  My HP printer 6310v all in one does not seem to allow the use of cartridges per Cartridge World.  It gives an error of cartridge indicating the cartridge must be replaced and not allow any impression at all.  Help!

  The reliability of the charging/reman cartridges varies considerably, but is generally low, see here for a study.

  The steps described on this page can help.

  I suggest you contact Cartridge World for a warranty replacement or chalk it upward to experience and get a HP cartridge.

  (HP printers releases no cartridges because they are charging/reman, but they make an electric test to make sure that the cartridge is not working properly.  They will reject cartrdiges that do not pass this criterion.)

  Remove the battery and leave it out for about 2mins. Insert the battery and see if works. If this does not work, you can try the update of the new OS but this time with the battery. When the process gets to "Loading Applications" insert the battery and let it go through to the end.

  I have a piece of footage of a device that blinks green continuously when it is turned on. Unfortunately, the ring of light from the device was broken on the day of the shooting, and so a circle of bright light is not apparent in the images (there are dark areas in the green circle)... Please see the photo.

  

  Can someone tell me how more faster/easier to create the effect of a circle full green light, which flashes on and off slowly and continuously, discovering in mind images is not 100% static (there is a very subtle movement).

  This could be done in Photoshop: export an image of Ae to Ps and work on it. then bring back just the circle to transparent.

  This could also be done in Ae: using forms or solid masks, you can create the same effect. It would be probably more difficult for a beginner.

  When I uninstalled it, I got error:

  And after that I reinstalled the software and now it works.

  I'm crazy enough to forget that I had the CD and I could do it.
