  I try to call a web service with the activity to invoke the Web Service in livecycle ES4 and it gives me an error of the Invocation.

  Here's the thing.

  I tried to use a paste of direct copy of a soap of SOAPUI request where it works perfectly fine. What is more, I tried using this same copy paste in the part of the test of the activity to invoke the Web Service in livecycle where it also works perfectly well.

  When I try to call the process, however, it fails.

  Any ideas on how to solve it?

  I dug around a little in wireshark and found service response telling me the Content-Type is text/htmlwas invalid.

  I don't know why the appeal of SOAP livecycle would record as something else than to the soap xml element, but adding:at the beginning of our SOAP call has solved the problem.

  I have the pdf part of this work now. Make a jsx which generates the PDF file via the doc. Save(). And when the pdf file is generated the script then shut down of FrameMaker via the application. Close method.

  I then just copy the script in FrameMaker autorun dir and start FrameMaker to get the pdf genenerated.

  Now, I'm trying to do something with the chm filegeneration. But I can't find anything on how to get FrameMaker to make the extend script CHM files. Is there anyone who have some good places to look for that?

  I have about 500 documents PDF to generate and I would like to have the Panel bookmarks & the Page for the parameter in the properties of the file - view initial - Navigation tab. I'm generating PDFs directly from Word using the Acrobat Plugin. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this setting manually for each PDF...

• How can I generate PDF bookmarks to change bars?

  I want to generate PDF bookmarks to text that is marked by change bars when I save PDF to structured Framemaker 7.1. In this way, the grader can go directly to the pages that contain change bars and the evidence only that text.

  FM creates bookmarks based on paragraph only tags, so it's not easy to do on the FM band. However, if you have available Framescript, then we could create the script that runs through the document, retags all paratags who have assets of change-bar and generates a PDF using the the paratags tagged to bookmarks. Defining an indicator in the userstring would reset the paratags newly re-labeled back to the original values for the continued development of document.

  again, you have to insert a record into a table with date and use a custom program to warn the user after 24 hours.

  You have to write a simulation of notification within a period of 24 hours

• Oracle-reports of generated pdf-report on a BLOB storage

  I essentially generate a report of Jdev using a remote servlet call to reports of the oracle, which generates the PDF for me very carefully and store it locally. The problem is immediately put this on the DB as a BLOB once the report is generated. I know how to store the pdf as a BLOB on the DB. I know how to make the call to oracle-reports and generate my pdf. What I don't know, first is sequentially generate the local pdf report and that which was generated once continue to store it on my DB.
  
  I want it to be done in the context of a single request. As in the entire process must be completed by a cycle. I don't want to keep some kind of end of day procedure that inserts in the comics at the end of the day.
  
  As soon as the report was requested by the user, I want the PDF (which is generated by the reports) will also be stored on the DB.
  
  My problem (which I'm sorry has been repeated already 2wice above) is that I have basically lose control once redirected through the servlet to the call of the report. There is no way I can load Jdev, side reports, that the pdf was generated and now must be kept on the Pb, because I lost the session context by redirecting to a different servlet.

  Very well, but I remember there is a complete riding contest in reports which would allow you to have the report server Oracle trigger download

  So, I think, the architecture, so that I would go is:

  -user request report
  -report generates PDF output
  -reports will be mailed to DB
  -reports_processing table contains the Userid and reports ID more Pavilion update when report is done
  -If you use JSF, you can use af:poll to check frequently that the report is finished.

  I am generating some PL/SQL PDF using itext. I loaded iText - 5.0.4.jar, but found a few invalid javaclass, after going through a lot of forums I found some suggestion that I need to load a jar file more so I loaded the

  then again loaded iText - 5.0.4.jar, but the result is the same.
  I use oracle DB 11.2 on 64-bit Windows.

  because the version of java database is

• Calibration Executive is unable to generate pdf reports

  I Calibration Executive 3.4.1 and he ceased to generate a pdf, word, or excel reports. It always generates the text and html reports. I reinstalled cal exec and made sure he like all current updates. The only thing we have changed recently installed DAQmx-9, 4. I drove back to DAQmx - 9.3 that hasn't helped. If the default ratio is defined in pdf format, no report is generated. It will not open as any report earlier. It gives an error message saying the path is incorrect file is corrupt. The path is correct and the old pdf open just fine with Adobe (version 8 standard). Someone knows something similar or has any advice about what to watch next. Thanks for any help!

  Solution: the latest revision of JAVA has been altered causing the error. Remove and reinstall a clean version of JAVA and fixed the problem.

  I'm working on creating an application for internal use at work. Users input a variety of information by using drop downs, text, check boxes, parts sketch entries and even use the camera. This information should then be generated in PDF format. The project is done in ActionScript.

  I found AlivePDF and purePDF, but it seems that they are intended to generate a side client PDF based on a predefined static entry.

  I would not be opposed to a solution that would go on a return to the corporate office server and generate the PDF file.

  Goal would be to find something free or very cheap as this project is a not-for-profit organization.

  AlivePDF is just an API to generate a PDF file. QNX should have no impact on it. Not sure about the images. Do not remember if he can take a raw image or it took mx:Image.

• A web site can generate PDFS filled by downloading a PDF file with empty form fields?

  In other words, if I provide my web developer with a standard form PDF file that is ready to be filled, can code the site to "fill" the form fields with the data generated by a release of the database?

  Here's the goal: I need to have nice aesthetically "certificates" generated by the web site for the print client. The design is approved, but the customer does not want to have to fill them all individually. We have the data, and I'd love to be able to 'plug in' on individual PDF files. The question is, can 'take' the data that a user in Acrobat Pro/Reader/DC of PDF software? A web site "tool" can be coded to fill the fields of the PDF format and save a printable file?

  Keep in mind, I'm a designer, so I probably don't have a response technical, more just one "Yes, you can do this using the...» "or a 'of course not, silly designer guy, it would be a huge security risk' or whatever, so that I can know whether or not to have my web devs continue this as a solution.

  Yes, it is possible, but not with Acrobat, which cannot be used on a server.

  There are other tools that can do it, even if the side server.
