Fedora Core 14 and 2.6.35.6 - 48.fc14.x86_64 kernel, VM server 2.0 "running kernel does not.

I tried to install VMserver on fedora core 14 with linux kernel 2.6.35.6 - 48.fc14.x86_64 and can't seem to make it work. I inserted the results of my attempts to install. I installed the kernel-devel, more recent GCClib files and pretty much everything else I found to install on the internet partaning to it using yum.

Everyone else had this issue. The VMware - Update-implementation to date, I do not think far enough for me to use it on this. I have seen that this takes place with older additions, but I'm not sure how to go about ractifing this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hello

Make sure you http://radu.cotescu.com/2010/01/19/how-to-install-vmware-server-ubuntu-fedora-opensuse/ or http://risesecurity.org/2010/04/02/vmware-server-2-0-2-update-patch-2/ in order to get VMware Server 2.0.2 working in Fedora 14.

I'm also using Fedora 14 x 64 and used the second link (manual process) to install it.

Kind regards

Victor
