  Please check section of applications that the built-in apps still exists or not. This will clear if the built-in apps are only missing the start screen or permanently missing. If you find them, re-PIN. If you can't find them, Refresh and they all will be back over your app so lost data file.

• TextBox becomes locked after resizing

  Hi all.

  I'm a multi-page/spread publication. Suddenly, while exposing the flow of the text on the pages, I met a problem that I can't solve.

  I was creating a new textbox bound to a vacuum spread. No problem until I tried to resize the text box. Then it has locked. I can't select it, I can't move it, I can't double-click on it to change its content. The only thing I can do is to undo, and then everything is back to normal. But when I try to resize again, the same thing happens. Moving seems to work, but makes resizing it freeze to death.

  I tried the sacking of preferences and caches, no luck.

  I tried recording to the IDML format and not reopening, no chance.

  I tried to remove the spread where the problem is, no chance.

  I tried to restart my system, no luck.

  I checked if the text box or diaper would be blocked in the layers palette, but not.

  Strange thing: when I attempt to resize, a thin blue line appears on the bottom edge of the mount table. Then, when I try to move the locked text box, this blue line jumps to the top of the timeline.

  Undo a couple of times brings back me to normality. But I can't go beyond this problem! Any ideas?

  Yes, probably, but right now it seems like I've solved.

  Given that everything was going well until the moment where I placed a new textbox bound to a specific page, I suspected that there might be something wrong with the text to place. So I deleted all the text to a point a little before this point and beyond. Then I went back to my original Word, copied the text I just deleted, pasted (without formatting) in editing text and then that text copied and pasted into InDesign. After that, everything looks really cool.

  But probably I come back tomorrow to say that it did not help. We'll see.

  What is the model number of your DVD player? You can try to reset the device and check if it helps. To reset, turn off the DVD player and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord into the power outlet, and turn on the player. Try to open the drawer.

  According to the model number of your DVD player, press the POWER + STOP + EJECT buttons. If the drawer still does not open, simultaneously press the EJECTION of DISC1 + STOP buttons.
  NOTE: This step may not apply to all models DISC1 is not available on all DVD players.

  If this does not work and the DVD player of SCREEN and PREV buttons, press and hold the DISPLAY + PREV buttons for two seconds to unlock the drawer.

  You need a Windows XP CD to extract the file. Try to borrow a CD from one of your friends to do the same:
   
  Follow these steps to develop the rundll32.exe file:

  a. put the CD ROM of Windows XP disc in the CD-ROM drive.

  b. click Startand then click run.

  c. Enter c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe expand:\i386\rundll32.ex_ in the Open box, where X is the letter of your CD-ROM drive.

  d. restart the computer.

  Windows has the ability to hide all system files, it's looking at the properties of each file to see if the checkbox 'hidden' or 'system' is defined.

  The command you used all the flags hidden / system removed from all files on your entire hard drive. There is no way to undo what you have (except the System Restore, if necessary). The reverse of the order hiding everything, including your files.

  The preferred method to hide or display files is to go to Folder Options and together to "hide system files and hidden", but this will not help now, because you corrupted the data he uses by running this command.

  If the system restore will not roll back to before running this command, you will need to manually enter each file and re - configure these options.

• After viruses need help please - what drivers are needed

  We had a virus on our satellite pro M40 and remove one of my friends "kindly" offered help. then he deleted the partition with the windows operating system booted from the CD drive and reinstalled.

  You might be better off asking this question in the Satellite Pro section of this forum that you are more likely to attract the attention of other owners of M40 there. They would probably have disk tools and utilities with the real drivers and descriptions thereon.

  If the CD is DRM (Digital Rights Management) you protected will not be able to copy it to another device.

  If you use windows media player, you have an option to prevent files to be protected while ripping. Try the following steps.

  	1. open windows MediaPlayer. 2. on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the rip music tab.
  	3. clear the check box protect against copy music . The files you check out in the future will not be protected against copying.

  Click on is not what is normally done to start a drag.  typically a mousedown triggers a drag.

• Export of photos after editing? -Help please!

  Hi all, first post and all that...

  I recently started using lightroom 3, but I can't export my edited files.

  I added the files to lightroom from their original location on my external hard drive, made the necessary adjustments, but I can't seem to get copies of my modified photos then.  I want to send to someone, but when I go through the process of exporting to a file on my desktop, they come out in their original unedited format.  I worked on how to export to facebook/flickr, but they lose their size and quality in this way.

  I'm sure that it is something very simple, so apologies, but if someone could talk me through how I can duplicate and export my modified photos from lightroom to my office, that would be amazing!

  On the Library tab, first ensure that you are. And then in the left pane, select the SERVICES of POST section, click just to the right of the text services publish. Once you see the drop-down menu, click the Manager text publication. Bottom left of the box, click Add, and then select the hard disk "VIA the SERVICE. On the right you will get options on the question of if you want your images converted to JPEG or another type of file, size, naming etc etc.   Once you do all the things you will see the drive created in the publishing section, you're going to drag all the changes you want saved in the hard drive, then click on publish and you can find the files in the folder specified in the options, hope that helps.

• Windows 8 "license is invalid" after Windows updates (help please!)

  I have a C540 all in one (no load) running Windows 8 and noticed yesterday that Windows updates have been failure for months then tried to run all the updates so that I can update to 8.1 (and, possibly, 10). At that time (and since purchase - I'm the original purchaser) Windows 8 has been activated very well.

  There were various failures and reversions of updates and now Windows does not recognize the Activation Code. The key is material, it shows that I have a key in the registry, but when I entered in the service of Activation of Windows I get the error:

  The Software Licensing Service determined that the license is not valid.

  Someone at - it ideas or experience or I'll just have to hit this PC with a massive hammer and not buy Lenovo or authorized OEM PCs again?

  I think I have a half today to answer my own question.

  Today (without any changes made to anything) the key to Activation of Windows 8 was suddenly recognized and valid again. Now install each windows update individually also works.

  I think that it is possible, but there is an intermittent hardware fault kind on the C540 causing quite different material for the MS license not to recognize the configuration (and think that the license is not valid for the PC), whatever it is not permanent.

  Then - in terms of correction... Well I don't have - he went just by itself and I guess he'll be back one day...
