Exporting 5.1 Audio

Hi guys,.

I know there has already been various messages concerning the import and export audio 5.1 with Premiere Pro. I also know that there are a few plug-ins available for purchase that will allow this capability for PR. I guess my question is: are there other codecs or plug-ins for exporting 5.1? I'm looking for probably for something that put me out of business.

I don't mean to do something with it. Just to keep the audio.

Thank you!

You define how much of each track should go to the LFE channel with this button:

(1) if turn you them all fully CCW (left) you have an LFE channel empty.

If you want to add effects to the LFE channel, then do it in Audacity, or buy the hearing.  First and Soundbooth won't let you do that.

(2) no matter what you do in the first mixture, to fix the hardware parameters, etc., first exit the file correctly.  All tracks will be interspersed in the right order.  First just does not display the order visually, just like the other programs, or the way in which the file format dictates.  Hardware in first ONLY parameters make the sound from your speakers properly, they do not affect the creation of the file.

(3) YouTube there files surround audio on it, but I can't seem to play with a surround sound in my browser on my system.  I'll try and see why.

Elevator music... pause... hmmmm... I'm hungry... ahhha!

When you export to create to create a surround for YouTube file, you don't have to use the Audacity workflow, unless you want to add something on the LFE channel.  Simply file first in the H.264 format and select, for example, 'YouTube widescreen HD' as output format.  Make sure that you assign to 5.1 output channels.  First will export an mp4 file.

Now you may have noticed that you are no longer in AC3 format, but in AAFC.  This is why you don't need the plugin SurCode.

Well, as we say in Italy "now we set ' tomato nother think end.»

The order of the pieces for an AAC file is not identical to an AC3 file.  Accordingly, the order of the pieces displayed in Audacity will change according to what type of file it is.  An AC3 and vague multi-track format are the same, but a file VAC is a different format.

Don't forget to 'Correct' order of the pieces for a file AC3, L, R, C, LFE, LS, RS
The LFE channel is the fourth since the Summit.

Here's what Audacity will display an AAC file: C, L, R, LS, RS, LFE
It is the top on the agenda of the bottom of the slopes.
So if you want to add effects on an AAC LFE channel, you need to put them on the bottom track (track 6).

Now, ideally, we would like to export our updated the LFE uncompressed on Audacity and import back into first, throw on the timeline, cut the other tracks and make our release of the first final mp4 file.

However, first don't like Audacity wave uncompressed file.  I tried several formats, and I'm not the first to accept as a file 5.1 surround.  It will be important, but he sees it as 6 mono tracks.  So he cast them all out on the timeline in 6 different mono tracks.  That won't work because now we're back where we started with a LFE channel with no way to assign only the LFE channel in the mixer.  Again, it is because Adobe has designed wrong.

So what to do?
Unless I can find a way to export an uncompressed surround of Audacity, in a way that first will accept it as a file 5.1 surround, you will have to export from Audacity in AC3 format, import in the first, lay it on a timeline, cut your other tracks and make your mp4 file.

It will work, but you compress twice, not the best thing to preserve quality.  One thing you can do is export file AC3 to audacity to the maximum bit rate (640) to minimize the loss of quality, then select what final compression in first to your taste.  It will probably sound fine in this way.  It's really the only solution for now, if you want to change the LFE channel.

We do not have this problem of double compression when we do a DVD because we put the right AC3 file in Encore, we never take it back in first.

I won my 10 points again for the right answer?

  • How to export 4 mono audio channel tracks separated?

Hello! I need help as soon as possible...

I am trying to export video files that have 4 separate mono (single) audio channels.

I work with red RAW images, and I've synced sound that has four mono channels to separate. A boom, two lavaliers and zoom mic.

Here is my solution up to now...

When you create a new sequence I selects RED R3D 1080 p, then I click on TRACKS > Audio and select multichannel, number of channels - 4. Can I go ahead and synchronize the video and audio. When I go to export I'll AUDIO and select "Uncompressed" audio codec, and in configuring audio I select Mono - 4 channels.

However, after export, I believe that the four channels are identical. I need channels to be separated, as the source (boom, LAV, zoom, etc.).

Please advise on how to do it. I'm doing something wrong?

    Thank you!

A couple of things to watch, make sure that the timeline tracks are top selected outputs correct and are correctly pans.

