Here is the full message:

I don't know what the message of the compilation. (The only options it gives me are OK) 1 and 2) support. When I click on help need me on the FAQ page to generate in the RoboHelp help file.

I've been creating documents printed two years without seeing this message. Then she appeared the other day and now it does whenever I try to create printed documents. I have not changed the process I do with subjects.

    Thank you for your message.  We will try to remove the printer Epson NOT THE DRIVER software.  Then restart your computer, you still have the error of communication?  Otherwise, you can install the printing software Epson and everything should be back to normal.

  • Failure of the generation of certificate when installing RS

    I install the SRM 1 update on the server with Virtual Center 2.5 update 3.   I get following error (or see attached screenshot):

    Failed to generate the certificate.

    Details:

    Error: Invalid Argument: DR_CERT_SERVER certificate filed is too long (> 32)

    I can recreate the error on both my Virtual Center servers.

    Thoughts?  Update my conclusions after dinner.  I need to eat.

    I tried all the help on http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01458034 without success. I reset my printer several times but still I have the same error message. Is there anything else I can try or is it time to get a new printer?

    Hi Chris_P7,

    You read the appropriate document to resolve the failures of ink for your printer system.

    If the questions is still not resolved, you can buy a replacement printhead which is step 10 of the document you attached.

    However, there is a cost associated with this part.  It may not be worth it for you to invest in an older printer that may or may not continue working after replacement of this part.

    Maybe it's time to buy a new printer that will come at least with a guarantee.

    I get printer error message on my printer Officejet 6700 Premium.  I'm on a Mac OSX 10.9.2.

    I have reset the printer and I tried to update the firmware by the instructions, but he tells me that the device is busy and won't.  The printer is out of warranty but was hardly used - less than 200 printed pages - UGH!

    HP recommends you to use genuine HP cartridges. HP does not guarantee the quality or reliability of cartridge not HP, or filled HP cartridges. If you use genuine HP, the following cartridges no could not solve your problem of print quality.

    A "cartridge problem," "ink cartridge failure," or "Incompatible cartridge" Error Message appears on the all-in-one.

    Printer cannot print black ink or color ink or prints blank Pages.

  • Cannot print on the Epson TM - U590 Slip printer Report Generation Toolkit with LabVIEW 8.6.1

    Hi all

    I have an application that uses the report generation tool to print tickets for a printer file.  Usually, it works very well - I 8 existing facilities where there is no problem

    I install the software on a new site that uses a printer Epson TM-U590 slip currently and I can't for the life of get me printing to work

    Using a Standard report, the Print Report.vi returns error-41002, indicating it does not find the printer.  I opened the VI using the remote debugging and it does not find the name of the printer properly with the available query Printers.vi.  It gets an error-2147352567 code starting from the printed node, which is then replaced by the de-41002 error that is reported.

    For historical reasons, I always use LabVIEW 8.6.1 for this project.  I plan to spend in 2011 or 2012, but I had some reliability problems with the other parts of the application after trying to upgrade to a new version of LabVIEW, so I would avoid it at this point.

    The application runs on a standard desktop with Windows 7.  The slip printer works fine if I print from Notepad, and my request is happy to print to any other printer, just don't slip printer.

    The slip printer using the LPT port.  Previously, printers of the folder that I used were USB but I expect the printer driver to hide the details of the application...

    Any ideas would be very appreciated

    I now have the same problem with a folder of Star printer (a TUP592), this time with another program developed in LabVIEW 2011.

    As mentioned in the article, the problem is in fact to do with margin settings rather than the name of the printer, despite what says the error message

    After some tests, I received the Star printer to work by setting a large (> 14cm) right margin.  No idea why this is necessary because it seems quite happily print to the right edge of the paper, but there you go.

    So I don't have defintely solved the original problem yet, as I've not had back on the site, but I hope that it will be useful to someone else.

    HP replaced my 6830 due to failure of the print head. New printer works proud desktop using Vista. Previuosly I could print from my laptop wireless as well, but it's time the print queue says printing, fails to print and return to errot impression. I know that thw laptop is connected to the printer thr and I even can it ping ipconfig without problem. I have been through software support, and to the low load options hear everything without any result. I am now confused.

    I read your post and see that the replacement printer is wireless print on the Windows Vista-based computer, but not the laptop running Windows 7. I will definitely do my best to help you.

    If you have a valid IP address for the printer, then try and access the Web built-in to the printer server.
    Type the IPv4 address in the address bar of your web browser. (Internet Explorer) It to load the page.

    You mentioned that you can test the printer, just to check a real contact, check the network IPv4 address on the computer to see if the first 3 sets of numbers match the IPv4 of the printer address.

