET more button in the main menu and the printer will not connect to internet, everything else works fine. Look at web services menu not enabled email eprint printer is disabled. looking at

    For some reason, out of the blue my printer has stopped printing from the computer.  After having gone through the troubleshooting of HP and told to download the updated drivers to update, I downloaded and tried to install the drivers for my printer Wireless C310a but keep said that the installation failed because it cannot locate the C:\Users\Jeanelle\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS655A\Setup\hpqbhp01.exe

    I don't think I can use the solution using the cd because it is a wireless and never used the cd initially set up printer and install the printer in the first place. I appreciate your help for this problem.

    I'll do my best to help you get your printer print again. Based on the information you provided, the error indicates the facility is looking for a files 'temp' folder which is where go downloads. I think you may have success using the software disc supplied with the printer if you still have it.  Do a test and if that doesn't help you, what is the operating system of the computer you are trying to install this printer on and what is the IP address of the printer?

  • Photosmart Premium C310A turns off the network all of a sudden?

    Months, this printer has worked on the network such as a charm. Used easily with 2 XP computers, a computer of W7 and an iPad2. No hiccups at all... He was always online.

    About 1 week ago, this changed? I am in Florida and we have here a few thunderstorms. DEVICE IS on an inverter, which shouldn't matter (the part of surge, no power). Now it seems whenever we want to print, it doesn't? It seems to be on, but is not on the network? OFF-power is not complete... I have to pull the power plug and the re - plug, once turned on, get the hotel "ding" and it'll print. Until next time... The printer was turned on and left on 24/7.

    Run the application to the printer on each machine and it says "disconnected" when we can't print?

    I'm not sure it will be like this just started? Thread implies that it was a problem during the day 1 I think. I did not change any router or printer settings so why should this start happening?

    The printer has always received 192.168.0.4, which has not changed?

    Any reason this should start happening all of a sudden? I don't remember the printer get a s/w update?

    I guess I'll see if the printer keeps going offline or not with the static parameter on top wire?

    Support menu: A combination of keys on the home/Idle screen:
    BL/BR/TL/TL. Press the touchscreen "Menu support. [after plugging]

    After that, reinstall the driver.
