Fall 3G blackBerry smartphones

Hello

Last night, I noticed that my Bold 9700 on at & t will drop 3G and on the EDGE and lose the BIS connection.  The only way to fix is to disable the connection and restart, I do it every morning now.  I used this phone for over a year now and its never done this before, and it doesn't happen overnight.  Is this a problem of hardware/software, or is it a problem of carrier.  Also, probably not related, but I can no more do a soft reset on my phone, when I hot shift alt led the Red led lights up the screen flashes and that's it.  Any help would be great.

1. you don't say above, you did the battery pull...

2. try the SIM swap, first. So, if you want, it is a higher version of OS5 for the 9700 that we can pass by. That might solve your problem of soft reset. You can also use a third party like QuickPull for the softreset application.

    Hi, my blackberry 9360 is sometimes a really weird thing. Once a week, after that I used the device to check email, check facebook or even simply by removing the door in leather and put it right back it drains the battery at a very fast pace and hotter than usual.
