Fine lines thickens

Hello

I just made an interesting observation: when (re) draw the same set of data on a XY Chart help

PlotXY (, VAL_THIN_LINE, VAL_SOLID, 1, VAL_WHITE)

the line thickens every time (it seems to approach a limit value). In my understanding the colors are not transparent in CVI, so I wonder why drawing the same line 5 times translates into a line that is much thicker and more indistinguishable from a thick line...?

I am providing a visual impression below: figure on the far left: a plot, central figure: three parcels, the right figure >: ~ 5 parcels

I did something wrong?

You did nothing wrong, you just active anti-aliasing locations. These plots have edges so that they appear semi-transparent, and Replot the same data will cause the plots to "fill" and expose the behavior you're seeing. If you do not want this happen, to turn off the anti-aliasing plots and your data should appear thick (and stairs!) early on, but will not get any more thick.

  • Pages / Question: printing black fine lines table in black instead of halftones

    Hello community,

someone know how to print tables with fine black (i.e. below 1 point) lines without halftoning of pages?

I tried on several printers (laser and ink-jet, color as well as PC, usb and network connections).
No matter what line table below 1pt is pure black halftone instead.

It affects only the rows in the table. Forms with fine lines, small texts, etc. are okay.

    Any ideas? Help, please.

    Hi fraha,

Try this. First turn off the grid.

    Now apply cell borders

Please answer if that is not what you want.

  • Is there a way to create a topic with a shading behind the text and fine lines above and below?

    I work with InDesign CS6, Windows 7.

Is it possible, using nets of paragraph, to create a heading with shading behind the text and fine lines above and below the text?

I would like to create headers that resemble these:

    Headings.png

    Thank you!

A way to create a style of stoke (Stripe type) with a small percentage of height up and downstairs dedicated to scratches, then apply the color out in the dialog whn would you apply the contour to your net of paragraph style. The downside to this is that the 'weight' of the two lines can vary when you change the weight of the actual race.

To avoid this and still be able to ge the fill to expand the width of column, you can use a 1-cell table, or you could use rules above and below and underscore cutom for filling and key line with a tabulation of withdrawal right. If you need space on the left, as shown in the illustration, you would probably need a tab on the left as well, instead of a dash.

  • Acrobat preferences: Improve fine lines: OFF

    Question:

Is it possible to save the Page Display Preferences with a PDF file? (NB: no Document properties)

    Expected result:

Keep selected Acrobat preferences: unselected 'To improve fine lines' in PDF format during the transmission of the files to others.

I went to Preferences-> display Page-> strengthening the lines thin and made sure that it is NOT checked so that my lines are showing that they are in my source file.

    Any advice/help appreciated. Thank you.

No, it's a preference of the user who cannot be saved with a file.

  • Satellite A105-S361: screen becomes dark gray with gray fine lines

I have a new laptop Satellite A105-S361 and seem to have display problems. My screen turns dark gray (with fine gray lines) while I use my laptop. This normally happens after using my laptop for 5 minutes or up to 30 minutes. When I restart my computer, I get the Toshiba start screen, and then it works very well for another five minutes before aging again.
I tried to connect to an external monitor and it works fine.

I also installed a new BIOS, but I still have the same problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi, Ahmed.

It sounds like a problem with your inverter FL. This is the device that provides lighting for your LCD screen. The fact that you can use an external monitor shows that there is not a problem with your graphics card.

Fortunateky the FL inverter is not an expensive component and is quite easy to change then I suggest that you only contact your closest partner of Serviec allowed to check your laptop.

  • Some JPG files in Photo Viewer Windows crushed to a fine line

Hello. I just bought a new Dell XPS8000 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit preinstalled system.   When I saw the files using the Windows Photo Viewer, they are crushed to a horizontal line about 5 pixels thick.

Exactly as described here, in fact:

    http://Forum.NotebookReview.com/showthread.php?t=444102

    Anyone know a solution?

The computer has an nVidia GeForce GTS240 graphics card.

    Thank you.

    Hi Willm25,

    (1) the issue is only with JPG format files?

    (2) was - it the same way since the installation of Windows 7 or has she started towards the end?

    3) saying: "some files using the viewer of picture Windows they are crushed down to a horizontal line about 5 pixels thick" you mean that the issue is not with all the images in JPG format also?

Not sure of what exactly is causing the problem. Now I would say allowing you to run a file system (CFS) Checker scan and see if it finds corrupted files.

To do this, follow these steps:

    1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
    2. type the following command and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

  • InDesign to DPS file: a single line of static text seems to have a fine line or a "fold."

    Screenshot_2013-10-29-11-31-40.png

In the inDesign file everything seems perfect, but when loading for Kindle Fire 7 "only a line of static text (no scrolling) seems to have a 'fold' or a thin white line that runs through.