Some export codecs will allow mono files separated, some don't. This gives you the opportunity:

  • I'm trying to export multi-channel audio as apple pro res 422 HQ, but the tracks are all coming full joint rather than separately. I've implemented the multi Channel sequence already. What I am doing wrong?

I'm trying to export multi-channel audio as apple pro res 422 HQ, but the tracks are all coming full joint rather than separately. I've implemented the multi Channel sequence already. What I am doing wrong?

All 4 titles are coming as complete blends not divisions. I guess that's a problem with the entrenchment of the channels, but can't see how to fix. Andy

Is what would you say to my quick thought without following through all the processes after the fact, the sequence settings? My thought is that the sequence settings must be multichannel as you show, but each Adaptive track, so this channel map is routed at your leisure. If this is not the case, already, it would create a new sequence with these settings.

  • First Pro exports only my audio, not the video

I'm a beginner to this program, so please bear with me.  I'm in first Pro CC (2015.3) v 10.3, blue Fox on a PC with Windows 7 Pro. The Media Encoder is also Media Encoder CC (2015.3). When I queue to export the Audio/video file, I chose H.264 and AAC Audio.  The video and audio of boxes are ticked for export.  I have the game - high-speed selected Source and preset of Facebook.  Is the screenshot after I encoded the file, but I am able to see the process of Audio and video, while it exports the file.

Here is the screenshot of my Premier Pro screen. I had created a couple of these slide shows before and everything worked very well.  Now for some reason, there is only Audio now.  I tried it with two series of photographs with the same results.

Any help is appreciated and I apologize if this is a repeat problem, but I don't see anything that fits my situation specifically.

When you are working in a new project (or new sequence) and you add the first piece of media in your timeline (sequence), if the media card to match the settings of the sequence, it will ask you "Do you want to change the sequence to match the media" and you have done this, no other way to get an image size of 4608 x 3456, which is not equal to any standard video format. Is also 4:3 and not 16:9 for the video output screen. So unfortunately, if the configuration of the sequence is bad at first, your project is built on a poor Foundation that will cause problems later when you try to export to a standard format.

If you want to put the video on Facebook, that would be 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 for instance (1080 p or 720 p). Your sequence should be created accordingly before adding any media. In Prefs or sequence by sequence, you can use the size value of the frame to have the media scale in sequence (photos/video will scale to fit the image).

Try changing the size of the image in your sequence up to 1920 x 1080 settings. You may need to click on the pictures and also the value size of the frame.

EDIT: also change the audio sample rate of 32000 to 48000 which is more standard and superior

EDIT 2: If you put 4:3 pictures in a 16:9 frame, yes you get black bars on the sides. As the top and bottom of the pictures of the boat may be just the water and the sky in any case, you can change the image until it fits left to right, cropping the top and bottom which you can't miss anyway. Can also set vertically then necessary. Use the Adobe movement controls for these actions, found in the effect controls panel.

  • Compressor export crash Multiband + Audio Crossfade (constant power)

It took me 6 hours to locate the last night so I hope someone gets use out of this. The main elements causing the crash are certainly the Multiband Compressor filter and melted transition chained constant power, but the underlying issue can replicate under other combinations, then here's all that:

Platform: MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012), 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650 M 1024Mo, OSX 10.11.5 (El Capitan)

    The sequence settings:

    Screen Shot 2016-06-29 at 10.30.29 AM.png

Audio file of source Zoom Handy Recorder H6:

    Type: Windows audio WAVE file

    File size: 1.17 GB

    Audio Format: 96000 Hz - 24-bit - Mono

Project Audio Format: 96000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - Mono

    Total time: 01:12:25:06400

Multiband compressor settings: broadcasting,-3 db margin (limiter), output of 7 db gain (any other default =)

Melted transition chained audio settings: default (any length will cause the crash)

There is also a Denoise filter (-10 db) this but in my tests, this isn't a factor, any being deleted or changed the crash will be only or even occur when the filter Multiband Compressor and the crossfades are both present. If you plan to export directly from first step "Rendering Audio Files" will begin then stop early and skip the step where it freezes at 0% (must forcing app resignation). If you queue to Media Encoder will begin step "Audio Préparation" then stop after a few and its status as it is 'impossible' with the following error:

    Screen Shot 2016-06-28 at 10.11.52 PM.png

Was of codec H.264 - Match Source - broadband, but it will crash with any because the cause is rendered.

