Failed to load the data in Cubes (Unusual behavior) BSO

Hello

For spending a few days we are facing a weird problem trying to load data into cubes (11.1.1.2) BSO on linux 64-bit...

It is a single environment, which has been used for the last 5 years with no problems.

We tried all possible means (copy/rename/recreate an existing application), but loading is not going through new applications...

The status in EAS console current shows even for a small set of data of 10 records. We have also combined security, permission to file, but everything is in tact.

Note that we have no useful information in the newspapers (app and essbase.log)

Also tried otherways mentioned below without success:

(1) increased agent threads and threads in Server

(2) tried to use the Essbase Excel add-in to load data

(3) tried to load data using Maxl

(4) I tried Essbase server restart

It would be great if the guru in the forum would help us resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance

  • Loading the data into the ASO cube

    Hello

Is it possible to load data to a member in the structure where there is a related formula?

    For example:

    Account - interest paid:

Budget must be charged to members
Real must be a calculated field

    I tried something like:

    CASE
WHEN [scenario]. CurrentMember IS [real] THEN-[finance costs (IFRS)]
    END

    but it does not work?

    Is this possible?

    Thank you

    Hello

ASO, you cannot load data to a member who has a formula attached to it. One option is to have 3 accounts, 2 accounts system and an original. Load data for accounting system: VAC - Bud and VAC - law and then to set a formula to the original account to get the values of 2 accouts of system based on the scenario.

Let me know if it helps.

However, you can do it in ASF, loading the data to the Budget and have a calculation script calculate the value of actual expenditures to the Member of the account.

Then, after documentation (the administrator Planning Guide), I loaded the metadata using contour loading utility (OutlineLoad). Now I want to load the data. Following a few steps from ducumentation I add DIRECT_DATA_LOAD = False parameter (there is no front) and the DATA_LOAD_FILE_PATH parameter points to a directory on the server (I tried creating the empty file and DATA_LOAD_FILE_PATH the value piont this file). After saving configuration and restart the schedule I used Adminsitation to load data to choose the size of data loading, Driver-Dimension, I recorded it and then... no new files in the DATA_LOAD_FILE_PATH catalog has been created. Hi Madoo17,

Welcome to the community of Microsoft and thanks for posting the question. I've surely you will help find a solution on the issue.

    1. Once you get this error message?

    2. it worked before?

3 did you changes to the computer before the show?

    Perform the steps:

    Method 1:

Put the computer in a State of boot is a way to know which application is causing this problem.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    Step 1:

Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

Follow the steps in the link below to do the same thing:

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as shown here:

Step 2: To configure Windows to use a Normal startup state

After you have used the boot is a way to solve your problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    a. Click Start and then click Run.

    b. type msconfig and click OK. The System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.

    c. click on the general tab, click Normal Startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.

    d. When you are prompted, click on restart to restart the computer.

Method 2: Use the (SFC) System File Checker tool.

SFC system gives an administrator the ability to scan the files all protected to check their versions. If the System File Checker detects that a protected file has been replaced, it retrieves the correct version of the file in the folder cache (% Systemroot%\System32\Dllcache) or the Windows installation source files and then replaces the incorrect file. System File Checker verifies and repopulates the cache folder also. You must be logged in as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group to run the System File Checker.

Check out this link to do the same thing:

Description of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker (Sfc.exe)

Hope this information helps. Please reply back with the State so that we can help you.

  • Failed to load the local profile. IO error. All files in My Documents have disappeared. How to restore

did a normal turn on the computer.  Message came back failed to load the local profile.  IO error.  When he signed me, all my documents in My Documents had disappeared.

A corrupt profile is fairly easy to recover with minimal losses.  Refer to the following procedure:

"How to recover damaged Windows XP user profile"

Corrupt profiles are almost always accompanied by hard drive corruption.  After recovery, scan your hard disk for errors using chkdsk with the /f or/r option

"How to perform disk error in Windows XP check"

The disk check procedure can take hours depending on the size of your hard drive and the amount of corruption and cannot be interrupted, then run it when you won't need your computer for awhile.

WUDFRd failed to load of the device

    Hello

I did a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit and everything goes fine until I started to add the specific drivers of lenovo t61p.  I get the following in the Event Viewer error message:

    The \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load the device driver USB\VID_0483 & PID_2016\5 & 295bd535 & 0 & 2.

After a lot of Googling, I found that the usb device is a fingerprint reader.  remove the fingerprint reader drivers removes the error in Event Viewer.

AuthenTec TouchChip fingerprint coprocessor uses the v1.5.0.289 driver.  their website States that the error is a problem with Microsoft.  See this link:

http://support.AuthenTec.com/Knowledgebase/KBview/tabid/843/ArticleID/443/WUDFRd-failed-to-load-for-the-Device.aspx, or search their Knowledge Base for "WUDFRd failed to load for the device.

I see that the other members of the forum answers have similar problems, but they still have to find a solution.  is that someone in Microsoft could provide an update for a fix?

Yes! After two years, I found a solution.  I installed a previous version of Lenovo sw fp and it fixes attention on win 7 sp1 2 t60.  I've been running for about 3 weeks and warning went on two PCs. then, download and install IN1FGP08WW1.exe.  It is fp s-o of Lenovo in UTEK and there the pilot to clear the warning.  BUT it's not as safe as the current Lenovo sw fp.  Apparently, she was abandoned when authentic bought UTEK because of this.  as I understand it, if someone has physical access to your pc they can decifer pw of windows in the registry.  This isn't a big problem for me.

  • Generic procedure to load the data from the source to the table target

    Hi all

I want to create a generic procedure to load data of X number of the source table to X number of the target table.

    such as:

The indexes are same as well. Constraint are not predefined in the source or target tables.there is no involved in loading the data from the business logic.

    It would simply add.

This procedure will be scheduled during off hours and probably only once in a month.

I created a procedure that does this, and not like:

    (1) make a contribution to the procedure as Source and target table.

    (2) find the index in the target table.

    (3) get the metadata of the target table indexes and pick up.

    (4) delete the index above.

    (5) load the data from the source to the target (Append).

    (6) Re-create the indexes on the target table by using the collection of meta data.

    (7) delete the records in the source table.
