I tried to register this CSI number on the My Oracle Support (https://support.oracle.com) Web page, but it shows error: cannot add support identifier. Support identifier 20061868 is not valid or does not allow recording. To reference the snap attached (CSINUMBER.jpg and CSINUMBER1.jpg)

Task Scheduler (Local)-> library of Task Scheduler-> Microsoft-> Windows-> Media Center-> MediaCenterRecoveryTask

If this does not work, try this:

1. open regedit by clicking on the start menu and type "regedit" in the search box and clicking on the link of the regedit program that opens.

2. go in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

3. click on the file --> export and save a copy of this portion of the registry where you can find later if you need IT.

4 Note the values in the column of data to "ProgramFilesDir" and "ProgramFilesDir (x 86(). (If you have only one of those that, don't worry. I think that only users of Windows 64-bit will have both, but I don't know.)

5. If you have a standard installation of Windows, the right for "ProgramFilesDir" column should read "C:\Program Files" and the right column for "ProgramFilesDir (x 86) ' should read"C:\Program Files (x 86)"." If they are not, try changing them to these values. To do this right click on the name in the left column and selecting Edit. I installed CRS 11.2 and started the full initial deployment. The end of it, ProductCatalogSimpleIndexingAdmin automatically starts a benchmark, as it should.
However, this benchmark index fails with the following exception:

Thanks for the information, it looks like the EAC application name that was created and the name of the application SimpleIndexAdmin trying to talk are different.

initialize_services.sh created dimval record store with the name of CRS-dimvals however your application tries to talk to StagingCRS-dimvals. EHR you can correct the short Atg configs application name, or you can create another application with the name StagingCRS