My solution for now is to finish edit, export audio only with all the filters I need EXCEPT Multiband Compressor, then import and apply Multiband Compressor before exporting the finished video.

    Hope that helps, please correct.

  • How to export media with audio wav

    Hello.

I want to export a file xdcam - the video as it is, re-encapsulated in mxf op1a: BUT I want like WAV audio.  But there is no option t change the audio from 'uncompressed '.

    Can you help me?

  • Export the problem, Audio, but no video!

    Hello

I have a lot of trouble to export my last video on first cs6.

Im a long time user of FCPX and traded just at adobe, so I'm a bit useless with this new program.

    My sequence setting are:

    Editing mode: Custom

Time Base: 59,94 frames per second

    Image size: 1920-1080

    Video highlights:

    file format: AVI microsoft

    Codec GoPro CineFi = orm codec (x 64) v9.1.1

The film is mainly images of GoPro Hero 4 Silver.

I tried so many different export options.

Export to 'fit the setting of the sequence' produced a video that has audio, but no picture.

Export to the h.264 format does not allow me to increase the rate of 30 frames per second to the original and give the error message "Invalid framesize/framerate for this level. Please reduce the bounds parameter video or frame rate, or increase the profile and level and try again "."

Export to quicktime is the only one so far who has produced, photo and audio, but the quality is far below what it should be... and yes I have made maximum use of verified quality.

Any help would be thank you very much!

Do not use match sequence settings which means that it uses the codec to preview.

    This is the cineform codec.

Don't think that you can export to cineform with cs6, unless you have installed the codec.

What is the final destination of your movie going to be?

If its Youtube, choose a preset that lies under h., 264 format in the export settings.

[QUOTE] ' Invalid framesize/framerate for this level. Please reduce the bounds parameter video or frame rate, or increase the profile and level and try again "." [QUOTE]

Do what is said to increase the profile (5.1/5.2) and higher (high) level of framerate.

  • Voiceover first clip of bad quality, after export only. Audio effects involved. How can I fix it?

All the sound quality is as desired in the timeline panel during the first edition. After export, the first clip in voice-over ONLY, now has a dominant white fuzzy noise. If I delete this clip and export, the clip that was the second, but now first, inherits the problem.

The video below has the original "first music video" removed, to show that the problem persists in the new video for first, which was previously the second and previously sounded very good. Each "phrase" or an "expression" is on his own audio clip, on the same track.

Also note that the sound quality of the music is great in each. In addition, the quality of the voice is perfectly fine in all the remaining 3 minutes of video.

From what I can tell, it's like audio effects have not been applied to the item first, after export. I use DeNoiser, dynamics and Volume of the channel in the whole of the audio track of the set (as opposed to each individual clip) voice. When I apply effects to each of the first 3 clips and place them on a separate track, and export, all 3 clips have the problem of white noise.

I guess that the effects take some time to 'register' and so when effects are applied to the entire track this should happen only once. But just who does not sense that this is a permanent problem or every video ever made by creating using DeNoiser and dynamics would have this problem!

What Miss me? There must be a way to solve this problem.

    Here is a screenshot:

    PremiereScreenshot.png

I use version creative Cloud, Adobe first Pro CC 2015

I exported with the following parameters:

    H.264

Format AAC, AAC Codec (tried MPEG and Dolby as well)

    48000 Hz

    Stereo (tried MONO as well)

    High quality

    320 kbps bitrate

    Bitrate priority

    Make maximum use

    Thank you.

    WORKAROUND SOLUTION:

I used both your advice to a solution that WORKS. Simply, I moved all the audio on this track 5 seconds back and insert an audio clip arbitrary at the beginning of the track. I then exported audio on one. WAV file. I imported the. WAV file in the project and trim the beginning (with the arbitrary clip) back to what is supposed to be the beginning of the audio.

The arbitrary clip inherited the problem and the remaining clips are great. They reside on a track that has no effects applied, as the. WAV files retain the proper sound quality.

Also, I've read just after this operation that checking the box "Freeze" can cause the denoiser to apply instantly. I've never tried, but if it works, it's probably a simpler solution.

    Thank you.

    Probably the codecs.

In the first elements 13/13.1 editor 8.1 64-bit Windows, I can DV.mov with QuickTime, but not Windows Media Player playback. When I try to use the DV.mov in Windows Media Player, I get audio but no video.

