I looked under systems, and it shows the last 5 characters of my key and full not the key itself. I don't know how I can find my full key now.

  Fortunately, MS were able to trace the original transaction and provide me with the key. (The original key has been provided directly by MS by e-mail.)

  I have a desktop Dell dimension 3100 on win XP and in January, I bought an inspiron 660 desktop computer, but the service I am experience leaves many to be honest. It saved me forking out good money for buying again the likes of office etc because I had lost the key of product from the purchase.

  Notice of the Microsoft support Web site and my software (software4students.co.uk) retailer was to give up and re-buy.