    Post edited by: LFantroy

The text sits on the line where Adobe breaks the page, even if considered all one page (smooth scrolling) is technically a little longer than one page. The text is actually sitting in the middle of the bottom of the first page and the top of the second.

The solution: change the spacing of the text so that the 1280y brand is actually between the lines of text and no text sitting on this line.

  • Fine line on the edge of the forms

    Hello

This is my first time posting, I'll apologize in advance so missed this question looking for an answer.

I met a problem with the tool shape in Photoshop CS5, but I also met in Flash and Illustrator while trying to recreate the forms here. I made three bands using the rectangle shape tool. Basically, I made the first tape then duplicated and changed the color to create the other two. On a light background they look very well; However, on a dark background, there is a very thin line on the left edge of the blue band and the right edge of the red stripe. When I Zoom to see pixel for pixel, they are exactly the same size. I thought maybe it was a thing of anti-aliasing, but it's not from what I can tell.

If someone has encountered this? Any suggestions on how to remedy this? I am inserting a picture of him because it's hard to describe. Thanks, much appreciated.

I think that what you see is just a side effect of the way in which a 3 color LCD works.  You'll see more on some screens than others.  There is no real line in your image (note the breath upward version, below):

In fact, this is why colorization of edge in the ClearType font smoothing works.  Previously, it compensates for the left column of the color on the edge of a sharp transition on the screen.

  • Get fine lines on the 2 sides of each image when I paste and combine

Hello. I'm turning an image 45 degrees using the custom rotation and then cut the picture in half with the crop tool. I duplicate the image, horizontally back and recombining the two images. The problem is that I get these lines thin and pale, appear, which are particularly visible when I enlarge the image. I copy / paste before and not had these lines appear. I'm going nuts trying to figure out what is happening. I use 3 elements. There must be a way to recombine these images without these lines appearing. I think it is in this context, showing through. The lines are perhaps a few pixels wide. Not wide at all.

You can select the tool move and using the arrow keys, move one of the layers

during a few pixels and then do the Shift + Ctrl + Alt + E to merge.

You may have to merge layers a couple of times to get rid of the seams.

    Before repositioning and fusion

After repositioning and the merger of two times

  • Why FF uses the '\n' in the textarea tag line endings, but when the data sent to the server it uses "\r\n" thin line?

I type a text in a text box and using a jQuery expression:
    "$('textarea:first').val (.replace(/\r/g,_'R').replace) (/ \n/g, 'n')'"
It shows that FF use the endings '\n' and once the form is submitted the endings of line "\n" is replaced by "\r\n" fine line

The problem is length of incorrect text for the text of the line multi - on the browser side, it is less due to '\n' line thin and server side, it is more long term "\r\n" purposes of line and triggers a certain inconsistency to the validation of a length text between browser and server.

    Hi vparamon,
I do not mean that it is a statement is beyond the scope of this forum, because I know, you can file a bug with troubleshooting information and steps to reproduce this with an example. However, I also know that it must be reproducible. Is this unique to your server? If this isn't the case, please fill out a bug in http://bugzilla.mozilla.org with an example to make it easy to reproduce.

  • Equium L20: line white single fom top to the bottom of the screen

    Hello

Any ideas, my Equium L20 put this morning has a fine line on the TFT
    visible all the time.
It connects the top of the screen down.

Anyone seen this before, tried a reboot but no difference.
Is this a problem of monitor / probem graphics or something else.

The screen is visible, but the line is boring!

    I hope you can help...

    Hello

To get the right diagnosis, you must connect the external monitor to the laptop.
If the thin white line appears on the external monitor, the chances are great that the graphics card is malfunctioning.

However, you will need assistance from the service guy.
Contact the responsible service provider in your country and ask for later handling.

    Good luck

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600: Officejet Pro 8600 leaves black lines on docs scanned when using the document feeder

This is the second HP Officejet Pro 8600 I had - one was replaced by HP, after that the same issue arose.  I tried to clean the entire unit, but we still get a thin black line running vertically down the page.  This line is divided into sections of 1 "and 2.5" in length.  Sometimes I get the fine line and then almost a shadow line that is parallel.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated I have scan documents to PDF format and it's hassle to put everyone on the flat for scanning.  I use the charger of the doc on a daily basis and wonder if this could have something to do with the lines.

    Thanks for any help.

The question is a spec on thin (~ 1 "wide) glass to the left of the main bed scanner.  Clean this area as described in this document.  It can be difficult to see the affected area, a bright flashlight which is held at an angle to the glass can help find the place.  Even a very small spec on the glass can cause a black line when using the ADF.
