Find a way where I kept previously to

not computer savvy, but I must save 50 + documents to a folder, I open the document, save money, the date and the title of the document and save them on a certain drive, then in the folder of the year 2011 and in the current issue of the month.  When I go to the next document and open and save slot, the path takes me all the way to the beginning and I have to go through the drive through the year, then cross the month etc just to get to where I was previously to. is there a way or a way I can do that it will bring me just in the folder that I want only it recorded?

Microsoft Word _?  (2000, 2002/XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010 (32-bit or 64-bit)?)

You might be better to ask a specific forum for Microsoft Word:

* and * including the version of Microsoft Word.  :-)

Essentially - you could change where it saves by default - you can either do this twice a month * or * right in the record of the year (once per year) and only have to click on the record of the month in your example.