The MPEG2.mpeg is interesting. I get playback with Windows Media Player but not with QuickTime. What is the surprising is playback with Windows Media Player. Speculate the I must have picked up somewhere - codec Windows Media Center?

If your computer is 8.1 64-bit Windows, expected that you would have problems to read MPEG2.mpg in Windows Media Player. Isn't a shortcoming of Microsoft, Adobe, and is widely recognized. And the VLC Player is often recommended as a substitute player in this forum for MPEG2.mpg in 64-bit Windows 8.1.

It is available online as well as other discussions on this topic.

  • Export information raw audio?

So you can do a video layer in After Effects to show the audio spectrum of an audio layer, what displays the magnitude of audio levels at the frequencies in a selected range. I was wondering if it is possible to get raw information used to create this video layer and export it, for example in a csv file.

So to make it clear, the csv file contains values for energy and amplitude in each band of frequencies at different times.

The only option you have is to convert audio to keyframes and then copy all the keyframes and paste it into a spreadsheet. Which would give you an amplitude only. As Mylenium suggested, AE has very little audio tools and there are much better apps for your project.

    Hello

I exported my first first Pro CS4 video successfully, but my Quick Time movie is either all cant video or audio, "seem to have both.

Try a different codec like H.264 dv/dvcpro instead.

  • To export a single audio track?

    Hello

I just started using Premiere Pro CS6 (apology in advance if I use the wrong terminology). I currently have 3 different audio/video tracks in my sequence (right word). I would like to export the video track only 3rd and there is audio corresponding to an mp4. file.

    Capture.JPG

I tried to go to file-> export-> Media with only the 3rd video and selected audio tracks, but it seems that the Premeiere Pro wants to export the entire sequence (track 3 is only 38 seconds while track 1 is 4 minutes and 49 seconds).

    Capture2.JPG

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn off the beaten, you don't want to, then put the In/Out to the proper begins and ends the piece you do want.

  • AVI is "corrupted" except in CS5, but it exports then only audio

I need to convert an AVI to FLV file (so I'm limited to CS6 and before), but whenever I try to drag the CS6 (or CC 2014 to try a different conversion), it says that the file is corrupted.

I can import in CS5, but conversion provides only the audio, not the video, in all types of conversion, I tried (FLV, MP4, AVI, MOV, etc.).

I tried to put the AVI file in the path of easiest file (on my desktop) and tried to change the AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\6.0 6.0.1 and none of those who worked.

I do not have access to the original video version because it is a client who did it with the help of a recorder of online presentation.

I also tried to load into first CS5, but who is also the only shot in the audio.

Is it possible to convert this video?

To play a .avi, you must have the associated codec installed on your machine, and this is probably the question. If you can find this software was used to record the clip, you can find the necessary codec.

There is a free software called "MediaInfo" application that can tell you which codec is required.

  • How to export a file audio 44100 Hz and a Hz 43200 one?

    Just like the title says.

If you want to play with this you don't need to mess with the sampling frequency.  Go to effects/time and Pitch and reduce the height of your recording by the required ration (environ.982 by a quick calculation).

As Steve says, totally change the frequency of sampling at a level not a simple would give you a file that you could not play anywhere.

FYI, the choice of 44.1 kHz as sampling frequency has nothing to do with Nazi conspiracies and the do with the calculation of Nyquist what sampling rate is necessary to reproduce all audio frequencies up to beyond the limits of human hearing.

  • Audio glitch at the end of exports of EI

I've just updated Media Encoder at 10.3.0.185 and Adobe After Effects to 13.8.0.144 (running on Windows 10). Since then, I've been meeting a glitch in the audio of any After Effects projects that I exported out of Media Encoder. Everything is going well for most of the video, but as I reach the end of the exported video, the audio starts to double or to cut and move to another part of the track.

It does not exist in the AE project or the original audio track, nor does it occur on any video I export directly into After Effects. I tried to export with h.264 and Quicktime, with a variety of presets for both, for consistent results. If I export a video directly from AE, then re - encode the video in Media Encoder, so the problem does not occur.

I use this workflow without problem for a while now, so I can't imagine anything else that I do other than the software update. Someone else has experienced this problem / have tips on how to solve this problem?

    Hi Liam.N,

Sorry about that. We have a fix in the next patch. Recommendations and workaround are here: Re: last second audio skips and repeats after upgrade 2015.3
