  Information that you reference was never available in the facebook for blackberry app, same 1.9. However, you can only view the mobile site by pressing Menu in the application, then select "Go to the Mobile Site" it of your perception of information, hope that answers.

  I got married last Saturday, my wife has changed her last name on facebook, and I've changed changed its coordinates in Gmail, and yet my Droid still shows its former name.

  Congratulations on the marriage!  I know it is a large number of measures aimed at getting something to work, but I have had many problems with facebook and found this to reset the whole facebook integration.  I would first go in facebook or on the facebook home screen, press menu, close the session.  After that you be disconnected, go to the phone home screen, press menu, settings, accounts and sync, and make sure that your facebook account is not listed there.  Remove your name from wifes from the contacts list.  Delete no problem now that the facebook integration is not.  Add him as the correct name, and then add all its info. This should give the contact and have the phone think it is someone else rather than modify the existing one.  Then I open facebook and log in again and it should sync and the correct name.  As I said, I had a lot of problems with facebook and sync and necessary most of the time I made a change any.  I really hope that's not too bad and works for you.

  The size of the update quotes is the data being downloaded, and it will eventually replace the previous version.  The net change after update depends on the difference between the old and the new version.

  Here's what works here in the philippines so far

  Phone calls work fine (SMART Communications)

  Browser - WiFi via my DSL is good here in the Philippines (PLDT)

  Facebook updates in MotoBlur

  GPS/Google maps

  What does not work

  Yahoo via Motoblur (authentication failure)

  Google through Motorblur (authentication failure)

  If I use the browser on the cliq, I can connect on Yahoo and Google to get my emails so I know my credentials are very good

  Also, I should mention that I have not access to data with Smart Communications Yes yet, but as I said earlier, I have access to the data via the Wifi connection.

  Please tell me if my yahoo and google are able to work in this configuration. Thank you!

  Looks like you missed my suggestion in my previous post. Forums may not be frustrating. I have people miss sense I have provide them all the time because they fly over indications that I provide rather than read them Word for Word.

  Try to set up the two phones using POP3 under Menu > accounts > add account > Email rather than the option of Google/Yahoo.

• Facebook inside Xperia broken in ICS

  The upgrade of the ICS went well and everything seems to work well. However, one problem I have is with Facebook Inside Xperia - it partially works: -.

  When enabled, the feature will be connect to Facebook and contacts will get information from facebook. However calendar does not Facebook information.

  Also, under settings - accounts & sync - facebook inside Xperia-> synchronization is empty and disabled.

  Under the GB, there used calendar and contacts if I'm not mistaken.

  I tried erase data from Facebook, contacts, calendar and delete the facebook updates, then from anywhere, but the facebook calendar does not always show.

• Photo Source other than Facebook/Twitter?

  My syncs to gmail account with my OSX address book. Both have a collection of photos that I have accumulated over the past 10 years for each of my contacts. On my Google Nexus One, I could use these images to show against the contacts, when people call me, etc. On the Droid X, I can only select Facebook or Twitter as a source of image. What's not here?

  This has indeed been discussed previously, but in order to restore a happenings widget, tap the desk in the empty space, hold it down until the meny appears. You then choose widget and happenings. This should restore your facebook updates.
