  The usual way to do this is to add an index for each table for which column the data is to be copied.

  Troubleshooting steps

  To try to solve this problem, I followed the steps described in the article «problems of printer on your Mac»  I have reset the printing system and it does not work.  I have also unplugged the printer, deleted the contents of the folder/library/printers/and then plugged the printer into.

• Where is the effect/filter called 'Female base' in the previous version of Garageband?  I do not see in GB 10.1.2

  Not sure if it's called an effect, filter or something else, in the old Garageband, I might add what is called "Basic women" to enhance a vocal track, but I can't find 'Basic female' in my Garageband on my Macbook Pro class library.  Apple has done away with him because he became so politically correct to say what is male and which is female no? (Just a theory).  I use Garageband 10.1.2 (which is later?)

• Is there a way to filter an incoming message for 'Reply to '?

  I recently started getting some unwanted emails where the 'From' is always different, but the "Reply to" after the @ is almost always the same. When you use Message filters there is almost everything you can think of to filter except 'Reply to' email and using only "to" does not not on the emails I want in the garbage before I see them again. Is there a way to filter incoming emails 'Reply to '?

  You must display the source of the message (ctrl-u) to see the headers and learn their precise wording.

• My filter (for ads) works for some shippers, but not for others

  I have several filters. One is "Advertising" for ads I want to read later, but need not be cluttering up my Inbox. It seems to work for a couple of the entries but ignores the rest. I checked the spelling, and they all seem to be correct. My settings are:
  Apply filter by operating manually,
  Apply the filter when getting new messages, filter before spam classification,
  correspondence to one of the following values
  Contains (followed by the name of the seller, such as honda, staples, cvs).
  Move messages and ads

• Is it possible to get the expression of quick filter above the list of messages in the vertical view?

  See the attached screenshot.

  I have a fairly big screen so I prefer to use the vertical display (with message pane appears to the right of the message list pane).

  I use quick filters / lot of research in the search for old messages. In doing so, my attention is focused on the message list pane, but to type an expression that I have to drag my focus on the far right of the screen, above the message pane. Logically, this area of the screen should be associated with the message, not the list of messages.

  If a simplistic solution can be available if I ask you if there is a way to customize the location of the elements in the quick filter bar, as I illustrated on the screenshot?

  But I think that the fundamental solution is to make the bar area of quick filter in the list pane message, instead of the current arrangement where it is part of the largest component that contains the message list pane and message pane.

  I welcome any advice on how to solve this problem, for me, or get it repaired for others to share.

  Ah, found the bugzilla database - was looking for link to support the site, but as I couldn't find one, I assumed that this channel has been used on the screen of the excessive defects in bugzilla.

  In any case, a quick search found me https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=592248 - where someone complained the quick filter bar was too short in vertical view and this has been resolved by extending the bar on the top of the message pane.

  I guess that preference will depend on the size of the screen. I will take the question through bugzilla and can provide a patch to satisfy both sides, if I have time one of these days.
