FF doesn't "block" an add-on that is NOT on my computer.

When I use the add-on Manager to check my Add-ons, he informs me that Java Deployment Toolkit 10.51.2.13 is disabled. But when I run a search for files on my hard drive looking for the mentioned files, there is no file on my hard drive. (Look for npdeployJava1.dll and application/java). Also when I go to control panel > programs > uninstall, shown ONLY Java program is Java 7 update 51. No "toolkit". However, your site is of the view that I have the next generation Java plug-in 10.51.2 for Mozilla browsers, which does NOT appear in the list of programs installed in the control panel.

Thus, it seems that the offending "toolkit" program is not on my computer, the FF resolutely "blocks".

Your list of plugins shows you "next generation Java 10.51.2 plugin for Mozilla browsers" installed. It is the latest version of Java 7 and on Windows, would belong to comments: plugins like Java (TM) Platform SE 7 U51.

It would appear in the list of programs installed in Windows Control Panel, Java 7 update, 51. It's the latest recommended Java version, you will see if you go to http://www.java.com/en/download/

Java 8 is not currently recommended for most users. See http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/java8.xml for more information.
