  I guess you are trying to fill out the PDF using Adobe Reader. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

  If so, this form can not be Reader rights enabled. Adobe Reader is a single PDF reading software is only meant to read and save a blank copy of the PDF. If you want to change something in the PDF file, then the creator has enable user rights (commonly called player to extend rights) so that you can save the completed PDF file. This can be done by Adobe Acrobat.

  I would ask you to kindly contact the author of the PDF file to allow the user rights and send it again.

  I installed firefox for android, but the problem is that noting happens when I try to type anything in the empty fields.
  for example, in google.com when I tap on edit search to write s.th. to perform a search, the QWERTY keyboard appears, but no letter is threre when I type!
  It also happens when in a forum, I want to enter my login details; new keyboard is displayed but no letter does when I type.
  but in the address bar, I can write without any problem.
  my camera is galaxy notes with android 4.0.4

  Try turning off "Don't keep the activities" of the Android settings.

  • Press the home button
  • Press the menu key
  • Select settings
  • Scroll down to developer
  • Scroll down to 'Don't keep activities' and uncheck the box

  It could be a code error, DW requires a valid code / clean for many of its functions to work properly. Run http://validator.w3.org/nu and The Service of Validation CSS W3C validators and clean the detected problems. If that doesn't help, clear the cache program or restore preferences can help.

  A table has a class name of the subform, but will have a property of page layout with the value of "table."  If you find one of these, then you sweep that subform.

I have adobe acrobat, but not of other adobe products. I converted our word document that we use for client notes in fillable pdf format and so far everyone is excited to try it. I have a huge problem that I can't understand. I have a customer named created drop-down list box that contains a list of 300 customers. Box 2 is named customer ID and will contain a unique identification code assigned to each customer.

  For example:

  CUSTOMER ID customer JANE DOE 12345678

  So here is my question how can I ensure that when Unetelle is selected 12345678 is already filled in the second field?

  I fill the drop-down list with the names of customer and then enter the customer ID as the value of exports. Note You must have a unique name for each client.

  If your customer ID starts at zero, then you must use a custom JavaScript, so you can keep the zero non significant.

  For the customer ID field, you can use the following custom JavaScript code:

  Event.Value = this.getField("DropBoxFieldName').valueAsString;

  You will need to change DropBoxFieldName name of the drop-down list.

  You will need a mechanism for updating the new customer form and IDs names.

  I don't know anything about javascript and need help.  I have a photography contract I want to offer a "discount package" of $50 when the two services will be used.  1 service is 'Photography coverage' and Service 2 'Photo Booth Rental'.

  Text field 1 = subtotal (calculates the values of checkbox and radio button)

  Text field 2 = discount (it's where I need help.  I would like this automatically filled with $50 when my default two boxes are not selected.  But only when the TWO are not selected)

  Text field 3 = Total (which has a basic calculation of the Subtotal-Discount)

  The services of two by default (it's done on purpose, I checked from the beginning) are both set to the '0' values to keep the subtotal $ 0.  If the client will use a service (which means one of the default selections will be selected), then there will be no discount, but if they decide to use photography and the cabin, they save $50.

  Can someone please help me to write a script for the text field, Discount calculation, to accomplish what I ask?

  

  You can use something like what the calculation script custom field discount:

  Event.Value = (this.getField("Service1").value == 0 | this.getField("Service2").value == 0)? 0: 50;

  Simply adjust the field names in the code to match the real in your file.

• Fill in the Date field to CurrentDate if not entered by the user

  I have this simple condition to enter the Date to current date if it is not entered by the user. In the same way with the time of day. I tried writing below the lines in the document of the rule, but it does not work: -.

  DATE = current date if

  DATE is not known

  Can someone help me with this? I have a screen where the field belongs to several questions. If not entered by the user, the system fills when the user presses the submit button.

  3 things to consider:

  • If the user does not provide an answer to a question of date attribute, this attribute date will be uncertain, not unknown;
  • You cannot define an attribute based on itself - which is a loop of logic and modules does not compile
  • You cannot set a conditionally non Boolean attribute without a rules table.

  My solution would be to ask the user for the value of another attribute (DATE of the USER) and then use it to determine the value of DATE inside a table of rules, as follows:

  DATE
  the date of the day	The USER DATE is uncertain
  THE USER DATE	in the opposite case

  I tried to search on something I have to do but couldn't come up with a combination of words to find many.
  
  I have a situation where, when some field on a form, the values change, I need a comment filled field. So if changing values of designated field and the comment field is NOT filled in, I'd like some sort of message indicating that the comment field must be filled in when this field is changed. Preferably, this would happen when the "Update" button is pushed on the form. And this should occur before the data is sent.
  
  This seems to be between validation and dynamic Action. I don't know how to create what I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I hope I described the scenario quite well.

  With little experience of Adobe I was tasked to create a set of PDF forms to use in my company. I drew using Pro forms, but I need a digital signature field that will fill a separate date field at the signing and also disable some of the fields in the form. For the moment I can get it to do one or the other, but I can't do both.

  As you have probably seen, there is an option on the signing tab to run a script when a digital signature is applied.

  Do what you have described what follows can be used (of course, you have to adapt the name of the field):

  this.getField("Text1").readonly = true; The value of some fields read-only

  With this code, updates to the code attributes, PurchasingCategoryCd values get inserted in the database table, but they now appear in the text fields when a value is selected in lov.

  Hi sunny

  Going through the thread, it seems that the application of LOV VO has three columns viz A, B and C. You want to put the value of the B column to a text field, if this is the case. Simply create a LOV mapping for column B.

  Also I suggest you take a messagestyledtext for the B field as value comes form LOV himself.