    Press the Windows and R key at the same time, to show the command line run, type cmd, then type Ipconfig.
    Check the IPv4 address.
    Now, check the IPv4 address for the printer.
    If this isn't the case, then the printer and the computer are not on the same network.

    Do the first 3 sets of numbers match?

    Check the address IPv4 of the computer to verify that it matches the IPv4 of the printer address.
    Printers and devices, right click on the printer, on the left, click printer properties, select the Ports tab, click on Configure Port.
    If they do not match and then close the window configure the Port and click on create a port and follow the instructions in the wizard.

    Type the IPv4 address.
    Make sure the printer is online.

    Test the printer. If creating the new port doesn't work, run the Add Printer Wizard.

    If you're still having problems, download and run the print and Scan Doctor, he will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically.

    Have you ever received the message "Incompatible print cartridge"? This may be caused by defective cartridges, dirty cartridge contacts, or by using the wrong cartridges for your printer or the region.     To help you, you please provide additional information?

    • How is your printer connected (USB cable, ethernet or wireless)?
    • Using HP ePrint, Google Cloud Print or another method?
    • If you are using HP ePrint, print history indicates jobs failed? Discover the story printed in connected HP
    • Were any document that was not able to print, you able to print directly from your computer to the printer without using the method of cloud?
    • All work failed comes a device?  If Yes, what is the operating system of the device?  whatsmyos.com

    Contact the society of the printer.  There is nothing that Microsoft or Windows, can do to force the printer to accept a type of paper, though it says it will not accept it.

He is responsible for the management of jobs that have been sent to the printer or print from a network server. With the print spooler, the user can achieve a greater control over the print queue because the print spooler service allows the user to dispose of print jobs pending or to set priorities for projects.

    Most of the time, the print spooler service works very well. Unfortunately, the opportunities will arise when the print spooler fails and you receive the dreaded error print spooler and print becomes impossible.

    You need to check if the Printer Spooler service is started from services.msc.

    a. click Start, click run, type services.msc.
    b. double-click the print spooler and verify that the status is set as Automatic or Manual.

    I need help.  I've been on this forum yesterday looking for answers and tried a number of things.  I'll detail what I tried and which responds, I received the computer.  Let me preface this by saying that this all started yesterday.  My computer slowed and then frozen Friday.  A friend who fixes computers because his life has come and picked up the computer and he told me that he had to fix something to do with the "boot device", apparently it was not properly start.  Reconnecting to my pc, I discovered that I could print is no longer.  That's where I start...
    1 Control Panel > printers & faxes > add a printer: when I do this I get an error msg that says: "operation could not be performed.  Printer Spooler service is not running. "so...
    2. on the start menu, click Run > type "services.msc" > right click on "Printer Spooler" > click "Properties" > on the general tab, startup says "automatic" and «Stopped» Service status  Click on 'Start' and get the error message "cannot start the spooler on Local computer printing.  Error 2: the system could not find the specified file. "so now...
    3. I went to the printer spooler properties, in the Services menu > on the Dependencies tab, "this service depends on the following system components: Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" and "following system components depend on this service: Dell Printer Status Watcher."  So in the services menu, I checked the remote procedure call and it is started.
    4. to the printer spooler properties, connection tab, the box marked "Local System account" is selected, and below "allow service to interact with desktop" is checked.  Further down on this tab, hardware profile reads 'active service '.
    5. after having tried everything I removed/uninstalled all by clicking Control Panel printer drivers > Add / Remove Programs > then remove all applications the range of HP printers.  Then, I went to the HP Web site and installed the printer drivers all over again and restarted my computer.

    Unfortunately, after all that... you guessed it... I still cannot add a printer or print at all!  I'm at my wit's end!  Help if you can, please!

    If the steps in the KB article look too intimidating and/or automated FixIt tool does not work, read the material in the CleanPrinterDrivers link below.  A single step, that you missed to uninstall your printer drivers is 'Step 4' of the Article a link below.  If I understand correctly, if you omit this step, the same driver file is used to reinstall, even if you have downloaded a new version.

    Here is my canned response:

    Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

    AntiMailware MalwareBytes
    SUPERAntiSpyware

    Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

    Cleaning of printers

    NOTE: If after completing step has the print spooler is not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", you will not be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Instead, go to the other link and download and get and use the utility 'cleanspl' such as described here.


    A. Clean on print jobs pending

    • Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
    • Type the following in the black command prompt window, and then press ENTER after each line

    net stop spooler
    del/q '% windir%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.* '.
    net start spooler
    output

    B. clean the old printer drivers and install the latest drivers by using the directions in One Article.  If you have (or had) a Lexmark printer, follow the instructions on the following site before installing the new drivers, as explained in its first Article: http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
