  To do this you will need a scripting language such as PHP server-side.

  You would then send all these variables to the server and use that language to build your email.

  The PDF form must be extended drive in order to have this feature to save & print the form data.

  Please confirm by the PDF Creator is the PDF reader or not extended.

  Otherwise, if you have Acrobat installed on your system, you can reader extend PDF form yourself.

  When I click on an e-mail link in my browser, it opens someone elses email address. What is the solution?  I have Windows Mail.

  In WinMail go to tools | Accounts | Mail and check if the other account is there.  If so remove it and make sure you have the correct account as default.  Then go to control panel | Default programs | Associate a type of file or Protocol with a program and a page down to protocols and are looking for the Mailto and set default Winmail.

  If it does not help, then you should explain what you mean by "opens someone to another email address.

  Sounds like your form fields is not all data binding... but for a better answer, I must first see your form.

  In Adobe send, select custom link after you select the file to send. Then you can customize the subject and the Message you want.
