  Once the photo is deleted it no way to bring them not return. However, there are some 3rd party applications (like, fixmo) who provides facilities or recover deleted items.

  To do this, make a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  Now, once completely restarted and device data arrows at the top right, slow down and stop working, highlight your media icon > click on it.

  Now press your Menu button > and then click EXPLORE.

  Click on the Media map > BlackBerry > photos. Something there?

  Update your BBM to the latest version, and then try again.

  You have 6 BBM? There are a few OS problems with older Blackberry OS phones. I suggest you try any OS upgrade available for 8520.

  The BlackBerry is not a deleted items folder to talk about. Once an item is deleted on a BlackBerry it is gone forever. If you're talking about using the display folder command to view your mailbox folders, then it is just to show you all the files. But the deleted items will be always empty. E-mails that you remove BlackBerry should enter items deleted in your good email client.

  I just got an email from Innovatology saying that updated folders and files app is now available in the App World (v1.20) - after downloading, I can confirm now, it installs and runs without problem. That's what I call service.
