  I wasn't looking for handbrake, but I found a solution. I can try the brake hand in the future, I don't have the time to do it right now. I did, however, check the settings of sequence and he has NOT left me to select anything more than 30 FPS to 'restore' to 60 so to speak.

  What I did to solve (or perhaps I should say "fix") the problem is I opened my project, all selected in the sequence and copied (I just used Ctrl + C). Then, I made a new project and paste (Ctrl + V) in the new sequence. If I go into the settings of export now, show it correctly to 59,97 fps. It is still turning to 00:00:29, but withdrew twice before it increments the chassis #.

  Hand brake may be a more permanent solution that it should set permanently your source clips the desired FPS, but copy/paste also seems to work and is faster, although perhaps a little more than a nuisance.

  Try a reboot.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

• When I open FirefoxI get a small window to sync list drop-down which is empty and crashes firefox.

  It has proved to be a problem, that my system has been seen with the catalyst display driver. For some reason-no idea why - my system doesn't seem to like the latest Catalyst bit only display driver versions.

  I drove back to 10.8 and it seems to work normally.

  I have a machine running XP SP2. Windows Update works fine (update our WSUS server) in the time allotted (Wednesdays @ 05:00). Once I have install the stationary State and they have to take control updates (because of the protection of the disc) I get the following in the Event Viewer error "automatic updates failed while trying to run Microsoft updates.", and no update is applied.

  LEAVE THE FOLDER $hf_mig STRICTLY ALONE OR YOU WILL BREAK WINDOWS. Use CCleaner to remove temporary Internet files instead of doing it manually.

  It is not as useful as you think it's your partitioning scheme. It's OK to have a separate partition on the same hard drive for data files (documents, photos, music, etc.) but it is absurd to put program install files to a different partition because they will need to be reinstalled in any case if you need to do a cleaning of Windows. On the desktop, I prefer just to add a second internal drive of the data instead of a single disk partitioning. I doubt very much that your page file and temporary files on a separate partition gave you any help appreciated speed/efficiency. Better to have just enough RAM. You can change your partitioning with third-party partitioning such as Acronis Disk Director, Easeus software, etc.

  You forgot to mention the size of your disk is. If it is less than 250 GB, I wouldn't bother this partitioning at all. Back to the top of your data for drives external hard like you are already doing. For easier recovery, use a program like Acronis True Image imaging and your system to work perfectly the image and save the images on the external hard drive. TI can make an incremental backup image so that your images are always fresh.

  You cannot change to 64-bit, unless you do a clean install using a 64-bit disc. Your processor should be capable of running the 64-bit.

  Advice here - not worth the expense of $100 to buy 64-bit win 7 for a model that is a few years old. Instead, wait until the summer or the early fall when 10 windows will be a free update for users of windows 7. You must run windows 7 with the latest update to take advantage of the free upgrade.
