• Alignment problem signature blocks

  I created the form and add the signature blocks on the lines where I want each of the parties to sign.  However, once I have save and send to the signing, Adobe exports only the signature at the bottom of the last page blocks.  In other words, I put a signature block on a specific line for a specific signature, it looks good in the preview, but when I send the document, Adobe has moved the signature blocks at the bottom of the last page, in order of email. Any suggestion would be useful before I turn to VeriSign or another program.

• Problems with adding fields of digital signature

  OK, so I'm an IT Manager / developer DB for a defense contractor. And I consider myself reasonably technically competent in MOST things. But this problem has left me speechless (for the most part) for lack of decent instructions or advice are on the lines.

  , I'm looking to create a form for use by the employees of my company to follow the 'signatures'. we have so far put in forms manually signed for this purpose, my goal is to go paperless with this process. I know it can be done because the air force (my client) uses a form that allows you to do something similar (see here: http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/infomgt/forms/eforms/dd2875.pdf). Forward listed form allows you to 'click' on the signature block and add your digital signature (which, for the AF, comes from an IDENTITY card). Let explain me the dev environment, I am using / testing on:

  Creation of the form:

  I use my laptop with my own personal copy of Adobe Pro 9. I have no installed dig signature or any ability to use on this system. I CAN, however, add the field to the GIS during the creation of the form and the field responds when you click on it, but with a command prompt different than the 2875 (I think this may be part of the question). Then I tried sending it to my AF computer to test whether it will actually allow me to add a signature block.

  Tested the form:

  On my AF computer I only software adobe reader 9 installed, and it will allow me to add my signature to the DD 2875. When I do my newly created form with my added field GIS that nothing happens at ALL when you click it.

  Troubleshooting:

  I first noticed that under form properties security has been put in place to NOT allow the signing. I changed that and returned on one system to the other, and it seems that in the translation he loses this setting. First, I assumed it might be due to the security the AF place on its e-mail servers. So in response I burned the form of a cd and manually transferred but got the same result.

  Conclusion:

  I terribly bit educated on the development of PDF I suspect to understand everything that happens here, but I feel there's a script attached to the FA form that works and allows him to function properly. If this is the case I don't know what recourse I have, if any. BUT, if its something simple that I'm missing just in cause of my lack of experience I hope someone here can help me.

  Before you can use Adobe Reader to add a digital signature to a PDF document, the file must be "enabled for the drive.  There are two ways to do this, you must use a server, what the DoD because they need to drive helps thousands of documents. The other way is to use Acrobat Pro (I know that you said you have Pro, but for anyone else reading this has has Acrobat Standard, this version is not the feature activate Reader).

  With the file you worked on open in select Acrobat the Advanced > extend features in Adobe Reader menu item. Click the Save button in the dialog box that followed, and the new file will have digital signature rights in Reader.

  We have the signature blocks that are on all of our email correspondence.  Some of the photos on the blocks.  I know how to change the text on the blocks, but I don't know how to swap the images of people.  Need basic directions easy to please.

  (1) take your original and with the rectangular selection tool, make a selection around photography

  

  

  (2) hold the alt or option key and apply a layer mask and this will create a transparent area

  

  (3) create a new layer above the original and copy is a new photo. To adjust the precise size, use ctrl-T Transform or Cmd - T.

  

  (4) apply a layer race effect helps to put a margin around photography

  

  

  (5) Finally, select the layer of the photo and he Desaturate.  Shift-Ctrl-U or shift-cmd-U

• All documents automatically sign and date the date gets printed on top and the signature is clear. What could be the problem? I've tried everything.

  I sent to automatic signing. The are signed and dated and return. When I try to print the signature block print very well and the date is printed by a form number in the upper part of the form. I have re-installed and tried to implement everything. If I send the form to someone else this fine print.

  Please try to print as image PDF print as image. Adobe Acrobat, Reader, check to see if that fixes the problem.

  I lost the signature of the writer when I attach a document to another document, how to restore keeping the signature.  He used to work until I did something to remove the signature.

  I have a letter of transmittal from pdf to the contractor.  And I want to join two transmission of the Consultant as an attachment for approval of letter: 6 to 3 000 lb/po2 of concrete and 6 b to 4 000 lb/po2 of concrete. Both have been signed by the consultant approved by using the electronic signature.

  When I join these two documents, the signature does not, the signature block is white.

  It used to work until I did something (my finger must have done something) and now the signature does not appear.

  How to get back my original back where I could attach a document with the electronic signature.

  I want to be able to use the digital part of Eloqua ID contact in an electronic mail merge field.

  For example when someone registers, Eloqua grants them an ID like: CIDCM000000023336

  I want that the welcome email to transmit the number 23336 as part of a URL, something like: www.myurl.com/parameter?id=23336

  .. but I can't find a way to access this part of the identifier.  With the help of the field ID Eloqua standard Contact as a merge field returns the integer "CIDCM000000023336."  If someone managed to get the digital ID in a merge field, or remove the... part CIDCM00 leader?  (Of course the numeric part is variable length 1, 2, 3... 6 digits, if you can't just strip the first 12 characters).

  Assuming you can use this field in the handling of string cloud connector, then you could probably find a way to do this - can I ask why this field as your setting?

  What you are doing here, is there a reason you can't use the integer value for this and it must be numeric?

  Merger of field, you can generate the HTML code required for the merger of field uttering one in your email and then merge in the email your work with.  Discover the grab HTML HTML field merging and post it in your URL.  Commonly, the syntax would be 'SFDC_ContactID1' or something of the sort (this is depends on the merge field name). In your particular case, the finished HTML code would look like, "SFDC_ContactID1">."

  I have a script that searches for two words ("APP ENG") on a page and adds a digital signature field.

  The trick is that there are two occurrences of these words and place the script in the field of digital signature on the first ocurrance of the two words.

  There was a counter added the script, but this place then the field on the word ("ENG"), it might have to do with the meter to count one word instead of two.

  I have a situation where all PDFs you signed are created for each customer individually and on the fly.

  I must be able to define the scope of the signature using the API only.

  Is this possible? I can't change the pdf file and add any kind of labels. It must be done using an x, the value of the coordinate y.
