  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you need to get in touch with your service provider and insist that they honor the formal support that they are contractually required to provide you with. Do not let you fob before having 100% solved the situation. If they tell you to contact RIM, don't let them not on the hook, then either... insist that they tell you exactly how you should contact RIM. If they say anything OTHER that they will increase you rim (for example, if they tell you to independently seek the support of the RIM), and then accept it. Only through an escalation of your service provider can you receive all official support from RIM.

  Looks like they have made significant changes to their network... and they must ensure that their paying customers will continue to receive the services that they pay.

  I'm at my wit's end. Extremely frustrated new user of blackberry. My phone is ex-US storm 9530. I have the dreaded "app error 523 Reset"... I took the South African Vodacom phone and they don't take because the number of IME is not compatible with their system. I went to repair shops and they can't solve the problem. I tried the instructions on site and forums of blackberry without success. I even downloaded the OS on my PC and tried to solve the problem without success. The seller in Cape Town has not responded to my SOS. I have no one else to turn to. What I have now is a dead piece of fancy equipment that I have spent a fortune on my scholarship and I used for a month only 3 or pleased...! Was there a problem with the storm series that someone is not talking? I bought with enthusiasm the BBerry starting to regret.

  You see, "without success" says virtually nothing. The download was successful? Failed installation on your PC? How did the installation of your BB? "Without success" only let me guess... which is not a good use of your time.   I had to go into the media space and pull up the menu when you click on the photo icon... go to explore... from there, you can view hidden files!

  With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Give it 10 minutes after the restart, and then try again.

  I have not followed all the instructions, however. I have dd was as follows:

  I recently got my 8120, it worked very well, no problem, when all of a sudden, I couldn't zoom in more... I don't understand how it happened, because the phone was not dropped or damaged in any way. Can someone please give me some advice?

  Have a soft reset by removing the battery for 30 seconds and check the behavior. If it not is not to solve the problem then take it back to store and have a replacement without any delay.

  To do this, make a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.   with BES, I am able to zoom in a bit, and then he gets a lil blurry because of the Distiller of BES.
