File state recording does not to the redundant server / backup Lookout 6.2

I have my State process server configured file to save the backup server every 5 minutes. I noticed an alarm recently saying that the report file could not be saved. I am able to map, my server, the folder on my backup server where I want to save state file, but when I enter Lookout and 'change processes' and try to access this folder, I get the error shown in the attachment.

Why can I map to this folder in the Explorer of can I without problem but not stand Lookout?

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 and Lookout 6.2.

Good luck

Mike

Mike,

Belvedere is running as a service, and it is where I have solved the problem. I had the service set in place for the journal as: "Local account", so I changed it to the journal as: "This account" and seized the specific account that has full access to this folder.

This has been implemented this way for some time and worked, then I don't know what caused her to stop. The user I have logon is configured as an administrator on the server and redundant machine, that's why I chose the 'Local' in services set up account.

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction!

Thanks a lot for your comments as well erblock and Ryan!

Windows gives you integrated programs to open the image as png files.

In Vista, use Windows Photo Gallery to open png files.

In Windows 7, if you use it, you can use Windows Photo Viewer to open png files.

If you have installed Windows Live Essentials, you can use Windows live Photo Gallery to open png files.

  • Error "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or does not support the codec used to compress the file' when try to play wav or midi files.

Original title: WMP "can't play wav or midi.

Using WMP 11 on Windows XP SP3.

Windows Media Player has somehow forgotten how to play wav or midi files. Doubleclicking either of these file types give an error "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or does not support the codec used to compress the file. " There is a button 'Close' and 'Web Help' which still informs me, "you met the C00D1199 error message... ". ». Following the advice given nothing less than useful.

I can easily play these files with RealPlayer or VLC so I don't think it's a driver problem, and it wasn't a corruption right after installing the other players. WMP seems to work OK when playing music or AVI. And there is no harm to hear a sound (wav or midi) in Windows for various system events. Have already uninstalled/reinstalled WMP without result.

    Thanks for your reply.

I have since determeined the problem comes from an updated codec package I installed a few weeks ago. These codecs were from Shark007 which I believe is a Microsoft MVP. Use the codecs from this site for a number of years without any problems so I did not initially suspect it was the source of the problem. I uninstalled the codec pack and installed K-light package and everything seems to be Ok now. Now, I'll be in contact with the members of this forum.

    Hello

I work with a HP Pavilion a6030n PC with Vista OS base. I had problems with the computer recently when starting. He continues to work at some point during the process and crash, forcing a hard stop. I'm not too computer savvy, but can generally work through questions. I tried several (and probably useless) methods to try to get the computer to work, with a modicum of success. Today, I received this message: "the file is maybe damaged. The file header checksum does not match the checksum calculated. "Hmmm... I looked through the forums and found a lot of computer-speak, who basically told me that I'm over my head. I thought that I would try at least ask the question before resorting to what is the hard drive a person to fix if all goes well.
I can get it working again, or is my HP to his last breath?
    Thank you!

If warnings getting You ' r files are corrupted, which could indicate a problem with the hard drive (most likely) or the memory/RAM in the computer (a little less likely but a good possibility).  Your computer came with a disk diagnostic or diagnostic software you can run to test the components inside?  You can also download this software and run it to see if he can help you narrow the possibilities.  Otherwise, I recommend to find a local repairman good and trustworthy and have them check for you if you are not adept at hardware troubleshooting.  It can get very frustrating and very expensive, very quickly.

    Hey James,.

Last known good config was the same result! The only error message is one that is in the title of this post, not others. Another detail, that I forgot to add is that it does not get insofar as a logo windows before it fails, just the toshiba start screen, then either passes the corrupt message checksum or a blue screen and restarts before I can read the text on the blue screen. I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop with Windows Vista Home. Any suggestions? What should I chahnge how I download and save music?

    Hey Taylor09,

You may find that you are getting this message in Windows Media Player due to one of the following reasons.

    a. you try to play a file that is not supported by the player.

    b. you are trying to play a file that the player does not support, but the file was compressed by using a codec that is not supported by the player.

    Step 1:

Confirm that you are trying to play a supported file type. The following article lists the types of files (formats) supported by Windows Media Player.

Information on the types of media files that supports Windows Media Player

Note that if you tried to play the file type is included in this table, the file might have been encoded with a codec that is not supported by Windows Media Player. If this is the case, Windows Media Player cannot play the file.

    Step 2:

Download the necessary codec to play the file.

For more information of Codec, see: Codecs: frequently asked questions

I got this error message when you try to play an MP4 video. Help please!

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or does not support the codec used to compress the file.

You can try to download the http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=507 Codec Installation Package

Sorry, I'm not sure I follow 100%, are you saying some .mp4 files play OK in WMP, but others do not?

update your AV checker and scanner mp4 files play not only to make sure that everything is OK with them.

Try another media player like free VLC to see if that plays OK. Download and install VLC (don't let him not take your reader by default until you are happy with it) and see if it plays OK. If so this may mean that video files are OK, but using a codec WMP is not compatible.

I try to install OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence, c. 11.1.1.7.0), I unzip these files:

I select the 'Home Oracle Middleware' directory:

On the next screen does not appear that there is a weblogic Server installed on the machine, but it exists and works on:

    / Home/Oracle/Oracle/middleware/Oracle_Home/wlserver

    What can be?

According to the matrix certification > it seems http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi/bi-11gr1certmatrix-ps6-1928219.xls , OBIEE 11.1.1.7 is not certified with Weblogic 12 c... Take a look at the roadmap "Web and application server interfonctionnements" of the matrix.

If you want to install the software only, then I think you should use a version of certified weblogic as 10.3.6 and repeat prior steps. The installation wizard should be able to detect your installation of weblogic 10.3.6.

I can get it for the installation of "resolution of compatibility issues" for the installer, but rather, I don't throw a facility "not supported" in the production.

Most clients use the R2 versions, it's the fundamental reason.
