  Hi all

  I'm kinda a noob and following a tutorial... and found something strange and I wonder if you could help me understand what is happening.

  I have Photoshop CS6 extended on a macbook pro (late 2011).

  I am running OSX v 10.7.5

  I'm the long and the instructor has added a new layer. I did it.

  He then filled the white layer which is its background color (it has foreground black, white background). I have same evidence / background colors.

  Now I thought on mac to fill with the foreground color, you hit Apple + Delete and to fill it with the background, press Option + delete

  It's the exact OPPOSITE for me. I hit Apple + DELETE (or even BACKSPACE) and filled it with my background color, which is white

  If I hit Option + DELETE (or RET.), filled it with my foreground color.

  I tried searching in the area of keyboard shortcuts change... but I do not see these settings anywhere.

  I have an external keyboard plugged into my mac. It is a 3rd party one, but seems otherwise never function normally.

• Fill with a color window

  Hey all,.

  wanted to see if it is possible to fill a window with a solid color. Width is obviously easy, but problems with the height of 100%. I searched extensively, but has not really managed to find a solution that would work.

  Basically, I have three background colors different I want to scroll, each filling the entire window. I magnetic anchor and scrolling effects put in place, but the height of 100% is to give my headaches. Any suggestion?

  Hi, I'm using an Illustrator CS5. I'm doing an outer glow on a text effect, but I want it to be with a solid white color (not passed). Even if I set the opacity to 100%, it still comes out faded. Is there a way to fix this?

  1. Select with text tooel the stroke and fill none value
  2. Select the type with the arrow tool, select this type instead of character.
  3. Add your fill and return strokes (they are now at the level of postscript type)

  I have a recurring problem in InDesign CS, but this project don't happens only every six months, and I don't remember how I came across the solution from last time. Hope someone might be able to help.

  I have a page layout left magazine, that I have used for years with just a couple of blocks of text and a picture. I have not changed in ages content, except to switch text updated with each new issue. (It's just an editorial page, essentially).

  Behind this layout, I placed a picture and filled with a beige background.  It begins at the gutter (right side) and then reaches the purge in the other three directions.

  For some reason, on the left side and at the bottom, I have a domain that will not color fill.  If I duplicate the image on the right page, this substantive area extends all the way at the bottom of this page, too.  It's almost as if there is something with a text wrapping or a white fill bumping into the outer edges (not the gutter and not by the top) of the page.

  For the life of me I can't figure out what it is.  I have recreated the spread, started, stopped the program.  I paused to screw up my preferences because I hate the idea to recreate.  But I have this vague memory, the last time I think than that, it was something pretty simple and does not require screw up my preferences.

  I know I'll feel stupid when the answer presents itself - whether by someone on the forum or if I remember on mine.  But of course, I do not no progress trying to figure out or work my memory.

  There could be a corruption in your InDesign document in this case.

  Try the following:

  1. Choose file > save as
  2. In Save As Type (Windows) or Format (Mac), select InDesign CS4 or earlier (IDML)
  3. Click Save.
  4. Then choose file > open in InDesign and go to the. You have already saved and open the IDML file.
  5. If everything seems OK, then save this file and use that one.

  You should be able to use live paint, or you can select line (make sure it is long enough) and object > divide objects below, to get two independent semi-circles meet.

• problem with the colors when printing to PDF in FM9

  We have some problems with printing to PDF with FM9 colors.

  FM document files eps (1) with a green box and (2) a rectangle created with the tools chart FM, filled with the same values of color green (91/0/60/44)

  In FrameMaker both colors is really different, but too bad, in the PDF color (eps) and the rectangle obtained the same correct green color.

  OK, him differed in creation, so they were CMYK and RGB, but your printing coming.

  (1) if I do a "save as PDF" and turn off "convert to CMYK in RGB" resulting PDF is the same from FM8 (correct)

  Using the print option,-you're always going the same route that FrameMaker Win has always been, that uses the postscript RGB driver only Windows. Now with FM9, you have the possibility to get CMYK directly to PDF, as defined, without any color conversion. And it * is * works, as long as you limit your documents CMYK or spot from the FM library.

• "Without color" problems in the "Fill and Stroke.

  I have problems "without color" in the 'Fill and Stroke' function of Flash CS4 Pro.

  I had been using CS4 for 10 days and it has worked well. Then I tried to experiment with different color combinations (with "no color") to "Fill and Stroke" for a simple button. Suddenly CS4 locked up on me while I was working with the Panel 'color '. A second panel of color appears in the upper left corner and the program did not.   Have you updated flash 10.0.2?  Have you played around with a bunch of different selections, objects and so on to see if this box is still wrong?  I think that there is a particular selection (order of selection of things, and so on), where samples of color in one place do not work as expected. However, it should not happen all the time and from what I remember, it was easy enough to work around (I don't know even what it was - so probably not, because it seems difficult to execute in or maybe now fixed).

  Also, make sure you have the selected feature - if you have selected everything, either the fill or STROKE will show no color and Sun depends on the selection.

• Color H6510BD with PS4 Playstation problem

  I use a H6510BD projector for a few months without problem. I got a PS4 today, and when it is connected to the H6510BD it seems to be a kind of color problem, such blues appear as green and white in pink.

  The works of projector very well with the Xbox 360/PS3/DirecTV and the works of PS4 well on my LG TV, so I can only assume it is an incompatibility between the PS4 and H6510BD, although I have found no mention of this online phenomenon.

  I tried all of the usual power cycling, different HDMI cables, direct connection between PS4 and projector, through receiver etc.

  Anyone have any ideas as to what could be up and how to fix?

  OK, so to close this one out, I'll be the Acer projector with upgraded 1.04 to 1.05 firmware and the PS4 is displayed as it should; the above cited question seems to have been resolved.

  So everyone is facing the same problem, you should check your firmware version and contact Acer for a upgrade if necessary.
